doing some (read: a LOT of) preliminary research for a new story I'm conceptualizing and the girls are FIGHTING in the Wesleyan denominations this is such tea

as a girlie who grew up in the UMC, the fact that it has splintered off into like three different denominations just because they can't decide whether or not gay people deserve rights is so unnecessarily funny to me
