it’s easier to deal

with pain & abuse

than with

love & patience

i cry myself to sleep

or just not say anything

(usually the latter)

love & kindness is awkward

how do people even take

compliments?!

let alone your money & time

i already feel like a fuck up

whose just killing mine

so i don’t burn yours

my being cynical doesn’t

murder your mood

or make you uncomfortable

because that’s what i know

how to operate in

and driven by resentment … for one another

misunderstanding

misinterpretation

miss. education

is what you wanted me to be

im too far gone

in my aptitude

of loving

creating

to be confined

to not share stories
