Could we please get some relationship headcanons for Ann, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, and Sumire?

Relationship HC with Persona 5 Women

Featuring: Ann, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Sumire, Sae and Hifumi x reader separate

Notes: I've also included Sae and Hifumi. These were kind of all over the place since it mentions first dates and stuff, but hope you all enjoy~ Also image does not belong to me, but original artist!

Ann

She would be equally willingly to initiate and asking you out or showing PDA such as hugging and kissing

The first place you have your date is the restaurant where she told you her deepest secret about being a phantom thief!

Loves it when you surprise visit her with a strawberry shortcake or anything sweet as she loves desserts

Also would love it if you brought her somewhere you both could get your heart pumping like taking a nature walk at the park 

When either of you are upset, you spend girls nights’ venting frustrations to each other 

She loves you so much and keeps reminding you when she sends you texts that you wake up to

She loves receiving gifts but more than that, she loves shopping dates and if you bought gifts for each other (matching keychains and plushies!)

Makoto

Just because you ask her out first, doesn’t mean you were the first to love her.

She might have been the first to fall in love with you because her duties as student council president has her paying attention to everyone so she noticed you and how unique you were right away

Seeing your courage and because she loves you, she accepts your confession whole-heartedly

Even though you make the first move, don’t expect that she won’t be proactive because you’ll both be discussing all the things that you want to do together in the future and she will have plenty of ideas about that!

This woman is about communication and won’t let anything stand in the way of the both of you getting to know each other

She’s loves to give you kisses on the cheek while holding your hand

Don’t be surprised if she visits your home with a bag from the convenience store and calls it snacks to eat after studying - just wanted a reason to visit you ;)

Futaba

This girl!  Might not take you seriously the first time you ask her out but after you make your feelings known and she TRUSTS you and understand her own feelings, will she willingly accept

After spending so many years shut in she’s so curious and want to know so much more about the world that she would love to explore it with you

Whether it’s at an arcade, the game store, or the beach, she can go anywhere as long as it’s with you

At first she might not be the first to initiate PDA, but will happily hold onto your arm or hand. 

I bet she would love tickling you since she gets to see you smile and laugh so hard.  Also loves to cuddle just hugging through the night and into the morning 

When you’re feeling down, she’ll be at your place anytime, day or night

She’s loyal to the end and especially as someone who lost a dear person, she understands so well how easy it is to drown in your own thoughts

She’ll be going to your place showing you the new games and interesting (or weird) snacks she bought and wants to try with you 

Haru

Obviously the both of you will bond over your love of gardening and nature!

Bonus points if when you confess to her you gift her flowers based on the sentiment you want to convey to her

Ever since the arranged marriage to a man she didn’t love by her father, she’s in no rush to get married and wants to learn about you as much as possible

Really enjoys a calm and serene environment like the park or anywhere you two can be alone for dates such as a café or temple as she really appreciates quality time and having deep conversations

She loves when you send each other little messages with a single flower or tiny trinkets as she also appreciates all the tiny gestures that you do for each other

When you’re upset, she tries to cheer you up with jokes, but she’s really bad at them, which makes both of you laugh until you cry and your sides hurt <3

As for PDA, I feel like she loves to give you back massages and love hugging from behind and spooning!

Sumire

I feel like if there’s any of the girls, Sumire would be the one to confess and ask you out

She just admires you so much because you help your peers, are good to your friends, and try so hard in school

She wants to know how much better the both of you were to be if you were together

Similar to Ann, she will love to spend places where your heart can get pumping like at the park or school gymnasium where she can show your her gymnastic skills 

She loves the feeling of doing her best and succeeding and even more love to try new things such as fishing or dance dance revolution at the arcade

You share your first kiss while rowing boats together at the lake

Your form of PDA are whispering sweet-nothings to each other and eye and forehead kisses!

When you’re discouraged or upset, she will make you her homemade bento of your favorite foods.  It might take her a couple of tries, but once she gets the hang of it, you can expect the best bentos from her!

