Just an assortment of sketches, inked and one finished-ish thing. From the top there’s the first mermaid I’ve drawn in quite a while, Keahi’s sister Rossica, a wood-elf (I think that’s what I decided) ranger, a super curly haired lady with a staff, Ardor, and a ghost of sorts that I drew watching one of the latest (and worst) paranormal activity movies.

Once upon a time I decided to finally get off my butt and design Keahi’s tattoo sleeve, which was supposed to be based around the four horsemen of the apocalypse. 

Needless to say I drew my interpretation of War and stopped there. If I finish, the horse’s hooves and tail would be fire, as well as some embers coming off the rider’s cape.

I went through a phase where I decided to draw everything in circles, and here are two of the ones I finished, and one that I didn’t. 

My Skyrim dark elf pc Kelandrin is first, the second is one of my druid girls who I still haven’t named, and the third is Ardor. I never finished him because I could never decide on the right shades to do his skin with.

2004 me posting art: this is a piece I worked on for four weeks, using experimental brushes I downloaded for this new program. I wanted to convey the mixed emotions that Sakura must have been experiencing during this time, my friend helped me with the anatomy. I think I am improving, I hope so anyway... I just think we need more mysterious horror movies where supernatural stuff happens and there’s no real reason, the villains have no grudge against the protagonists, there’s no stupid witchcraft backstory and the monsters are just doing their thing and they don’t know they’re being evil. 

Nothing ruins horror like overcomplicated explanations and villains having a tragic backstory or whatever. Like don’t make me sympathize with the villain if I’m going to be wishing the protagonists dead for the following 60 minutes. Stop making prequels humanizing the monsters, just let them be evil ffs
