I’ve been watching Hamtaro, and it’s kinda become a huge thing for me now. I’m only a few episodes in, but it’s just as good as I remember it being when I was a kid (when I also only caught the same few episodes). It’s so cute!

I had to make a HamHam of my own, because who wouldn’t wanna run around and play in the clubhouse with those little friends? I used my fursona’s color scheme, minus the blues and purples, and the result is my little hamster OC here! I’m having a hard time naming her, though. I’ve never been good with names.

Not art, but...

Things really need to allow people to set a preferred name in addition to your legal name. Especially when they're going to be showing it to other people.

Biggest offender is PayPal, I think, because they pretty much force you to show it to anyone you commission / request money from / get stuff shipped from. Like, okay, I understand why PayPal themselves need it, for financial documents and government stuff, but do you have to show it to EVERYONE? Honestly, though, this goes for any account that requires it and then just shoves it in your face everywhere like "Welcome [legal name]!" and "Thanks for your order, [legal name]!" Could you not?

My work, somewhere that would need my legal name for obvious reasons like paying me and taxes, allows people to set a preferred name that they use on all computer accounts and your ID/entry badge.

My bank, again something that needs my legal name for obvious reasons, allows you to set a preferred name. If you send/receive money from someone, receive emails from the bank, receive letters, whatever, it all uses the preferred name you set.

This just seems like a little kindness that businesses/accounts/etc. could do for people. So why don't more offer it?

Other than that, I sorta brought her wings back? I wouldn’t get them on, say, a suit of her, or anything like that. But they were a fun part of her design.

I actually thought it was more funny than anything, and my partner and I got a good laugh out of this. I'm not too invested in the online TCG, though I do play occasionally. I may have cared more if it was the code for the art card from the tin, but it was just two of booster packs it came with, so it was just kinda good for a laugh.

Some MLP stickers! In the future, I’m going to make Rainbow Dash a little bit bigger, as she looks weird if you want to put them with the group. Also, probably make the cheek marks on Fluttershy darker yellow, like her outlines, instead of black.

I plan on selling these (and many more) both online and at cons. Probably for, like, $4-$6 each? I’m so bad at pricing things…
