~Chojuro's growth. When we first meet him, he's a shy, smol bean.

But by the time we reach his part in the War, he's already grown so confident and self-assured. <3

Seriously, just look at the difference, and that's just in the original series. (We'll get to him as the Mizukage shortly)

~Just how freaking powerful Chojuro is. Literally, the first thing we learn about that little bean up at the top is that he's one of the Seven Ninja Swordsman, which means he's considered an equal to characters like Zabuza and Kisame. They don't give that title to just anyone. You have to earn it.

And in case you had any doubts when you saw the little bean during the Five Kage Summit, they prove it during the War Arc:

~And THEN, the artists had the nerve to give him a glow up in Boruto:

Seriously, look at him...the short fuzzy hair. The slight scruff on his chin. The broad shoulders. The sheer confidence and happiness in his eyes. This is a man I'd be glad to call Daddy.

And then he proceeded to beat the self-proclaimed new Seven Ninja Swordsman WITH A BROKEN SWORD

~Along with being powerful, he's very kind and caring. He didn't have to go out of his way to Boruto and his friends out of trouble for helping out in Kiri, but he did. (Not his fault Boruto blew it.) He also demonstrates this with Kagura, taking him under his wing and encouraging him.

~Finally...let's address the elephant in the room.
