ykw let's be a bit silly, I'm gonna ramble about 2 new ocs that I just came up with :3

so uu see these ocs are VERY recent so i dont have too much info about them yet (thank the stars, i dont wanna stay up all night rambling LOL)

their designs + names are based on 2 vtubers from hololive regloss! it just felt right in my head ehe...

the first character is based on ririka ichijou, and i kinda find it funny bc the vibes of the vtuber and the vibes of my oc are quite different...? anyway, ririka lives a quiet and boring life although she is quite happy with it. she hopes nothing ever changes except for one thing. she wants to fall in love and date someone so she will feel less alone.

ririka herself is also rather quiet and peaceful but she can easily become louder when she's angry. on the outside she looks small (well she is small) but she has lots of hidden strength. she enjoys martial arts and she has a love fur fitness. sometimes when she's climbing up the stairs to her cozy little apartment and her body hurts while she walks, she wonders if her struggles would be easier if she was dating someone. she secretly fawns over romantic media.

ririka would have a different outfit compared to the vtuber ririka, with a warmer color palette focused on autumn-ish colors. somehow i keep imagining this story with autumn themes....

and here's the second oc based on ao hiodoshi (btw they use any pronouns). ao is a celebrity influencer person. they're very good at dressing up and playing different characters. their main profession is being an online entertainer or blogger and they make all kinds of videos and they also stream. i plan for ririka to be a casual fan of ao before they meet. oh yeah and ao would live in the same city as ririka for a short time so they could spend time together irl... ehe

ao likes to play it cool and he's used to hiding his true self from others. his true self is soft and sensitive. his favorite sport is swimming. his interest in swimming stems from trauma in his early childhood, when his mother died from drowning

ao is genderfluid and by default she presents as androgynous

the mitski lyrics, "i want a love that falls as fast as a body from the balcony," and, "give me one good movie kiss and i'll be alright," make me think of ao. i guess thats how ao views love. she wants something sweet and idealized like from the movies bcz secretly she wants to return to the innocence she used to have

i want ririka and ao to be opposites in some was. like how in fight vs flight ririka is "fight" and ao is "flight." in some way that subverts their appearances bcz ririka appears as the soft and weak girl and ao appears as the cool masculine protector partner.

im not sure yet what their story will be. i want it to be focused on wholesome romance (which is VERY FAR from the stories ive done before, lol) but i got the idea fur their overall story when i was listening to taylor swift. ^_^

i do too, anon!!

in this post im discussing two ocs instead of one!! that's because they exist within the same story and they're intrinsically linked with each other :3 (although this post will focus more on one oc, norwynn, because i was only able to flesh out their story before i tired of these ocs)

introducinggg: my ocs essakaria or essa for short, (left one, she/he) and norvynnien or norwynn for short (right one, they/them) the twins with Complicated Sibling Dynamic!!!

i made these ocs when during my Encanto phase and empires SMP phase. the "twin siblings with a complicated bond" detail was inspired by Scott and xornoth from empires SMP, and the themes of like, special gifts and the consequences of having the special gifts were inspired by Encanto.

essa and norwynn are twin siblings and they're royalty. they're the children of the King and Queen of a prosperous and beautiful empire, which i nicknamed the gilded empire but never actually got around to naming

uu see in this kingdom there's some sort of prophecy. every century or three, one twin in a set of twin siblings will be chosen by the universe to receive great power close to godliness that's beyond your imagination (aka they can do literally anything with their powers except for overly crazy reality bending or anything that has to do with time). but they are not granted a good life. they will be revered and glorified, but in the end they will be disgraced, and they'll wither away and be forgotten from history. they will never be truly happy

no one knows about this prophecy. not even the royal family. sure, one could've observed that from reading up on the royal family's history BUT I NEVER THOUGJT ABOUT THAT but history is so distorted no one would know about that shit haha!

so, our latest receiver of this curse hidden as a gift is norvynnien, or norwynn for short.

