Personality
Bows? Checked. Skirts? Checked. Heart eyepatch? Checked. Curled pigtails and an easy smile? ALLLLLL checked! Bonnie’s ready to take on the world with her ultra, super duper, immensely adorable charm— Errr, well, except for the, erm, extra appendages protruding from her back. Those can’t be helped. But that doesn’t mean she can’t feel cute!
Bright and bubbly, Bonnie likes to surround herself with cute stuff in hopes she’ll come off as less scary to her peers. Whether it be decorating herself, her room, or, in some instances, her friends, which often results in her giving them a makeover.
Stuck being a doll since creation, she naturally took interest in human nature, specifically biology. She utilizes the knowledge in this area to aid in the medical field and can be frequently found in the Infirmary, helping tending to other students. Always, with a smile.
Unique Magic: N/A
Fun facts ⚙️
- Doesn’t have a voice box installed. Is mute and uses ASL! (Or whatever the equivalent of ASL they have in twst) Her friend, Kath, usually helps with being her interpreter.
- Helps with making a lot of props BTS. Prefers to watch other students and cheer for them from backstage because she scares people off.
- Gives names to every doll in her collection and treats them as if they were her real children.
- Incredibly, physically strong. Could crush a watermelon with a single fist if she wants to.
- Always smiling no matter the situation. Resting :) face if you will. Also doesn’t blink.

Hello
I know I'm barely here anymore
But unfortunately the Ritalin shortage in Summer caused me to become hyperfixation on Overwatch, Gabriel Reyes/Reaper in particular (AGAIN), against my very will.
But I'm here to make it everyone else's problem again and have been challenged by @wildissylupus to post my Martina Reyes HCs (or basically character summary at this point)!!!
So
Here
We
GOOOOOO
(Please note I am Filipina, not Mexican or Latine at all, I'm trying my best to research, but please correct me if I'm wrong)
- 1st of all, for me it is Dr. Martina Nuñez-Reyes, women in STEM, iconic
- Born and raised in San Diego, in particular in or by Barrio Logan!
- She is specifically Nahua Mexican with family in Guerrero, Mexico. She has learned a lot of Precolonial History and mythology, both in school and from her family. She also speaks Nahuatl fluently, as well as Spanish and ASL.
- Sweet, nurturing, professional, good tempered, graceful, makes lots of bad puns (she and Winston got along great), but occasionally slips in some "joking" sadism and morbid curiosity.
- Loves perfume even though she can't wear it often due to her work in laboratories and hospitals, will wear even just a little bit even at home to enjoy it.
- joined a ballet folklorico troupe up until High School, but still remembers the moves well. Specializes in Guerrero style folklorico!
- Excellent cook, amazing baker. Loves to adapt recipes to include lots of spices. (This will come back later)
- Interested in the medical field, specifically medicine itself, after learning about how advanced Mesoamerican civilizations were medically.
- Martina was a regular prodigy, attending an advanced secondary school academy in Mexico City, before continuing on to get PhDs in Medicine, Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Science by age 24.
- By age 26 she had already made strides by synthesizing and creating medicine that was able to do things like naturally accelerate healing in the body.
- That's also when the Omnic Crisis began. She was inducted by the United States Military among swathes of other skilled doctors to create the Super Soldier Serum for the Soldier Enhancement Program (SEP) at a hidden facility.
- Six months, they managed to get it to an acceptable loss rate of 25%, and test it on 100 Soldiers. She was in charge of overseeing the injections of 20 of the 100 randomly assigned under her, which included Soldier 24, Gabriel Reyes, and Soldier 76, Jack Morrison. It was also done in doses, not all at once.
- She and Gabriel were attracted to each other but didn't act on it for quite a bit, due to the taboo nature of a doctor and a patient. They didn't flirt either, but had moments of "Oh fuck they're hot" before shaking it off.
- After the second round of doses, she lost her first soldier, which made the risk of SEP all the more apparent to her.
- Remember when I mentioned she's good at baking? She stress bakes because it helps make a zen sort of ritual of following steps/regaining a small sense of control. The reason Gabriel loves cookies? It's because he woke up at 2AM catching her stress baking a batch of Chili Chocolate Chip Cookies. It's where they had a heart to heart about Gabriel and the other Enhanced Soldiers trusting Martina and the doctors no matter the risk because they know they're liable to die in the Crisis anyway if they can't make headway.
