I'm really happy to hear about a "Titans" show featuring Nightwing in it.
The New Teen Titans was my favorite comic when I was a kid and Nightwing is my favorite comic book character!
I actually would rather have a movie over a television show.  I think it woud be quite amazing!
Especially if you had Nightwing geared up in Wayne Tech gear!
Here's a rough sketch I did of Nightwing!

Here is the latest cover I did for Marvel. It is coming out in October and is celebrating Marvel Comics 75th Anniversary! http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=55071 The cool thing here was, I got to do a photobomb variant of the cover that my friend, David Finch did! LONG ago, I was a penciller/ intern for WildStorm Comics (Jim Lee's studio) and David was a penciller at Top Cow (Marc Silvestri's studio). Both studios shared a building and was known as Homage Studios.  So when I was given a choice to pick which cover to do a variant of, I chose Dave's. For old times sake. This cover is a cool Homage Studios collaboration! HAPPY 75th Anniversary to Marvel Comics!

So I am heading back to my hometown of San Diego, which got me to reminisce about when I was a kid growing up.
I just wanted to introduce myself to my new followers and show you what I was like growing up in San Diego.  Also, I wanted to show where my comic book dreams started, in sixth grade where I created my first comic character, the Charger!
Years have past and now I am a Story Artist for feature animation, but I still hold on to those comic book dreams!
See you guys at the Comic Con and at my Booth #1943!

-Slow Jamz, slow dancing with my first girlfriend, Lisa.
-Empire Strikes Back Breakdance!
-Smooth Talker, talking to my girlfriend on the phone.
-The Kiss, my first kiss.
-Lisa breaks my heart.
-Can’t rain all the time.

This book is cool.  And I say that because I got to draw what I wanted and I was joined by my friends to make something awesome!  This book has been elevated by some amazing artists that have graced the pages of 4 GUN CONCLUSION!  It is truly an embarrassment of riches when it comes to the pin up gallery!  The list is a pantheon of talent:
John Lee, Pixar (he collaborated with me, Bobby Rubio, Pixar and colored the cover of the book!)
Ronnie del Carmen, Pixar
John Hoffman, Pixar
Matt Jones, Pixar
Brian Kalin O’Connell, Pixar
Shigeto Koyama, Gainax and Trigger
Andy Park, Marvel Studios
Rad Sechrist, Dreamworks
Robert Valley, Warner Bros.
Michael Yates, Dreamworks
Thanks guys!
4 GUN CONCLUSION the book will debut at the San Diego Comic Con!
Booth #1943

Here is one of the colored pages from 4 GUN CONCLUSION!
I colored it myself.  It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun as well.
Here is the part in the story where Madeline,Bronson and Guinness are first introduced to the FURRIOUS BIKER GANG!

Still looking!  Thank you to those of you who have responded! I will be taking names all the way until this Sunday.
Also, I trying to go for a more French/European comic style.  More KIRAZ, Enrique Fernandez... kind of vibe.
So if you can color in that kind of style, please contact me!

Hey guys, I've been working on my creator-owned comic, 4 Gun Conclusion!
I wanted to share with you some studies I did for the book.  The first couple are facial studies of the main characters Bronson and Guinness! I was looking for different looks and expressions to avoid that one note, generic expression that are prevalent in comics today.
The last drawing is studies of blood splatters!  The comic is about Hitmen, Assassins and Samurais , so you know it is going to be Rated R!

X-Men: Days of Future Past is coming!
And yes, when I drew the X-Men Hangover, in my mind, Scott/Cyclops is on the rooftop and that is Baby Cable hanging out with Wolverine, Colossus and Nightcrawler- Bobby

Godzilla is this FRIDAY! Really looking forward to it!
One of my first comic book gigs was pencilling a Godzilla story for Dark Horse comics.  Here are a couple of the inked pages.
I drew the writer, Randy Stradley, myself and my girlfriend running away from Godzilla in the Tokyo panel!