Sae

She’s not interested in relationships but if it’s you, she’s more than willingly to make an exception

Will basically give you the rundown of all the things she wants and doesn’t want in a relationship almost like a contract

But don’t worry the only reason she’s spelling it out is because she wants it to work out for the both of you

Especially since work takes a majority of her time and attention, she wants to make sure she’s devoting the appropriate amount of time to you

As she’s used to working with coworkers younger than her (ahem Akechi), she will mostly prefer to take the lead, setting the pace of the relationship, and will always giving you options where you can have dates together

She’s patient almost methodical when it’s something important, she will allow you to take the initiative because for her a relationship is two equals sharing their lives together 

As for PDA, I feel like having your arms around each other walking for her is the best

I feel she likes place with a lot of people like a museum or shopping district to people-watch together

Hifumi

It’s not as though relationships aren’t on her mind, but she’s preoccupied with thoughts of the game of Go that she’s pleasantly surprised by your confession

You confess to her after you’ve made your first win against her.  She’s shocked but delighted listening to you talk about how you want to spend more time with her

She suggests you play another game together, but she purposefully lets you win, letting you know of her answer

A date could involve you doing things together but even being in the same vicinity, reading books at the bookstore or watching the sunset over the park is Hifumi’s idea of a wonderful time

You can try to set the pace of the relationship, but Hifumi as she is when she plays go, can turn the tables at any time to her favor!!

Expect a slow but steady relationship once filled with slow burn

For PDA, I feel like she likes when you give each other headpats and run your hands through each other’s hair

No warnings just fluff!

Ann

She’s the type to remember everything, literally, everything, but only when it comes to you.

Anniversaries and your birthday are a given of course, but it extends to events you have to attend, hobbies and every little thing about you.

Like… Ann, you can’t remember any date in history class, but somehow you know your s/o’s least favorite type of skittle?

That being said she can be a bit… scatterbrained when it comes to her own things, so most of your time will double as her personal calendar.

Shopping dates? Shopping dates.

She will drag you (or not depending on how much you like shopping) to the nearest shop and make you try on a ridiculous amount of clothes.

All of it will suit you, she pays close attention to your personal sense of style, much to the point where you wouldn’t be sure if you picked something out yourself.

The Queen of PDA, let me tell you.

Contantly holding your hand, having her arm around you, playing with your hair, sitting in your lap... all of that

Definitely wouldn't just straight up make out with you in public though lmao

Its just enough so that everyone else knows that you're taken

Not because she's the jealous type though (she is, don't believe her)

All in all, a very sweet and caring girlfriend, who might at times be a bit too head over heels in love

Makoto

She's an acts of service girl for sure, like if she can do anything for you, she. will.

No buts, ifs or ands she will do almost anything

Oh, you're hungry? Already made you a snack. You need help with homework? She'll walk you through the lesson again. Need to hide a body? Well, she probably won't do that, but then again who knows?

She's more shy about showing verbal and physical affection comparatively

Not that she won't try if that's your love language!

She just needs time to grow more accustomed to it, but she'll do anything to make you feel cherished

Of course, this is a two way street

Make sure to tell her how much she means to you and how proud of her you are, gods know she needs it

Ideal dates for the both of you would be somewhere quiet and lowkey where you can talk

Don't let the princess vibe fool you, in this relationship she's doing all the pampering

Just, if you happen to spot something that catches your eye in a store, you might magically find it hidden away in your room as a surprise

You can try to stop her from doing this, but you will not be sucessful

Anyways, she's a really good listener and she especially enjoys whenever you take the time to rant about something or tell her something interesting that happened to you.

Her guilty pleasure is listening to your gossip

Not that you spread any malicious rumors, just harmless things like "I think so and so has a crush on him"

Very very easy to make flustered

Just tell her how pretty she looks or how smart you think she is and she's instantly beet red

Feel free to tease her for this, but don't take it too far or she'll shut you up with a kiss

(yeah she doesn't really offer much incentive to stop)

Her second guilty pleasure is romance novels and you both frequently have book dates where you both discuss the novel you've read.

