(*Warning for animal death*)I was just suddenly reminded of a fic and I /think/ it's a Klaine fic but it could also possibly be from a different fandom. But in it, one of the boys (Kurt, I believe) runs at Cat Cafe and Blaine either works there or is a regular or something and one day a customer brings in a ball of yarn to play with the cats despite there being rules against bringing in toys from outside of the cafe. And because yarn is actually very dangerous for cats, one of the cats ends up choking on it and has to be put down as a result and Kurt is hysterical about it, thinking its all his fault because he wasn't paying close enough attention to see the yarn before it was too late, and Blaine stays with him through the whole thing and comforts him. And now that my brain is thinking about this fic it simply will not stop, so do you have any ideas?

"You're nervous," Kurt murmured softly into his ear.

I think Blaine is with his boyfriend when he runs into Kurt and they break up shortly after because the boyfriend realizes Blaine’s not over Kurt. But I’m not too sure about that part.
