A very old OC of mine, Ixi!
Despite never actually watching Pokémon, when we were kids my twin sister and I were obsessed with the idea of having magic little monsters of our own. We both made a plethora of knock-off Pokémon, and my favorite design (even as a kid) was Ixi. Anywho I thought it would be fun to draw her, especially since her design is the only one from our knock-off Pokémon I remember.