- As the Crisis gets more dire, the General orders the doctors at the SEP facility to also go through basic military training, which Martina disliked, so she never really went past a machine pistol.
- 33 Soldiers make it out, and she sent with them on missions to retake cities across America. She wouldn't always be an active combatant, but she could hold her own if she had to.
- When Gabriel Reyes and Jack Morrison were selected to the elite Overwatch core team, she helped lead their medical support team. Also yes during this whole time, Gabriel and Martina still were attracted to each other but still sort of afraid to act because not only is she still his Doctor, he's now her commanding officer.
- Also during this period she helps treat a young Angela Ziegler during the bombing of Zurich.
- After fighting alongside Inti Warriors (Specifically Illari's dad) to help retake part of Central and South America, Gabriel almost died, which caused her to go full BAMF, and save him.
(Jack: "... can someone please tell me why our medic is rushing in alone, guns blazing?")
- They have to repair ships and stuff, so they decide to take R&R in reclaimed Guerrero, where Martina shows Gabriel around, and they end up dancing together. It's where they finally give in and end up in a relationship.
- Get married the last year of the Omnic Crisis, and have a son a few years later named Izel (who is the grown man with a family in my heart and soul in the Reflections Comic)
- Dr. Martina Nuñez-Reyes is the first Head of Medicine in Overwatch's Golden Age because goddamnit someone had to have that position before Angela.
- She's also Angela's mentor and sort of like an adoptive mom, Angela absolutely idolized her
Here's where my Canon deviates hard, because Blizzard's timeline makes no sense
(Fun fact this next part exists because I misread Code of Violence and thought that the ash and burning was from Gabriel's memories of Echo Park and not where he was so I straight up thought Martina was fridged a whole ass year before I heard the voicelines and reread it for clarity, but she's not fridged. Just stay with me.)
- On Izel's 6th birthday in Echo Park, there was an attempted assassination via explosions that caused Izel to lose his left arm and replace it with a prosthetic (the man in the Reflections comic has his left arm in his pocket)
- It also very nearly kills Martina, who is 6 MONTHS PREGNANT WITH THEIR DAUGHTER, Graciela
- The family lives, and Graciela has to be c-section delivered prematurely
- This ofc enrages Martina and Gabriel who, after recovery, hunt the motherfucker down to kill.
- It is not a quick death. Martina synthesizes POISON to make that fucker die screaming. (Basically I wanted to flip the Dead Wife trope where the wife lives and is FUCKING PISSED AND JOINS HER HUSBAND ON A ROARING RAMPAGE OF REVENGE)
- Oh yeah and that triggers the birth of Blackwatch lmao.
- Gabriel brought Cole Cassidy home for Christmas where she immediately enfolds Cole into the family.
- Martina and Gabriel also help Cole get his GED.
- Oh yeah Blackwatch
- So Martina supplies the poisons for coercion, torture, and assassination (and torture) to Blackwatch under the table for super covert missions, basically even people at Blackwatch didn't even know about. Ma'am was committing war crimes to keep the world and her babies safe. All while keeping up the sweet, dedicated, professional facade for like 14 years.
- Gabriel tries to get her to make another super soldier serum so he can be stronger, she refuses, they argue, him calling her a hypocrite, and it looks bad, UNTIL
- Shit happens and she accidentally lets a poison slip that gets reverse engineered and kills a lot of people, causing her to retire and Mercy steps up. Gabriel keeps her secret and they end up staying together
- HOWEVER, once the Venice Incident happens and Izel disowns his father, she chooses to not back up Gabriel's choices, whereas their daughter Graciela does, causing them to be separated but still married.
- Gabriel considers leaking her secret, but loves her too much to/wants the kids to have at least one parent they don't detest
- After the Swiss Explosion, Martina and Graciela mourn very badly, Izel rekindled his relationship with his mother but not Graciela
(Izel needs his own post probably lmao)
- Martina tries to move on, but finds she can't.
- listen once a man is willing to cover up war crimes for you, it's a very hard standard to meet
- She rejects the recall initially but to avoid this post from being even longer REASONS, Graciela goes with/gets kidnapped by (it's complicated) Talon, which is how Cole finds out Gabriel is Reaper
- Joins in to get her daughter back, and to redeem herself because she realizes how much destruction she caused even if people deserved it... lowkey she even doesn't fully regret it depending on the person she killed
- Her abilities are she got a CPR glove that can shock people in one hand that can pull Medicated/poison grenades out of a storage and a Pistol in the other and she can inject peeps with medication close quarters.
