so im chronically dizzy and ive learned to kind of deal with it so im able to be on the verge of passing out and no body besides people who are really close to me will be able to tell and my hearts a little quirky fellow so its really funny to me when im getting my vitals done and my heart rate goes from 100 laying down to 160 standing up and the nurse always gives me this slight look of confusion with a spice of horror
