About that PS4 Price Rumor…

This morning, Japan's Asahi News ran a story on the PS4. It included several things we've heard before, such as how the PS4 will allow you to share things with friends while playing (more here in a previous story) and that it will come with a DualShock 3 shaped controller—which Kotaku previously reported.

(Meanwhile, the Nikkei ran its own story on the PS4, saying what we've previously heard: that it's ditching the Cell processor and is using processors from another company. The Nikkei also added that the PS4 will use the Gaikai cloud service, which shouldn't come as a surprise.)

The original Asahi story goes on to say that the PS4 will launch for the end of year sales war in Japan and the US, and that it looks to be priced over ¥40,000. (That's US$427, but assume it would translate to US$400.) There was no specific US pricing in the original article. The original Japanese text in the Asahi piece (価格は4万円を超えるとみられる) is rather vague, as "to mirareru" (とみられる) can mean "is believed", "is expected" or even "is considered to be". In short, this seems like speculation. Yet, this is the bit of news everyone is latching on to.

When major Japanese newspapers like Asahi or Nikkei run rumors, they are usually pretty solid. Thing is, there's not much here that hasn't already been leaked before. And like I previously said, the price point doesn't seem rock solid. Remember how much the original PS3 cost? The 20GB version was US$499, while the 60GB version was $599. Now the Asahi News is saying PS4 will cost over $400. That's not only kind of vague, but rather obvious!

This afternoon, Sony commented to Famitsu on the Asahi story, saying, "SCE has nothing to announce regarding this matter. No comment even on whether this story is true or false."

MY astrology of myself as a Gemini in MY opinion

geminis are alone in the world, they know everyone they can talk to everyone but no one really knows them - they dont have billions of friends. there a lone soldier seeking their other counter part geminis can talk to everyone and know everyone and have a good time with everyone but hes not friends with everyone hes just someone who can be around everyone and hold a conversation even if it means nothing to him but then easily bored, can just stop talking. hes flirtatious becos he is easily able to mimic things that he sees. like when he's younger watching movies, chick flick movies for example, the gemini will store little bits and pieces of every charming aspect of a character in a film, into the back of his brain as he watches. he is a constant thinker being ruled by mercury fast moving planet he is able multitask in his mind so gemini is always prepared wit something to say when your having a conversation BUT GEMINI IS EASILY BORED so a conversation can end just like that without the other person knowing why it ended so abruptly but on the other hand, sometimes u woudnt even notice becos gemini will have changed the subject that quick and off onto another discussion until there just isn't anything useful to talk about . then gemini gets bored. but any little piece of news from the paper is enough to light up a conversation with gemini whose crammed so much random knowledge in his mind here and there throughout his life that hes got a bounty of opinions and different aspects and views on things that can start a conversation for days but then gemini will get bored and start making jokes to change the subject IN MY opinion anyway unless the topic gets really interesting because more knowledge is exciting to gemini even an argument is exciting because it helps him see new ways of seeing things from different views which is LEARNING which geminis love to do naturally . i may add more

thats where i seriously went wrong. For months i'd sit in my bed browsing the web, gaming, everything. it became my station. I started wondering why i was getting a shitty sleep, then i realized, 'wow' i've made an indent into my matress and thats why my back hurts every day when i wake up. getting too comfy in your bed to use your laptop is a bad idea. it might feel good to stuff those fluffy pillows up against the wall and snuggle yourself into a little position so you can pull over the laptop stand and start having so much fun on the internet but all your doing is becoming a useless sack of dicks mixed with dirt. how useless is that you ask? well ask yourself how useless is dirt if its in a sack. how useless is a dick without balls. all it can do is fuck and who gives a fuck? how useless is a dick in dirt. if you can imagine how useless that is then you can imagine how useless you have become once you've setup a little station for yourself at your bed so that you can retreat to your laptop and play farmville for 6 hours. I dont play farmville but you get the point. DONT DO THIS.
