Hjaalmarch is my favorite hold.

I love how depressing and sombre it is.

It reminds me of an abandoned graveyard I once found in the woods.

The isolation and decay of stone ruins combined with an abundance of nature reminds me of the cycle of life.

It reassures me that even when I'm gone, life goes on without me.

holy shit a new update for disco elysium just dropped

pics just for local fun, were drawn a two years ago, in 36 day since full war was started.

pic. 1 - here we are - me and my bestie - @trottil, chilling with almost no money in my yard;

we didn't have possibility to meet irl for a quite long time since 24.02, but once it turned out that we both in time of playing DE often imagine us, like we just walking? or running? like kim and harry? just doing something together, some casual daily stuff that we have to do, and everything around just ok as it usually possible, interesting and not so horrible, as it was in few first months of big invasion.

pic. 2 - I didn't finish this drawing then, because of my studies, so I just paint it a bit now a little and put Kim in it!

generally, Disco Elysium was so important for my mental health in those times, not only like a way for escapism, more like "yep life sucks sometimes but you still can be able to be kind, do something important, even if it's so for a few people - it's still great; sometimes you suck, sometimes you just rotting, but it's not the end, it's not for ever, you still able to manage it, just not immediately " and and so on. It helped to run through the hell with less damage, than it could be.

I would tell more, I would write a whole article about what exactly is in this game helped me to understand and reflect the part of most terrifying time in my life, but it seems to me that my english skills are not enough to describe this deep reflections and I feel stupid because of it

I'm so hyperfixated on da2 for last few months, but realising how much painful moments there are in the story, how many terrible events all the people have to go through - i need a sims therapy after that, I need to comfort all my beloved precious kitties

honestly, I've made them all in sims a years before I played da, because, you know, "wow I'm a child and this dudes and ladies looks hot af i want them in my sims and make them doing blurred sex !", but now it turned out as a much deeper thing for my mental stability, so they're just building their lives, hanging out together and having fun (that's except the case when Hawke's mabari was confiscated at the shelter because she didn't take care of him for two days because she got so much fun exploring the catacombs... and the case when Anders burned down Pip Goodfellow's house... and Fenris was taken away by the police for vandalism, but everything is okay here because Anders turned a policeman on a frog, so they're doing well)
