My training logs from last month. It is laughable how some people complain about doing 3 × 30 min. modrate physical activities a week when this is my average training routine. You don’t need to go to the gym to do that ,but it is a good place to find the right support.
Bear in mind most of these sessions I either train at a high intensity or heavy weight I hardly train at light or modrate pace.
If you want to get your mind to the next level you need to get your body to the next level. You need a strong heart to pump fresh blood to your brain and to function properly esspecially if you have mental issues.

The wrong words to use: the body gets immune to exercise. The right words use: the body requires training variables to respond properly and to adapt to workloads. We use simple words when we are in a hurry and have to killit. Sometimes there is just zero time to explain everyting. It comes back to the variety principal. All exercises has it's time and place wheter your doing stength, cardio or flexiblity. However if you want to go to the next level you can not train at the same intensity ,effort or routine as you did in the past weeks/months/years. You must always adjust or increase your work load if you want to go to the next level. The same goes for: "If you want to step down a level." And if you want the same keep doing the same.
