This pink gown was first spotted on a courtesan in the 1998 film Dangerous Beauty. It was seen again in the 2007 first season The Tudors episode Wolsey, Wolsey, Wolsey! where Gabrielle Anwar wore it as Princess Margaret. The costume was seen for a third time in the 2017 mini-series The White Princess, where it was worn by an extra as a courtier in the episode Burgundy.

Shoutout to Dangerous Beauty (1998) for being an excellent piece of feminist story writing. So many stories for girls and women seem to come up with the answer that there are two choices in life #Boys or Books. Its always "Boy's won't like you if you're too smart" or "Choose an education over a boy." This movie comes out and gives another option: What if you're so smart and slay so hard that all the boys want you and you get to be with the love of your life?
And I love it.

My lesbian great aunt showed me what immediately became one of my favorite films ever and a comfort show.
Dangerous Beauty, released in 1998 is based on a real person- Veronica Franco, a sixteenth century courtesan in Venice.
She is a new icon of mine. I would pray to this woman
Please watch it it's incredible

Finished translating this comic from Polish into English.
This is another one of the EU comics I was talking about! The rarest KP comics IN THE WORLD!, they were only released in the EU (Italy, Germany, Poland, Norway, and Netherlands) from 2005-2009!
This canon Kim Possible EU comic is called, “Dangerous Beauty” and it was originally released by Disney first in Italy on July 2005, re-released in Germany on July 26, 2007, then it was later re-re-released in Poland on May 21, 2008 in this magazine called “Kaczor Donald: Kim Kolwiek Magazyn #06-2008″.
I give full scanning credit to @sanderelinka when she shared the non-translated pics of this EU comic last year here on August 20, 2021.
Also, I already did a translation of the other 8pg Kim Possible EU comic that @sanderelinka posted called “Rivals and Dolls” last month on May 21, 2022 that you can find here from my archives:
https://www.tumblr.com/blog/view/un-fairway2003/684897843285229568?source=share
And for some extra news, I have 4 EU-only Kim Possible comics that I have already finished translating that I will be releasing this upcoming Tuesday on June 7, 2022 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Kim Possible! (June 7, 2002).

Dangerous Beauty, Trivia
Rufus believes that Marco's dark edges were lost in the editing. ''I did enjoy the film, but when I read the script, I saw a lot more darkness than was actually there,'' he said. ''It was a grubbier, dirtier, more vicious story.''Marshall Herskovitz, the film's director, laughed when he was told of Mr. Sewell's remark -- as if to say, typical Rufus.
''The thing about Rufus,'' he said, ''is that people have been trying to get him to play leading men for a long time, but he's always wanted to play bad boys. Rufus sees himself as a character actor. What we worked on together during the shooting was opening the window on this man -- Marco, not Rufus -- to reveal a vulnerability and an openness of heart. That was finally the great achievement of the part for him. He'll always have that twinkle in his eye, that humor, that mischief.'' Not only that, but Mr. Sewell resented it when the film's title was changed from ''The Courtesan'' after 95 percent of the people in preview audiences said they didn't know what a ''courtesan'' was (about half confused it with ''cortisone'').
''What if the 'stupids' honestly don't know what a courtesan is? What's wrong with that?'' Mr. Sewell said. ''You could learn a word.'' NYT, 1998

Dangerous Beauty: Veronica Franco [ENFP 2w3]
Dangerous Beauty: Veronica Franco [ENFP 2w3]
Function Order: Ne-Fi-Te-Si ENFPs care more about ideas than experiences, and that’s how Veronica lives her life. She starts out stealing books and reading them rather than doing her needlework, dreaming of what it must be like to be a beautiful courtesan, and writing poems. She resists the idea of being a courtesan until her mother reminds her that being one, would get her access to politics,…
