Had a Battletech: Alpha Strike Demo Day at the flgs today, and after a quick instructional game it was time to debut the first of the K’Urbie Legion! The rode forth to Glorious Victory over the big bully Atlas and it’s Locust minion! Eventually plan to have a dozen of these stupid things for a full list of stupid.

So I played with a c3i lance at 250PV for a game. It was kinda brutal with throwing damage out at 6-7+ hits almost all the time even with cover.

No ecm on the field let me really go to town and having no weak points with a master was *chefs kiss*

Using Combat Intuition wisely from the Command Lance was crucial though and this Griffin might be a new fave variant.

A blue wraith!

Honestly this one looks so much better in person. The camera just fails to capture it. The combination of the black base on the upper body, the metallic blue Turbo Dork layer after, and the blue wash applied to top it off, it has almost a gemstone appearance that's hard to describe.
