Hi! What do you think about Rin faces (Ishtar/Eresh) x Cu versions (Lancer/Caster/Alter/Proto) in FGO? do they count as Rin x Lancer or are something else altogether?

hrmmm i think they would be something else honestly! that’s why it’s only rin x lancer cu on this blog, but i definitely could understand if people classify them as the same—the “base” of all those characters are derived from rin and cu; arguably you could see ishtar/eresh as just rin with a different name and setting like how the different cu versions are still cu.

if anyone else has input i’d love to see it!!

Mod friend, what are some AUs with Cu Chulainn and Rin that you would like to see?

hmm~ i love seeing any content with them, but a darker sort of AU i like is the idea of another holy grail war happening relatively quickly after the first one she was in. rin summons lancer cu because she remembers how many times lancer was betrayed by his master and forced to kill himself and though she misses archer, knowing that lancer would likely be put through that again causes her to hesitate and make her guilty so she travels to get an artifact of him (which is actually harder than she was assuming it would be) to summon him. the fact that she’s a woman now and not just a little girl alongside that she specifically and knowingly chose him just... makes him fall for her SO hard.

i really like this scenario because time has made rin more mature, even more beautiful and just... she’s now an adult and cu can appreciate her as a woman. rin is a cute teenager but she’s absolutely gorgeous grown up ♡

aside from that... something lighthearted would probably be rin helping lancer out in his various part time jobs in today’s menu for the emiya family lol he has so many of them
