Izuku Midoriya has always been interested in Quirks. Well interested is an understatement, obsessed seems to fit the criteria best. The applications of different quirks, combinations, and uniqueness of each and every one had captivated him from the first time he saw a quirk in action.
Another thing that he has an, albeit smaller, obsession with is Mythology. The fantastical "fictional" stories of old that are meant to teach morals and lessons, or just try to explain why things are the way they are.
But recently Izuku had a thought. What if the people mentioned in myths are actually people that had quirks, but had no other way of explaining the phenomenon other than by making these people seem like gods and monsters.

The 1-A girls. are all already friends before UA and are hanging out when they see Izuku in the park alone looking sad.
They decide to talk to him and see whats wrong. Izuku refuses to tell them, so they offer to just let him hang out with them instead.
He accepts and at the end of the day Izuku is the happiest he's been in a long time, so he tells the girls everything from him being quirkless to the bullying he's been through. The girls decide to adopt the Cinnamon Roll making him one of the girls.
