the eeriest thing about being present for an eclipse is the way that birds literally start singing their evening song in the middle of the day, and go completely silent during the event. i kind of get why people used to think it was some kind of celestial horror show now to be honest.

embroidering my jean jacket and having fun :)) i wanna do my button ups too but im starting with the jean jacket because it's less scary(i got it specifically to embroider + if i undo the stitches the holes aren't visible)

#spent like an hour on one snowflake which feels super long but i'm sure it will go a bit faster when i get the hang of it #its also kinda pleasant how slow the progress is. makes it a very relaxing thing to do where i get to see it very slowly come together #with no pressure to get it done faster because its just a slower calmer thing #my post
