Hi y'all! I'm a fitness professional/coach and artist, and one of my goals would be to have a workout and injury prevention program for artists. This would start as a 1x a week 30-45 min class. The plan would be to open more classes if there are more subscribers.

It would include light cardio, strengthening, and stretches.

Let me know what you think! Feel free to comment thoughts and feedback! Other things I would like to know is preferred virtual class program: Discord, Zoom, other, and what time of day/what time zone is best.

Stupid question incoming. I'm new to the whole of posting of art on Tumblr. I've posted art before and plan to more in the future. What are some ways to prevent your works from being stolen? Also I've seen others reposting art but tagging the artist in said repost. Is that allowed? I don't want to break any rules.

not a stupid question at all! in fact, it's really good you're asking this now, instead of being reactive to it. like I was with my old TF stickers OTL

I think bare minimum it's good to sign your work! try to put the signature somewhere it's not easy to crop out

people can still remove it if they're really determined, but in my experience that's rare. most theives aren't going to put in that much effort lol

that's all I really do, but if anyone else has further tips, please let me know!

as for reposting, that's up to an artist's personal preference. some artists have that preference listed in their bio, but if not, I'd assume they don't like having their work reposted by another account

at the end of the day, there's only so much you can do! report anyone using your work without permission, but don't stress over it too much. don't allow art thieves to steal the joy you get from creating and sharing your art!

I tried to file a report to Etsy, but they make it sound so official with filling out all the specifics about your "intellectual property." does it really count as MINE if it's only the design and not the subject matter that's mine?

putting this out there in case anyone else has experience with this on Etsy specifically and can give me some tips! it'd be much appreciated!
