*Allow me to tell you the story of the peculiar birth of a universe called Alloytale.

*Two timelines coexistenced in the multiverse: one a true pacifist timeline and the other a genocide timeline. One timeline full of joy and friendship, the other in a neverending state of pain and suffering. The two universes lived right next to eachother just out of reach for one to be able to see the other. It is unknown what happened to cause the shift, but its effects were astronomical. Both timelines started collapsing, their code becoming a mangled mess of 1's and 0's. Monsters from both timelines started noticing the change immediately, though the cause was unbeknownst to them. Objects started glitching out of existence, from the apple that was about to be eaten disappearing, to an entire house. The timelines themselves were loosing large amounts of mass due to these glitches. This gravitational shift offset the timelines perfectly balanced dance; and they started to move closer and closer. Until eventually, instead of the two timelines running next to eachother, they were pushed together and forced to merge. This merge created a new timeline with aspects from both the pacifist and genocide timelines. The new universe was reset to the seventh human first falling into the underground. To an outsider looking in on this universe it woukd be clear to tell this was no ordinary world; with glitches everywhere, objects randomly moving, and even code being exposed in places. The monsters here even looked different from a normal classic universe. The Sans here has three eyes one of which magic is constantly flowing out of, the Toriel is blind and disheveled, and the Alphys here,,, oh my,, she has not changed much physically but that mind,, poor dear. . . Ahem,, this of course was all normal for the mosnters living in this new universe, as they had no memories from the parent timelines, only lived the Merge's effects. . .