left is essa, right is norwynn, like the first photo. this one is them as children. (i like this a lot because of the lil details i put in. the simple crown on essa's head vs the flower crown on norwynn's head indicates how adored norwynn was. norwynn stares almost negatively at essa while essa emptily looks into the distance. essa holds up the sword with a bare hand because he was honest and he wanted people to acknowledge all of his work and efforts. norwynn holds a bloody sword pointing down with a gloved hand because they lived a comfortable life and behind the scenes committed horrible acts)

norwynn had a shit life. everyone sorta dehumanized them and glorified them, treating them like a saint that performs miracles and they made them solve like almost every problem in the kingdom. the beacon of hope that only exists to serve. they made norwynn talk to the dead for fucks sake and heal the sick and wounded and breathe life back into forests and whatever the fuck

this caused norwynn to detach themself from everything from a very young age. they didn't enjoy a fun regular childhood. they didn't form meaningful connections w/ anyone because in their eyes everyone just wanted to use them. tbh they were constantly dissociated. they would've had a close bond with essa but the divide between them grew with them until they only regarded each other as strangers. norwynn saw essa as their lowly unworthy sibling, whom they only paid attention when they wanted to play tricks on her for their own amusement; and essa saw norwynn as the sibling she'll never have and the person she'll never be.

no one paid much attention to essa, meaning she made herself work thrice as hard so she can someday achieve her dream of ruling the kingdom. honestly it's interesting that essa actually had a proper dream she worked hard for while norwynn didn't really care about any of that. they thought they'd be fine until the end because of their power and fame. or so they thought!

okay so this part might be a little complicated BUT: norwynn's powers started fading. this scared them a lot. they don't know who tf they are without their powers. so they obsessively experimented with their magic to find out what's going on. they learned something shocking: all of their magic has been weakening except for their "dark magic" that deals with death, corruption, darkness etc which they've barely used because they never needed it.

they experimented often w/ their dark magic to learn more about it. it steadily grew as time passed and the rest of their powers weakened more and more. they found creative ways to cover up the weakening of their powers (example: pretending to heal someone with a morbid illness, and cursing the patient to get worse after getting better so they come back to norwynn again and again) no one suspected anything was wrong and they were admired all the more. norwynn was deathly afraid of anyone finding out something was wrong because they wanted to maintain that facade of godly perfection. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH NORWYNN WHATSOEVER! they were hanging on by a thread bro

i have this mini arc idea in my head where norwynn tries to learn more about the origin of their power (they don't believe that whole "sent by the gods" bullshit) they discover the locations of different lost libraries that could contain info valuable to them and they end up bringing essa along to find the libraries and peruse the knowledge stored within them. why essa?? idfk norwynn was bored. maybe essa had her own thing going on where the libraries could help her and she needed norwynn to access them. this mini arc would not help them get closer but they would feel connected. just a little bit. they'd understand each other just slightly and wonder if their lives would've been better if they were never separated but after that they never talk to each other again

eventually norwynn learned about the prophecy i mentioned in the beginning. this distressed them a lot. they didn't like that their life had been dictated since a millenia ago. most of all they didn't want to be forgotten and hated after giving their everything to their kingdom

so how does this part of norwynn's backstory end? well im not able to explain most of the logic behind this so just bear with me and go along with what i tell uu

norwynn decided to take over their kingdom. most of their magic had become non existent now, leaving only their dark magic available to them, which had become so strong they can hardly contain it anymore. they destroyed the kingdom, setting the streets on fire with unnatural flames that burned faster and hotter than normal flames do. they unleashed earthquakes that split the ground. invasive and dangerous flora grew everywhere, destroying the local environment. (if one is familiar with empires SMP, just imagine xornoth's corruption of the empires. it's like that.) this catastrophic event caused the deaths of norwynn and essa's parents, and the deaths of some nobles.

norwynn claimed that they unleashed invisible toxic vapors that poisoned everyone in the kingdom and everyone would all die in a few minutes. everyone panicked and norwynn enjoyed the power trip. after being coddled and revered and being told that they had to play the part of basically a god bc of the powers they were born with, in some twisted way they enjoyed feared

so yea the citizens of the kingdom were all scared and shit. they begged for their lives and they begged that... "whatever evil spirit possessed their saintly norwynn would leave and stop punishing their kingdom." basically people blamed norwynn's takeover on other faceless forces. most people didn't blame norwynn themself. this pissed norwynn off, that until the end people still hung on to the belief that norwynn was their saint. they couldn't even get the full satisfaction of a villain arc. so they bitterly stopped their attack, withdrew the evil shit they unleashed upon the kingdom, and left. just straight up disappeared.

what happens after that? essa immediately inherited the throne with her parents and twin (norwynn was supposed to inherit the throne lmao they didn't even want it) gone. essa struggled to get used to it, people watching her every move, expecting her to rebuild the kingdom after the destruction wreaked by norwynn, expecting her to be the perfect leader and to fill the roles of her parents and norwynn at once somehow. people looked at her like a stranger. essa knew she shouldve been happy now that she was crowned, but it wasn't right and it wasn't how she wanted it. essa became a competent leader though.

