“Snow monkeys of Japan” I casually stopped by an antique shop in a very small town and found one of the original copy of LIFE magazine that introduced “snow monkey” 50 years ago. The ones I saw a couple of years ago were the great-grandkids of them? Social isolation Day 6. I went to grocery shopping for the first time since the social isolation started. It seems normal. Of course, some items are out of stock but it always happens on this island. Enjoyed Japanese brown sugar shochu in Guam. It’s quite nice. Though I am not a big fan of shochu, this one is very smooth and flavorful.
