Make A Magical Girl!! 2/??? - Dream Maker White Dwarf

I have returned to continue with the Dream Maker magical girls character designs that I did over a week ago. So here's her team member and best friend, Blue Moon! She's a little more reclusive compared to White Dwarf, and prefers to be in smaller circles, which is hard when her parents are very important cosmic figures.

There's a sneak peak of the third Dream Maker girl I'm gonna start soon, cause I'm loving this series and these characters, it's so much fun. :]

Make A Magical Girl!! 1/??? - Dream Maker White Dwarf

One thing I've recently been super nostalgic for is dress up games online! I thought it would be fun to occasionally make some magical girls (boys/enbies) based on and inspired by these dolls!

For this first one I was playing around with the Dream Maker on Azalea's Dolls. I used that as inspiration and kept the idea of a space themed magical girl, named White Dwarf! I like to think her and the others call themselves Dream Makers (like the doll maker!), little space cherubs that help children sleep who are afraid of sleeping alone and find homes for lost stars and planets.

"Dear Princess Celestia... "

I have yet to actually finish mlp but I've always wanted to draw my own gijinkas of the mane 6! I dunno if I'll do them all but for now, have this quick design of a human Twilight Sparkle!

Equestria Girls kind of cheats by making the mane 6 high schoolers, cause I always thought it was cool that the ponies were all adults working their own jobs and learning about friendship. As an adult it gets harder to make friends so i like that about the og show!

Twilight being a tutor/student under the Princess def makes her look like both a plucky young student, and yet also she looks like a college professor who hasn't slept in weeks, cause she's a wizard with a lot of her plate lol.

shapes and chroma! 🌈

I wanted to see how I can push the way I draw bodies, faces and even eyes with different shapes! These six characters are actually drafts of a story I'm trying to work on, a magical girl story about colours and chroma and colour theory! 

I am trying to post more magical girl content and yes I know magical march is practically over, but I am still in the mood to draw some prompts from old lists!

I've been meaning to do this challenge on twitter for a while, and so I did it with my favourite Undertale character! Undertale is a pixel game so i decided to just approximate and copy the style of the official Undertale LINE stickers, and i really like the results!

I feel like the best way to show my growth as an artist is to just show all the ways I've drawn Chara and Frisk since 2016 lmao, I draw them way too much and i will not be stopping

Her name is Karey Oke and she's based off those cute pink and purple toy radios that came with a little CD player and mic!

Dahlia Lu - The Rockstar Bard - Original Character

Happy March everyone! This project is for my second drawing/ anatomy project of 2023, where after we built up a visual library of objects to draw, we put it all together to create an original character.

I chose the theme of music, and collected images of guitars both electrical bass guitars and acoustic lutes, sound equipment like headphones and vintage mics, and 80s rocker clothing and medieval bard attire. I thought about taking the idea of a bard character from Dungeons and Dragons, and combining it with the edge of an 80's punk rocker.

This character is called Dahlia Lu, and she is a aspiring musician in her 20s who one day is transported to a magical land where people's talents are mixed in with combat to create a form of competitive magical duels. Dahlia has become The Rockstar Bard with a special electric lute. I took inspiration from the NPC characters of Slime Rancher for how I drew her facial features.
