[ENG] Atnomen is a monster romance that's sad in old times and today, I dedicate myself completely to it and it's universes. In 2020 I started to publish the first pages during de p@and3m1c... But how it all started? I always LOVED to imagine stories and give them life, I wanted to work exclusively with art, but here in Brazil, artists don't get the recognition they deserve and even if I sent my portfolio to several companies, it never worked. I gave uo sending portifolios and start to post my fanarts here, on tumblr, just so I could share what I liked and the communitty surprised me. It grew so fast! And then, the p@nd3m1c came, and we all had to stay in our homes and so I saw an oportunitty to dedicate myself and give life to Atnomen. What started as a hobbie soon became my main occupation, allowing me to leave my jov as a Designer to live my dream. In 2021 I hired my first art assistant, marketing team and a professional to make 3D scenaries. In 2023 I started my second dream: my own store... But that's for another post! [BR] Atnomen é um romance com monstro que se passa num tempo arcaico e hoje, me dedico totalmente a ele e seus universos. Em 2020 comecei a postar as primeiras páginas, em plena p@nd3m1a... Mas, como tudo começou? Sempre AMEI imaginar histórias e dar vida à elas, queria trabalhar exclusivamente com arte, mas aqui no Brasil, o artísta ainda não é tão valorizado e mesmo enviando meu portfólio para diversas empresas, nunca dava certo. Desisti de enviar portfólios e comecei a postar meus fanarts aqui, no tumblr, somente para compartilhar o que eu gostava e a comunidade me surpreendeu. Cresceu muito rápido! E aí, veio a p@nd3m1a, tivemos todos que ficar em casa e vi nisso a oportunidade de me dedicar a dar vida a Atnomen. O que começou como um hobby logo se transformou na minha principal ocupação, permitindo-me abandonar meu emprego como Designer para viver do meu sonho. Em 2021 contratei minha primeira assistente de arte, marketing e uma profissional para fazer os cenários 3D. Em 2023 dei início a um segundo sonho: minha loja... Mas isso fica para outro post!

When I started my comic, all I had was a huge desire (as big as Rain) to tell stories and a sketch of what it could be. You not only believed in me, but also embarked in this journey with me, offering your support. I need to thank you all for being the pillars and a fundamental part of this story. The trust you gave to me and my work is the biggest gift a creator could have. Thank you so much! [BR] Pagãos, estava pensando na jornada incrível que temos compartilhado desde 2020, me sinto tão grata por vocês me acompanharem. É difícil colocar em palavras. Quando iniciei minha comic, tudo o que eu tinha era uma vontade imensa (do tamanho do Rain) de contar histórias e um esboço do que poderiam ser. Vocês não só acreditaram na vontade que eu tinha, mas também embarcaram nesta jornada comigo, oferecendo seu apoio. Graças a vocês, pude dar vida a um mundo que antes existia apenas na imaginação, e vimos juntos, o crescimento e a evolução dessa história. [ENG] Yes, I made Lena quite "human" in all senses... Normal! Not only with her physical attributes, but she also carries weknesses and insecurities that a lot of young women face. Why I did this, weh I could've just followed all the society norms? First of all, I do love my male readers, I write this story for women. I want them to feel comfortable, seeing that common and natural body types can also be loved and beautiful. That also makes it easier for the reader to envolve themselves in the story based on Lena's point of view. I always enjoyed to mix concepts of reality and fiction and fantasy. And then comes Rain, because as we know, he's fantastic in every way... They are the opposites that attract in my imagination.

[BR] Sim, fiz a Lena bem "humana" em todos os sentidos, ela é uma garota normal! E não apenas nos atributos físicos, ela também carrega fraquezas e inseguranças que muitas mulheres jovens vivenciam. Por que fiz isso, quando eu poderia ter usado o padrão que estamos acostumados? Primeiramente, por mais que eu ame meus leitores homens, eu escrevo essa história para as mulheres. E eu quero que elas se sintam vistas e confortáveis vendo que corpos comuns e naturais também são belos e podem ser amados pelo que são. Isso também facilita a leitora a se envolver na história a partir do ponto de vista de Lena. E eu sempre gostei de misturar conceitos de realidade com ficção e fantasia. E aí entra o Rain, pois como nós sabemos, ele é fantástico em todos os sentidos... Eles são os opostos que se atraem na minha imaginação.