as for norwynn, they became a mysterious and evil witch who traveled around everywhere doing whatever they wanted. and also massacring and killing a lot of people. idk why. sometimes i think of norwynn adopting a very young child who lived in a town she destroyed and raising the child like their own. the child would've been an avian-like creature (like, idk, alula from oneshot) and norwynn wouldve named them Octavia.

norwynn practiced and trained themself to regain the rest of the powers they lost until they were almost at their full strength again. also the ghosts and corpses of everyone they slaughtered haunt them at every sleeping and waking moment of their life

they were free of their life as a "saint" but even until the present they still dehumanized themself, but now they regard themself as a killing machine who slaughtered for their own satisfaction. their sins follow them everywhere

i planned a storyline where norwynn and essa reunite in the present day, and they're forced to ally with each other for their own personal goals. this time they actually develop a bond with each other and norwynn learns to be human. this story never got developed sadly because i only daydreamed of it through vague scenes and concepts

if someone was crazy enough to get this far have some excerpts of my writing related to norwynn and essa.

the oc i will be discussing today is an scp oc i made named raziel. their pronouns are they/them. i don't have a very developed storyline fur them so i can't share a lot of info. I'll probably show off a lot of picrews i made of them though. (no links too lazy. ask fur link if uu need)

present day raziel vs past-ish raziel. present raziel here is one of my most favorite picrews I've ever made of them and it's basically their design. and once again, warning, this oc is for the scp foundation and I'm too lazy to explain stuff about the scpf, so I'm going to infodump assuming that the readers of this post know what I'm talking about. and if uur curious or confused and uu care at all just ask

as a bonus here's a link to a playlist that i associate with raziel a lot. i listened to it when i daydreamed about them and stuff

so yes, raziel is a literal angel walking amongst mortals. i made my own lore for how angels work in this universe, based on like some info i read online about the different classifications of angels and what they're like. conveniently I've stored screenshots of the notes i typed (i typed them in a private post i made in this Tumblr account back when i still used this for private notes...) so uu can read these if uu wish

sorry if none of it makes sense i wrote allat like 3 yrs ago and i still think it wouldn't have made sense if i wrote it now

but anyway. RAZIEL LORE

they're insanely tall like 7ft tbh. their form looks a bit unnatural fur a regular human but no one else notices they look out of place. some people who can notice anomalous traits in objects and entities can notice and sense that raziel isn't human. they may also see raziel glow and see raziel's halo. they would also be able to see raziel's wings but raziel has an... absence of those. after their wings got ripped out as ordered by God. yeah

raziel also has a special anomalous trait where they absolutely cannot be photographed, because anyone who sees their face becomes infatuated with them and begins worshipping them, the effects and intensity of the obsession worsening over time. a few people have died because of this. the foundation is aware of this, and destroys any photos of raziel's face they can find, and provides amnestics for anyone who has seen their face. raziel is compliant in the security measures regarding this and hates when photos are taken of them

they also wear a lot of bandages on their body. i contemplated making it so that their body cracks like porcelain sometimes. i thought it'd be cool

raziel's main department is astronomy but they also have a lot of expertise in theology (wow i wonder why). they like to ignore their theology expertise but somehow, situations always happen where their theology knowledge is Needed, and Acknowledged as a result

like i mentioned in the universe lore, powers are split up into legions like task forces to do different jobs. raziel does a quite boring job, on earth, where theyre the equivalent of a hitman who tracks anomalous objects and eliminates them. this is how they got involved with alto clef during his GOC days

more raziel. this picrew didn't have heterochromia options but raziel's right eye is brown and their left eye is red

Look idk much about the lore with popular scp characters, I'm interested there's just .... A lot of reading to do and i can't read nowadays, so clef's story and character here is based on scp 4231 bc I've read that as well as just my own ideas fur him

raziel and clef met when they were on separate missions to raid and ambush the same reality bender. they met each other by chance and decided to temporarily team up. i imagined a few snippets of this—raziel heavily smoking cigarettes bc they knew they couldn't die anyway, and back then they were less uptight that they are now; raziel and clef fighting the reality bender in an abandoned factory; and the two of them setting the factory ablaze and blowing it up

they settled into some sort of relationship where they're not really friends and they don't like each other but something draws them together and so they spend a lot of time together. they don't open up to each other, and raziel knows about clef's struggles with Lilly because they can read his mind, but they don't help him or talk to him about it at all. clef can also see that raziel is an angel, he sees their halos and the eyes on the halos, their giant wings, their glow, and he doesn't mention it either. so yeah they have that kind of friendship

idrk what happens between Then and Now, i just know that raziel transfers to the site clef works at, and clef Instantly recognizes them and knows they met before. and then he tries to investigate them or whatever and learn more about them bc he feels like something's up and he doesn't know enough about this Mysterious Person whos somehow returning to his life again IDFK DUDE LMFAO throws these blurbs at uu

okay WOE PICREW DUMP UPON YE!

