Storytime.
Weird thing happened back last June. I got into a car wreck and my car totaled after 5 days of having it. Obviously I was devastated. But that's not the weird part. I had gotten off of work and was driving back to my friend's place which was where I was staying at the time. I'm driving on the highway and there's this car parked in the FUCKING. HIGHWAY. I wasn't on my phone. My lights were on. I was going the speed limit. But by the time I realized he wasn't moving it was too late. Need I say that he didn't have his lights on? Nor hazards? Just plain as day parked on the goddamn freeway for no reason. My mom is telling me that I'm at fault since I rear-ended him, but judging by the fact that victims get their police report from the courthouse for free, and I got mine for free, I don't think so. I'm pretty sure he's also trying to make me pay for the damages since I got a credit collections thing in the mail from Allstate, and that's his insurance. Someone please tell me, what do I do? Cause I know for a fact that I'm a victim here.