- She's like 63 currently also (in my Canon, Gabriel got a significant age bump with a bunch of other characters, he is 67 but is technically frozen at age 58)
- blizzard if you read this and wonder why I turned this nameless, possibly faceless character into someone that's committed war crimes, I don't got a fucking clue either
- wildissylupus I'm so sorry for subjecting you to this, like how I will subject my friends to a PowerPoint presentation about my character lore and alternate overwatch timeline on my birthday

.thinking about a proper loose fizzy timeline now that I've played him more and developed him Note: This is like 50% character study and build for me to better understand Fizz and how I want to interpret him. Everything is adaptable for the sake of threads or hc's!
tw; stalking
1-3: Born in Greed, he has very little memories of his bio-parents. Thinks they were low level in some mob but hard to know for sure. Never reached out (and likely don't even know/recognize Fizzy is their child once he gets famous) in his life.
3: A circus worker found him abandoned by the popcorn stand. While at first people thought it was a case of some couple losing their kid (not the first time nor the last) as announcements became more "Come get your fucking child", it got obvious no one was going to claim him. Cash saw money signs in adding another child (sweet, sweet unpaid labor) to the roster, and that was that. Cash got the name Fizzy from a random clown prop/sign (I just love the idea Fizzarolli is like HHverse of naming your kid Krusty)
5: First glimpse of Mammon; it was one of those blink and you miss it life altering moments: An ad on a TV in a shop window, a millisecond of Mammon performing at some mall before getting shoved out by security, him passing by on a float of money. He saw him and his whole brain flared to life and he saw his future ahead of him. He will be the greatest clown ever!
General childhood notes; Grew up in step with Barbie and Blitz following everything they ever do. He did any stunt they did because they didn't seem scared so why should he. He loved performing for them and making them laugh and that love spilled over into Clowning very easily. If you had asked him what his dream was at this age it was the three of them forming a traveling trio and TAKING OVER THE WORLD
13-15: Light teen fuckery like shoplifting makeup they can't afford and fabric to make costumes. He gets handy with a sewing machine and makes everything for the three of them usually basing it off of whatever Clown Fashion magazine he swiped. He also starts to experiment with his gender around here and comes out as nonbinary in his early teens!
15; Seeing Mammon was the greatest night of life. He still thinks about it as an adult and the whole night gets swept up in this haze that destroys every blemish, in his mind it was the perfect show. Blitz's (right) negative comments bleeding the jealousy filter that comes later. He will be Mammon's protege even if it means leaving the Circus. This was also when the "light" stalking he experienced hit a new high and when Blitzo became his unofficial bodyguard. Cash told him to ignore it and " Take it as a good sign of how popular you are!"
16th [Explosion]: This will be a full hc post by itself one day but tldr he spent most of the after unconscious. Later, he got told the "hero" Cash pulled him from the wreckage before the remains of the tent finished what the fire didn't. He is shocked and hurt made worse by Cash's claims it was Blitz who did it, years of jealousy turning unfortunately deadly. Barbie is in not much better shape and they are alone in the wreckage wracked with betrayal, pain, and medical debt.
16-21: Recovery time. He got fitted with prosthetics and started physical therapy pretty quickly. He focused on his goals and put his head down while also learning ASL for when 1) His voice is too weak to speak from smoke damage 2) Hearing loss in his right ear. Soon he was able to rejoin the Circus (Albeit in a much more stripped down form) and eventually after Barbie's use made her unable to perform, took on most of the performance rolls. He mostly stayed out of guilt with Cash being his "savior".
21: Things hit a boiling point. After Barbie left it was a lot on him as the face of the Circus and he started making demands as such. Cash pushed back again and again until finally he snapped and ended their professional relationship. Out of impulse, he left the Circus for Mammon's stage entering the competition in a thrown together costume and a prayer. And. He. Fucking. Won. After signing on he realized the debt he had with Mammon but shrugged it off as a reality of fame. He moved into greed and took up a small apartment and lived out the year as any other winner. This includes an AI scan to create a robot for LooLooLand.
