I'm so fucking tired of crying myself to sleep.

I've been all over the place lately - flailing. Really the only things providing me some semblance relief have been yoga, weed & long, slow sessions with my vibrating wand. I woke up last night with an ache, deep inside me that led to an absolutely incredible masturbation session. My juices could have been mopped up & bottled, and my body shook for a good while after arriving. Unfortunately though, I felt empty quite soon after the release passed, so I rolled over and fell asleep again after cleaning up the mess I made. There's something missing, and I'm afraid of depending on another person or people for it.

Maybe I should take time every morning and night to write a continuous stream of thought. It might be beneficial to get those thoughts out of my head and unto paper.

There's this cycle that keeps repeating itself. I'm nowhere near as depressed and miserable as I once was, but something is still clearly wrong. I'll be happy as a clam most of the time, then I get a little too deep in my mind, and it's back to being a sad sack of shit. The worst part is that I take all this out on myself physically as well, and end up adding to my collection of scars, that then end up making me feel worse whenever I see them. Maybe I should be back on meds.
