Either they work out or they don’t. Seldom do they make you realise you’re in love with someone else. But then, Max has always been special.

Max is trying to write his dissertation for his master's degree in Maritime History, the biggest downside to this isn't the lack of sleep, or the long days spent in the library trying to get his research done. No, it's definitely Lewis, who is working on his own dissertation and who always seems to be in Max's way. Everything is going perfectly fine (if you ignore the building up caffeine addiction, his wrecked social life, and the weird dreams that seem to plague him every time he closes his eyes.)

I am going to start answering your specific ship questions w this one beacuse I am truly curious about people who ship 4433. Like, how? How does it work? How can it fit in the fanbase? What's the dynamic? Is there a "canon-fanon" accepted dynamics? If anyone wants to explain i am here i am interested i am truly curious as go why and how.

Brocedes - og otp they got me into shipping i started a silm f1 au based on them they are insane abt each other (derogatory) in a way im insane about them. Anyone who compares them to anything else any other ship is mistaken. Once in several lifetimes.

Sewis - boring boring boring im so sick of it, people take away everythibg thats interesting abt both seb and lewis and imagine this wholesome rship thats become supremely boring to me. No pizzaz.

Charlos - most heterosexual gay ship ever. I wanna bang carlos so bad i use charles as a proxy. Insane abt them.

Nando/Jense - foa you dont need disclaimers here this is a safe space i truly do not judge peoples ships (except when i hate them but even thats conditional on many things, mostly nuance in interpretation of ship dynamics and my personal dislike for certain ppl) i gotta say i never gave it any proper thought tbh? Lewis is pretty sure when it comes to Max and Charles there are strings, of one form or another, but he can’t deny there’s also a pretty incredible pay-off attached to those strings. It's the second week of the British GP double header, and it's a bit more memorable than usual for Lewis with a new version of Max and Charles in his life.

Working on some F1 rec lists for my fic rec blog (which I lowkey forgot existed for a few months, oops). Currently gathering fics for a Maxiel rec list, a Lestappen rec list and a 4433 rec list.

I had initially planned to do a 2023 favorite fics list but I forgot to keep track of the fics I read after the summer.

This year I plan to do monthly round-ups and more recs in general though. And then from the monthly favorites I will make a list of favorites of the year.