Nebulous pre-canon I have no set date for:
Mammon announced his wish to start selling robots in his likeness. He felt a little weird about it but went along with it using a more advanced AI based off the LooLoo Land model.
Asmodeus was commissioned to work on them (Fizzbot was made by Mammon hence its...quality) and him and Fizzy gradually grew closer over the project.
Sex robots come shortly after and he just keeps saying yes because its Mammon! His Idol! ...wooh. Also the echo of Crash's words about the stalking not helping much either.
As Mammon shifted focus to the Fizzy Bots, the stage became less a focus and he started working in Ozzies. Moving to Lust as his work moved out of Greed just made sense.

Hello there CEO of Dip, consider: Pip goes deaf cause of Damien's firework stunt and Damien tries his best to recompasate it for him somehow
OH. MY. GOODNESS.
ANON.
THIS IS SO SAD BUT SO GOOD I LOVE IT
Okay here's my thoughts lets go (I'm probably gonna ramble so I'm gonna put this under a cut)
(So I'm not sure if you meant compensate or recapacitate, so I'm just gonna do both.)
-If Damien tried to recapacitate Pip's hearing, a few things would go through his mind once learning that the Brit's gone deaf (who is absolutely devastated). 1, Holy Shit. 2, I can't tell my dad, he's gonna kill me. So he goes first (begrudgingly) to any medical professionals in the mountain town, asking them what could be done to restore Pip's hearing. Learning that Cochlear Implants were an option, they were both immediately on board! ...until they learned how expensive it was & there was no way they could possibly come up with that amount of money on their own. (& they sure weren't going to trust the townspeople to help, as they were much too incompetent or didn't like Pip enough to care).
-So their next option is for Damien to try & restore it the best he can on his own, but this is immediately shot down by Pip, who doesn't want him to do it out of fear that Damien doesn't have the best control & understanding over his powers completely, & doesn't want to make this worse than it already was.
-So their third & final option is to go to Satan about it & tell him what happened. This could go one of three ways:
Option 1: Satan can restore his hearing (completely or just nearly there) with his powers.
Option 2: Satan has enough money to afford Pip's Cochlear Implants
Option 3 (the angst option): What Damien did is irreversible & Pip is destined to life out the rest of his life (& afterlife) completely deaf.
If Damien would try to compensate for Pip having gone deaf (& nothing can be done to restore it), I feel a couple things may happen.
-Damien would learn ASL along with Pip, since they didn't want to rely on Pip writing out everything he wanted to say; that would just hurt more than it helped in the long run.
-VERY inspired by @alister312 fic Vibrato (because I love it a lot), Pip would still indulge in things that he used to that involved sound, whether that be singing or playing music (maybe he's proficient in the violin). His favorite thing though would be pressing his fingers lightly on Damien's neck, right over his vocal cords, when he spoke & watch his lips while doing so. That way he could feel the vibrations of sound rather than hearing it. (He would also do this to Damien's radio while there was a CD playing, or the base or bell of the gramophone with a vinyl in.)

Creepypasta Headcanons
I crawl back into this god forsakened fandom after 3-4 years of inactivity. I now bless this barren pot in my garden some seeds and fertilisers and water.
Hot take: Creepypasta version of Masky and Hoodie are copycat killers of Marble Hornets Masky and Hoodie
Hoodie is mute and uses ASL to communicate.
The reason Masky and Hoodie are always together is because Masky is Hoodie's Interpreter.
Slenderman communicates through the mind but he cannot completely read and understand the complexities of human minds. This is cause the human mind is a complex and foreign concept to Slenderman and thus he has a hard time understanding and accepting it fully.
Liu is not a killer on the loose but he did survive Jeff's murder attempt. Although he's heavily traumatised, he's not after revenge or anything. He just wants to move on with his life. Currently, he's living through uni for a masters in social work with a part time job and receiving weekly therapy.
Jane and Liu are actually friends and they talk to and support each other through the incident a lot. They meet up every fortnight to just hang out.
Both Jane and Liu never became murderers. In fact, Jane is actually a private investigator who's trying to hunt down Jeff for personal revenge AND to stop him from hurting people.
BEN is a title. Not a person. There's multiple people with the title 'BEN' (This is more of a canon fact and something @ivrket knows more about)
EJ was never human and has been around since before WW2. It was WW2 that truly piqued his interest in human medicine and surgery and he since then he's been studying it on his own.
