Gosh darn. People complain about fantasy stories always being the same but space stories are also always the same.

Trying out Star Rail and getting the distinct feeling that I've been here before. Space station aesthetic always the same, always space soldiers attacking a space station, our space soldiers need to defend the space station, there's always a significant portion of time spent on fixing the space station....

I get this same impression when I'm listening to sci-fi podcasts and even sci-fi themed horror podcasts. Always the same stuff :/

Hi, Don't know if you recall it, but you made a Soren and Priam work a ways back, and I was a big fan! Trying to put together a collage of Soren x Ike actually, and was wondering if I could have your permission to include it? Would not alter the image and of course link your profile as its artist. Do you think you could be comfortable with that?

Of course, I don't mind as long as you credit me! That's a pretty old piece if it's the one I'm thinking of but everyone still seems to be fond of it 😄

Just random thoughts as I sit here listening to podcasts at work-

Perhaps it's not surprising seeing as I'm drawing a horror comic currently but, I actually consume a lot of horror media despite not really considering myself a horror fan (I probably should though at this point lol).

I realized recently that I just don't consider stories about demons scary at all though. To me any horror story with a focus primarily on demons as the scary part is just kind of hokey. To me it's like if the story was about bigfoot or the chupacabra.

Do people normally find demon stories scary? What do you guys think?