Its kind of amusing to watch her get so passionate about it.

Feel free to tell her that and you'll be rewarded with another blush

Basically, she's a sweetheart who should be treasured and will treasure you.

Futaba

First of all, be prepared for a lot of being glared at by Sojiro if you're male presenting.

I'm so sorry but it just comes with the territory

Anyways, shes the type of girl who prefers quality time above all else, so you'll find that most of your down time will be spent with her.

Not to an unhealthy extent of course, just more so than the usual couple.

Of course, you can't be with eachother all the time, so she periodically texts you throught the day, mostly just sharing memes and mini updates about her day.

Gaming dates

Even if you aren't very good at video games she'll still want to play with you, in fact, if you aren't good its better for her so that she can show off to you

If you are good then she'll be proud that you can keep up with her

Anyways not all of your dates will take place within the confines of a house.

Once in a while you'll manage to drag her out to go to Akihabara to look around the shops

She's still working through her social anxiety, so do your best to encourage her and support her

She'll frequently get you to watch all her favorite shows and then will rant excitedly to you about them

You'll just smile and nod as she does so, not quite understanding all the intricacies of her headcannons and character analyses

Basically, she can be kind of clingy, but she's fun to be around and makes you happy.

hello choco ! :D for this i'll do futaba, ryuji and haru for this one ! 8 - On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being ‘wouldn’t hurt a fly’ and 10 being ‘definitely would kick your sand castle’ how evil are they? 

Futaba:

since this is based on how evil they would be, she'd fit like an 8. like i see her kicking a sandcastle but she would also be the type to build one. so she'd be up there but not an absolute 10. so she is kinda menace but not really lmao.

Ryuji:

he would kick over someone's sandcastle but it depend on who the person is. so i feel like he'd be a 5. but i feel like he'd do it if someone were to piss him off.

Haru:

she'd be a 1, because of how nice she is. if she were to kick a sandcastle, she'd do it on accident, apologize and probably help rebuild it. she's super sweet so i'd highly doubt she would do that-

14 - Are they a cat, dog, or fish person? 

Futaba:

futaba and sojiro (adoptive dad) share something in common, their love and soft spots for cats. so futaba is definitely a cat person. especially her first interactions with morgana.

Ryuji:

have you met him? he's 100% a dog person. he literally is the embodiment of a golden retriever. plus when seeing someone walk their dog, he would definitely go over and ask to pet them.

Haru:

honestly, she'd love all three. but i think a cat is best suited just for her. but for a dog, i'd probably say a small one probably. but either way, my answer for her is cat.

18 - What type of music do they enjoy? 

Futaba:

EDM, dubstep, hyperpop and videogame osts. all of those would be found in futaba's playlists. which i do not judge as my playlists used to be like that at some point.

Ryuji:

rock and rnb. i feel like he'd listen to twenty one pilots, set it off, AC/DC and some other bands. as someone who enjoys rock too, we'd definitely be jamming out together to his playlists or going on a run to these.

Haru:

classical, usually tracks from ballets, musicals and stuff like that. haru is a dancer, as she is known for ballet. it does show in person 5: dancing in starlight so i wouldn't be surprised. but at the same time, she'd listen to a few pop songs too.

Haru: (Happily Raises her Fist Up in the Air While Next to Ryuji on the Sofa Together) WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!~ ROCK THE PIIIIITZ!!

Ryuji: (Chuckles Lightly) Damn, Haru! I knew there's a lot to more to ya than meets the eye, but I didn't know you had a thing for Heavy Metal music.

Haru: (Turns to Ryuji With a Bright Smile on her Face) Why, of course!~ I've been a fan of the genre for a long while now. It helped me out through so much in life that I doubt I would be the same nowadays without it.

