Eddie (Latino coconut) had a well collapse on him during and underground rescue, nearly drowned, and then put Buck down for legal guardianship bc of how much his kid adores Buck (he also literally went through he to find said kid during a tsunami, so good call Eddie) and bc his dead wife's family kinda sucks. The convo in the gifs happens after Eddie got shot by a sniper targeting firefighters and nearly died (again). (He is a combat veteran, former military medic, so this triggers a Very Rough Series of mental health dominos for a while. Yes he is in So Much therapy.) 👍🏻

April 5-6, 2024 - a character on 9-1-1 came out so of course it's Supernatural that trends.

9-1-1, a show about Los Angeles first responsers which started airing in 2018, has just begun its season 7. The 100th episode aired on April 4 and it was another win for bisexuals, as one of the characters, Buck, was kissed on the lips by another man and you can see his reaction on this gifset: [here].

Be it in celebration and support or bittersweet envy and crushed dreams, this seemingly caused for Supernatural to land on the second spot on the trending page.

It was probably the mixture of the destiel meme [x] and people including the two shows within the same posts [x] [x], possibly aided by today's being the 5th of the month. Regardless, the destiel shippers observing the happenings seem to be happy for all 9-1-1 fans whilst incoherent destiel screams are filling their minds.
