By "old" I mean the series that aired from the 1950-1970's , as I feel that's kind of the "classic" western age
Theres A LOT of western shows, but I chose some that I think are a little more popular/well known, and/or that I enjoy

Dear mutuals, followers and naughtybots: look I know im a little old and what im abt to rec is even older but if you love whump and drama, prime now has all 4 seasons of The Big Valley available to stream. Yes, it was filmed in the 60s (set in like late 1800s) and yes it has a lot of pitfalls and is problematic in some ways and progressive in others (as most early tv shows were) but lemme tell youuuuuuuu. We have:
* a bastard with daddy issues come to stake his claim on his family
* rebellious blond teen girl who wears pants
* interracial relationships
* lots and lots and lots of violence
* family feels
* brother who was in first season then literally is drafted to war irl and is never seen again on the show
* amnesia is shown at least twice thru the series
* kidnappings/ransom demands/daring rescues, oh my!
* lots of horses for you horse girls out there
* tough brother who will do anything foe his newfound lil bro (after quite a bit of angst)
* endless sadboi hours
....ok anyway. If you're so inclined to watch, let me know! We can gush abt the drama and reused special guest stars together

Strawberry (Again)
"Until recently, this mountain town was little more than a base camp for lumberjacks and hunters, but more settlers and visitors have arrived as the local logging industry continues to grow. A small, isolated community of honest working folk."
