The trick to becoming a night owl and a morning person is to just stay up all night, feel energized in the morning, then crash out for most of the day!!

I can actually feel my body deteriorating from all the caffeine I need to maintain this, but I’ve made it to all my 8 am seminars this week AND am getting work done soooo

uni is done in like a month anyway I’ll be fine 🫡

Hi there!

so I’ve been in a little bit of a downward spiral recently, and I’m so burnt out academically, creatively, and socially that it’s been difficult to keep up with my university workload. I’m also really burnt out from social media, and decided that tumblr seemed like a good place I could share my thoughts and writing; maybe even give other people who are feeling a similar way something to relate to! some facts about me:

I’m an 18 year old lesbian who is currently attending university in the UK, but have lived in California my whole life. I’m studying English Lit and History of Art, and really love both reading and writing. Podcasts and audiobooks are how I’ve been coping with feeling down, and I try and romanticize my life by walking into the city centre and having a coffee, reading a book, etc. I collect CDs, drink far too much wine, and am going to do my best to push through the last few months of school the best I can!!
