the downfall of the mcu really started when they promoted wanda to antagonist in dr strange 2, because they really had the Perfect compelling saga villain right there with an easy transition into the x-men on a platter and instead they rushed her downfall and killed her off within the span of a single, underdeveloped movie. they deserve to fade into obscurity for fumbling the bag that badly tbh