EJ also lacks a lot of proper, professional training in treating wounds. He's a good medic. Not outstanding or great. But he's a good one. He learns from experience so good luck with that.

What is an accommodation?
Accommodations (like in the ADA) are flexible and not necessarily pre-defined, because they vary a lot by type of disability and the job. They do have to be considered reasonable though, which is a tricky definition.
What a Deaf person needs is different than a wheelchair user is different than what I need, all of which is dependent on the job. Like, for me, I have flexible scheduling, which includes hours and location (I can work from home, come in late, leave for appointments, etc). Some of that is because I'm exempt, but it's also specific to me. And it's considered a reasonable accommodation, because for the most part I can still do my job in shifted hours or from home.
Some other examples of accommodations in a professional setting might include an ASL interpreter, screen reading software, written instead of verbal instructions, or adjusted work spaces.
At camp, our work looks different than at an office, but it also has some similarities. Some things that are reasonable in an office might not be as reasonable at camp, like my shifted hours or working from home. An accommodation I had at camp was that I could carry my panic attack medication with me, but I had to keep it locked and on me. We did something similar with another medication for a staff member.
What accommodations would fall under ADA at your camp may look different than at other camps. It's a collaborative process (should be) which I will write about in another post.

Hi Suit! I love how you’re promoting Deaf culture and ASL! I’m studying to become an interpreter, and it’s so cool to see Deafness and Deaf culture being promoted on tumblr too to educate more people!
nice! i only know a handful of interpreters and they're all on-staff at the local university hospital (which is cool but i don't often get to 'meet' interpreters in a non-medical or professional setting). i hope your studies are going well!

7, 11, 26, & 40 for Jensen!
ty!
7. Favourite snack/beverage to munch/drink on while doing rounds, lounging?
jensen isnt huge on snacking at work (thankfully cause usually at home its just a spoon and a jar of peanut butter) but he def likes to have a drink on him. its either ice cold water in his Emotional Support Water Bottle (as jackie likes to call it) or a monster. he always has the water bottle with him, but if he needs caffeine 99% of the time it'll be a monster (he dislikes coffee)
11. If they could choose their own mentor among these people, who would they choose and why? (Harper, Ethan, Dr Banerji)
naveen for sure. i talked about it in the last one i answered, but ever since landry sent harper and ethan those articles theres always been a bit of contention between them. neither of them did further digging into the updated versions where they very easily couldve seen that jensen didnt lie about it on his application, they were just sealed. they immediately assumed the worst of him despite that he was at the top of the competition and was entirely respectful and professional the rest of the time
jensen has his problems with ethan besides that, and harper and jensen just never clicked, nor will they ever. jensen and naveen, though, they get a long well and could bounce ideas off of one another all day. naveen reciprocates jensens respect for his professional opinions, too, where ethan and harper rarely did
26. How does their cultural background play a role in their day-to-day life?
ooh i love this one! jensen definitely has a lot more knowledge and sympathy for immigrant patients, especially those who have language barriers and/or little understanding of the health care system. while it was a bit different because he was so young, he spoke very little english when he came to the U.S. and spent a lot of time in school and with his mom learning it. he knows its difficult, especially with all the medical language. he got his certs for medical interpretation in spanish and ASL during med school (he of course would have translated no matter what, but most organizations/businesses prefer having the official certification)
40. Do they get famous later in life? How does it affect them, especially when you've got several pairs of eyes fixated on them and the LI of their choosing?
