nighttime routine

hiiii

here’s a little tiny bedtime routine 

⭐️ straighten up your room

- this means putting away any clothes, books, pens, etc

⭐️ take your medicine (if you have any)

⭐️ brush your teeth, wash your face, and do any skin care. or take a shower/bath w lots of bubbles if needed !

⭐️ put some comfy pajamas on

- it’s so much easier to sleep when you feel snuggly from head to toe

⭐️ have a warm beverage

- i lo ve chamomile or peppermint tea

⭐️ nighttime entertainment- for 15 to 30 mins

- read a book, watch a lil show, scroll through tumblr, talk to your s/o or friends (or send me some asks)! do something to relax your mind !

⭐️ now you’re ready for bed!

⭐️ turn off any lights or electronics that might disturb you

⭐️ make sure you’re all warm and cozy

⭐️ and have sweet dreams ✨💤

call me “baby boy”/“little one”/“prince”/any other adorable pet name

ask me if you can do a task for me (ex: “you want me to pick that up for you?”)

give me my littlespace things (bottle, binky, stuffies, starry robe, etc)

make me food without me asking

pick me up or hold my hand unexpectedly

any baby talk or treating me like a kid

touch my face in a tender way

sing to me

ask me childish questions

treat me like I’m small or younger
