Summary:   Vigilante Pluto gets a tip that a villain has infiltrated UA’s prestigious course, and in spite of all the odds against him and everyone telling him otherwise, Midoriya Izuku joins the course to try and prevent an impossible disaster: the death of All Might.

People have limits. Whether they be high or low, they all have them. Some are reached faster than others. Some consequences are worse than others. Because when limits are reached there is always something that snaps, and the tension that’s released from that broken force can be catastrophic.

A story in which Midoriya Izuku reaches his limit, and something essential is lost.

This is my contribution to the @bokunovillainbang, featuring art by the wonderful @shisei11! Please go give them some love bcs their art is absolutely wonderful!

THE FIRST CHECK IN APPROACHES!

Hello all! The first check-in will begin soon (May 12 - May 18), so we thought we might give you some pointers, and let you know exactly what you need to do to complete it!

What is a check-in?

A check-in for a big bang is usually just a way that the mods can make sure that people either have started (as is the case with the first check-in) or are working on their project! These won’t be public, and no one will see them besides yourself, your partner and the mods.

How do we complete the check-in?

Check-ins for the Villain Bang will be made by email! We ask that you send your check-in to [email protected] and here is how you have to complete your check-in:

email subject: your blog name and your partner’s blog name, check-in #1 (e.g, ‘tzubakis and livinglittlelie, check-in #1’)

email body: tell us how much you’ve completed of your work! For writers for the first check in, we are requiring that you have completed either a full story outline or (for those who don’t like outlining) 1k in writing. For artists, for this check in we ask that you have at least one fully sketched piece! Anything more than what we have listed is awesome, but these are the bare minimum. If you do not think you will be able to complete this much by the first check in, please contact an admin ASAP.

attachments: in your email, artists must attach either a picture or screenshot of their sketch, and writers must attach a screenshot of their current word count or their completed outline.

Remember to talk about the check-in with your partner and agree which one of you will be writing it - only one of you should be sending the email!

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019 BOKU NO VILLAIN BANG IS NOW OPEN!!!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FROM NOW UNTIL MARCH 8 (11:59pm EST (GMT -5))!

The Boku No Villain Bang is a collaboration event between artists and writers who who want to create villain and/or vigilante based content for the Boku No Hero Academia fandom! 

So how does a Big Bang work?

Writers will create an original, new work about villains and/or vigilantes in any interpretation, genre, and universe they wish! This include villain/vigilante AUs! The final piece must be a minimum of 10,000 words long and cannot be shared (publically or privately) until their assigned posting date. On March 17, artists will be shown anonymous summaries of fics that authors are creating. Artists will then fill out a form stating their top 5 fics that they would like to collaborate with beginning on March 20. At least one fully completed work of art must be submitted on their assigned posting date.

This is a great opportunity for us as a fandom to come together and celebrate these characters and our love for them. This is not a competition, and all skill levels are invited to join us. This is also a great chance to make friends!