honestly i think the main difference between present day raziel and past raziel is that past raziel used to Live like a Human. i mean they didn't feel like a human nor did they behave like one but back then they at least had a fake life like one. they were rich, they had an apartment, they cared a little about their fake appearance and made sure their hair and clothes were always beautiful and fancy, they indulged in human vices bc they knew these vices couldn't affect them, etc. and then along the way something changed. and they cared less until they stopped caring altogether. and their life became hollow and empty

also why does raziel wear a devil horns headband? idk either i just thought it'd be cool and figured, fuck it, it's scp, it's not the weirdest thing a character has in their appearance, and i could just make it so no one questions that part of their appearance either. so yeah

I'll be discussing a newer oc in this post, riamu yumemi......! yea she's based on the im@s character so what... i used the character's name and used her appearance as inspo as well but that's about it. others may find unintentional similarities between the two though

i know nothing about im@s riamu it just... felt right to me to make the oc based on her ig? idk anyway here we go

so this riamu is a mad scientist girly who is absolutely Not professional enough for her job! she never follows lab safety precautions, none of her experiments are legal, she constantly causes explosions or invents a new virus on accident or creates deadly military weapons and she's an absolute liability to the corporation she works for. not that they can fire her though :) she's too valuable to them :) and bad things will happen if they fire her :)

not only that but she's also a nightmare to be around

she has very volatile and explosive mood swings and sometimes lies about shit for fun and makes people vaguely uncomfortable and she kiiinddd offf has a god complex?? but come on she's just a silly hyper girly :3 she's not really mean to people she's just .... a lot to handle and overwhelming

riamu is obsessed with presenting herself in a certain way, rn she's trying to present herself as a quirky and cutesy anime girl. she dyed her hair to stand out more and she dresses up in jfashion... even when she's at work. its obvious she forces herself to behave differently too. she forces herself to be outspoken, bubbly, charismatic, and basically just super duper different. she wants to stand out and make an impression on people's minds and god she does it so well. her behavior gets on people's nerves but lots of people end up being intrigued and drawn to her even tho they dislike her. so instead of disliking her they end up loving her too

speaking of love riamu is . absolutely desperate for love but she can't keep a relationship to save her life. instead she chases after unattainable beings that she can't even date, including:

1. the cute lady who recently gained superpowers and goes around and fights crime (i inserted this character bc i thought it would be funny to make this a universe with like stereotypical superheroes and villains and shit). riamu is very obsessed with her and claims that the superhero is in love with her too but that's... really not how it is. riamu keeps a collection of "proofs" proving the superhero reciprocates her feelings and she's really just reaching so hard man. the superhero avoids fighting riamu and battling her because any interaction or confrontation at all will just enforce riamu's beliefs that they're in love

2. an AI system created by one of her co-workers that's meant to help around the laboratory. riamu please stop trying to seduce the lab's AI and turn it evil. it cannot feel any type of attraction and it would be largely inconvenient if it attempted to commit omnicide against humans and the whole planet

3. speaking of AIs that commit omnicide riamu also has a fictional crush on AM from i have no mouth and i must scream.

that's all i have to say for now about riamu. extra fun facts about her:

- she permanently cured her own bad eyesight on her own but she still wears glasses as an accessory

- she wears an eyepatch sometimes but everyone knows damn well she doesn't need one

- some comments her co-workers have made about her: "i don't like thinking about her." "she's fun but... you really can't take her anywhere." "id say she'd be benefited by therapy but nothing can help her anymore." "she owes the corp 10 zillion dollars" "i think everyone should be less critical of her" "the other day she tried to stab everyone in the room and then herself. this isn't the first time this happened." "she's helped the entire country with her innovations but also she's capable of destroying the whole planet" "she's a genius! :3" "I'm subscribed to her onlyfans"

I've been kinshifted to mitsuri kanroji from demon Slayer for the past few days now (as a result of hearing many love songs in my surroundings...) so I'll share some quick mitsuri mems!

