Neither Bill or Darcy even knew that boys could kiss boys until they saw a pair of newsies do it, but as soon as that gate gets opened up they just kinda turn to each other. And they’re like “shit we could do that this whole time?” And not even a week later they’re dating. Bill loves Darcy even when he can be vEry petty, and Darcy loves Bill, even in spite of all of his dirty children that he keeps forcing Darcy to visit with him.

This is the most rebellious either of them have been against their parents since they were kids and would follow all of Katherine’s schemes that always got them in trouble, but it’s also the happiest they’ve ever been. Even if the little apartment they secretly got together always has mud tracked through it from stray newsboys

You like my chemical romance?

Their early work was a little too post hardcore for my tastes, but when Revenge came out in '04, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate emoism that really gives the songs a big boost. They’ve been compared to the used, but I think Gerard has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

In '06, they released this, The Black Parade, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Famous Last Words", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about determination and perseverance after death, it's also a personal statement about the band itself!