this ones interesting because jensen already has a bit of recognition in the public eye. not only is some from his performing days, but aliyah is still his best friend and she talks about/features him plenty on her socials, so a lot of people know/follow him through her. within the medical world, he definitely starts getting some "fame" eventually, too, especially with how loud he is about his opinions on healthcare and moving away from prior practices into a more progressive view. he talks A Lot about trans healthcare, how healthcare views fat people, etc etc, both on socials and interviews and such
i think because of his experience with "fame" (i put it in quotes because its not like hes movie star famous or anything) through the music world better prepared him for it in the medical world. it never affects or clouds his judgement; no matter what the case is, he has always been fully and 100% himself, and no outside influence could change that. i doubt he interacts with it much in person, mostly just online, so its not like a daily thought/occurrence or anything

Hiring an interpreter for the disabled has many benefits. Disability interpreters are able to communicate with the disabled population in ways they wouldn't be able to otherwise. Most interpreters for the disabled are trained professionals who understand medical terminology and physiology, as well as anatomy and diagnostic procedures. They also have specialized training in disability support services. Disability interpreters are trained to assist clients with communication challenges. Below are some of the benefits of hiring an interpretation service for disabled people. Discrimination against disabled people can make it difficult for them to find work. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requires that disabled people be treated equally and effectively. A person with a disability can be excluded from educational institutions or even fired. Thus, physical activity for disable is crucial to have qualified interpreters on hand. An interpreter for disabled people is responsible for bridging the gap between people who have disabilities and their employers. These interpreters help the disabled communicate and understand the company's expectations. In addition to the disability-related accommodations mentioned in an IEP, school-sponsored activities may also be included, such as lunchtime and recess. Schools often require that older students have an interpreter for school-sponsored activities. If this is not an option, they can request an interpreter for their class. However, how to take care of disabled people with disabilities should request an interpreter before they arrive. They should also notify the disability services department if they intend to attend class after the interpreter arrives. It is important to be able to discuss the ADA with the interpreter you hire. The ADA states that ASL interpreters or written communication are effective methods of communication. The Act applies to all educational and work settings, including courtrooms. Companies that interview deaf and hard-of hearing individuals must provide sign language interpreters to those who require them. Interpreters for the handicapped are available in almost all settings, and are not only affordable. Many businesses and organizations simply cannot afford to hire an interlocutor, which limits their ability handle the various projects they can. interpreters for disabled have qualified interpreters on hand, but smaller businesses often cannot afford to hire someone without the appropriate training. A qualified interpreter is a great solution for disabled people

Interpret and Translate for Disabled People
Interpretation and translation are vital services to ensure that a person can access information, understand the meaning of written communications and be involved in their care and support process. OPWDD has contracted a vendor to provide free telephonic interpretation services.
Family and friends should not be used as interpreters unless there are exceptional circumstances. They are not neutral parties and inaccurate interpretations or communication can have serious legal and safeguarding consequences. To know more about Interpret and Translate, visit the Maximum Support Services website or call 1300983885.
An interpreter is a specialised type of translator who conveys spoken messages between people with different language and cultural backgrounds. Interpreters work in a range of settings, from conferences and meetings to specialised areas such as legal interpreting or community assignments within health and social services.
Generally, interpreters need to be bilingual, but it is important that they have the additional skills and credentials required by their particular field of interpreting or translation. This can include a degree in language and interpreting, or an equivalent qualification such as a master's degree in linguistics.
There are two main types of interpreting: simultaneous and consecutive. In simultaneous interpretation (IS), you interpret at the same time as the speaker is talking, while in consecutive interpretation (CI) you listen to a speech and then interpret it sentence by sentence. Another form of interpreting is liaison interpretation, or chuchotage, which is used in one-to-one situations. Interpreters must also follow a strict code of ethics to ensure confidentiality and impartiality.
An interpreter converts the spoken language of one person into the written or signed language of another in real time. They work in places like hospitals, schools, government agencies and courts.
An interpreting professional needs to have formal training and education in interpreting as well as fluency in the languages they use. They also need to adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct.
When requesting an interpreter, it's important to specify the type of assignment. This allows the interpreter to prepare appropriately and ensures that they understand any specialized vocabulary or terminology. It's also important to identify the specific language needed (e.g., ASL, Signed Exact English, oral or cued speech, tactile interpreting). Providing as much information as possible can help the interpreter find a match quickly.
In situations that require specialized interpreting services, it is best to call ahead and ask for the service. This ensures that the interpreting agency is able to find the appropriate person and that they are ready for the assignment when needed. In addition, the requesting party may share relevant materials, such as meeting agendas or PowerPoint presentations, to provide the interpreter with context and support the goal of effective communication.
In some instances, a person may be able to use a family member or friend as an interpreter. However, in some cases this may not be an effective option. For example, friends and family members often do not have the specialized vocabulary for specific settings such as medical or legal. In addition, they may lack the ability to be impartial in the process. To know more about Interpret and Translate, visit the Maximum Support Services website or call 1300983885.
Remember that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects your right to a qualified interpreter for any health care appointment. You can help to educate doctors and other treating professionals by providing them with a letter explaining this right.