- i liked to paint! , by no means i wasn't the best at it but i found the hobby relaxing. expressing oneself is very fun. I encouraged obanai to get into painting as well and he humored my attempts to help him.. ^_^;

- i was much taller than my height in the media, as tall as rengoku and giyuu if not taller than them. it's one of the things that caused men to reject me when i was still looking for a husband before joining the corps. they thought my height wasnt feminine enough

- i think i was in a romantic relationship with obanai but also a qpp with shinobu... obviously we didn't use the term "qpp" to refer to what we had, but we knew what we had was special and different from other types of relationships. what can i say? i had so much love to give !

sharing a small memory from one of my highest IDs, ocean queen Lizzie from empires SMP season 1! i remember standing on the shores of a sandy beach, feeling the waves wash over my legs, im pretty sure i had already transformed into the axolotl queen by then. it was a bright sunny day and it was peaceful. there were seagulls or something. i was mainly focused on the water, how they looked under the sun, their clearness and tranquility, and how they moved with the waves. back when i used to meditate, id focus on this memory because it brought me a lot of peace and happiness ^_^

now I will be infodumping about a recent oc i made for a roleplay with my partner and friend! her name is Clarion Aria Usher, or just Aria

and YES, i do roleplay, so what!? i love writing, and i love collaborating with my loved ones to create a story together. and for the record, i write about 2-4 or more paragraphs per response, depending on the scene and my mood. so i do some serious writing when i roleplay and it's not just some simple one liners with asterisks.

so the roleplay is basically this zombie apocalypse story, where the zombies are similar to the cordyceps zombies from the last of us (that was my idea hehe) and we're still in the early stages of the apocalypse. like, not everything has been destroyed and abandoned yet, and the government is still a thing and they're still trying to maintain control, but they won't be able to keep up a facade of control any longer.

I'm also going to quickly mention Aria's inspirations: her family was heavily based on the ushers from the fall of the house of usher (2023). aria herself was only partly inspired by Fallon Carrington from Dynasty (2017). the media that inspired he will be veeeryy obvious when i talk about her LMAO

okay! so. Aria's family, the ushers, is this super rich and super influential family. as in like, they practically control most of the globe. the Usher dynasty is very big (like, imagine the usher kids from tfothou didnt die and a lot of them had kids or something) and each family focuses on their own industry. media and entertainment, power and energy, medicine, technology, etc. Aria's family focuses on energy (like the Carringtons). so you could immediately understand that Aria's life was privileged and glamorous. she practically had endless money to throw around, her family's name assured she had protection and respect wherever she went, everything was handed to her on a diamond encrusted platter, etc etc.

aria was still encouraged to work for what she wanted, and she did attempt to start her own company rather than work at her father's. but she still struggled with trying to become independent because she's so used to relying on people

because like Aria's a little bitch yk. during the roleplay i plan for her to heavily rely on the other characters and expect her teammates to serve her and always help her, despite not contributing anything herself. i want her to treat her teammates condescendingly, like shit. she wants everything to go her way, because for all her life that's how everything went, but now things aren't like that anymore because her aunt (aunt Victorine... wHWUAJUDHAH /ref) let a virus she was experimenting with break out from her laboratory and infect an entire city.

(okay well, it's a bit deeper than that. certain conditions in the environment allowed the virus to inhabit human bodies and spread so quickly, and these conditions were caused by the actions of the ushers. certain issues in society made it harder for regular people to live well during the virus lockdown, and these societal issues were once again caused by the ushers. so yeah they had a hand in a lot of things, directly or indirectly).

and that infected city is the city aria is currently trapped in. and for lore reasons she has to actually fight to get out of this city because her family dumped her there and left her behind.

so yeah! that's her current situation. i plan that her character arc will involve finally realizing her family's evil, exploitation, and damage, and turning her back on them so she can change for the better :3

oh yeah and Aria's nonhuman cause i thought that'd be cool. her mom is sort of an avian (hey idk what her species would be called) and her name Clarion was inspired by her mother, but she hates her mother so she doesn't use that name. she hates that she looks a lot like her mother. oh yeah and also aria can't fly because she got her wings clipped when she was 18. I'll write something about that someday. it's supposed to be a painful event

anyway I'm going to show some snippets of my writing for aria as a bonus for anyone who's read this far :3

i don't have much to show for her because we're literally still in the first scene LMAO but I'm excited to see how this goes!
