Oh, also all while holding the roses her lover used to 'honor' her while shaming his wife lol. Loved that little touch, a selfish narcissist to the very end lmao. Meanwhile someone else was given a gruesome and gratuitously sexually violent death along with her two babies because Martin just couldn't help himself and in order to further said bastard's trite ass 'hidden prince' storyline.

If she was such a bird to run off with the married crown prince in the first place, it is very likely that she also listened to him when he said it was in her and her bastard's interest to stay in Dorne while the rebellion was happening.

She canonically watched Rhaegar publicly shame his pregnant wife in front of the entire realm and was like, 'yes, this guy is totally a better alternative to Robert and/or can help be be FREEEEE' because she didn't want to marry a man who had a bastard, but was fine with running away with a married father of two. That detail alone makes her look rancid as fuck. And then she died giving birth to one lmao.

Yes, Rhaegar is BY FAR the one most responsible and should take the vast majority of the blame, and Lyanna may have been a victim but she was also very likely a complicit asshole as well. It's almost as if people aren't always perfect victims and are complex and can be hypocritical and irrational and cruel and malicious in their selfishness.