Synopsis: What the Phantom Thieves do when they visit your Palace and want to take your heart Warnings: Fluff Featuring: Ann, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Kasumi x reader separate Notes: I enjoyed writing Take your heart! Persona 5 men, so I wrote a women version!!  Reader has a Palace (somehow??) but there is no crime or obsession specified.  

Ann

Totally a go-getter girl

She will dive head first into facing your Palace

If she doesn’t realize that she doesn’t have the provisions that she needs to get safely through your Palace, she’ll quickly return to the real world and stock up on supplies before she returns in no time

If she can’t whip her way past your guards, she’ll easily have seduced them out of their rage (just like she will maybe seduce you)

Her calling card is straight-forward, genuine, and pretty like her.  Maybe expect it on a weekend 

Makoto

She will pace herself making sure she has everything she needs before infiltrating your a palace.  

She will spend hours in your Palace before returning to the real world to make sure her duties as student president continue to be fulfilled

Maybe she will even avoid the guards by riding her bike all the way to your treasure room as it will save time. Though she will defeat most of the guards for to gain experience

Her calling card for you will be seemingly cold, but honest and blunt sent some time after dinner

Futaba

Perhaps a little intimidated by your Palace and will timidly enter at first

Maybe she will forget to get provisions and will have to return a couple of times to the real world

However, her ability to see the bigger picture and infiltrate your control room of your palace has her avoiding a majority of the guards and other traps you’ve set for her!

Her calling card will be eccentric to say the least, but it’s fun and a little entertaining.  Maybe sent at midnight or early hours of the morning 

Haru

Like Futaba, Haru might also be slightly intimidated by your Palace

But once she’s managed and made her way through your Palace, finding your treasure room is a simple course of action and will happen eventually 

Might be the slowest to get through your Palace XD

Enemies might be difficult for her, but she will do her best to fight them and eventually beat them

Her calling card will be written soft soothing words in elegant script and will be sent sometime after school, after she’s tended to the school gardens

Kasumi

Her acrobatic prowess will have her traversing high ledges or beams to avoid detection

She will quickly incapacitate your guards, so they won’t know what hit them

Maybe have a slight trouble with the puzzles and making sense of the doors, but as she’s very bright she will quickly be able to talk herself through a solution

Really takes her time going through your Palace

Her calling card for you will be cheery, sweet-sounding, and very polite

Also Morgana saved literally everyone and Ryuji still hasn't apologized, but we knew that's how it would go. ANYWAY LETS JUST HIT THE IMPORTANT SHIT.

As everyone would have suspected, the Okamura Job was a false flag. Oh he was a fucking scoundrel and Haru needed help like ASAP but there is zero way Okamura organically rose to such infamy to garner the Thieves' attention. It's a set-up, Okamura is gonna die, and I assume the Thieves will be blamed and the whole thing will start unraveling.

If they had just not set up that fucking Phansite, none of this would have happened. So I'm blaming Mishima, personally.

Morgana has the same vision/dream about a shadow self in Mementos? Which I took initially as something that was Actively Happening, but it seems to be his origin actually. So Morgana is... some kind of product of the shared cognition of the world?

This is treading very close to Teddie's origin. Instead of a shadow that wanted to be liked, maybe a shadow that wants to Do Crimes?

I mean, I have cats so I think a cat-shaped crime shadow makes perfect sense tbh.

Maruki is working on his nebulous research paper and laments that even at his best, he can only help a few dozens, maybe hundreds of people. Gosh, wouldn't it be so much easier to help everyone is there was some way to connect to all hearts hmmm but hahah that's impossible right? lmao. what a wild dream, a fanciful dalliance.

Maruki is talking about applying cognitive psience to the collective unconsciousness.

Later, he just happens to ask Reverie about the Phantom Thieves' methods of affecting changes in people, and the physical representation of desire in the form of a "heart" and Maruki is off to the fucking races.

THIS ALL SEEMS VERY BAD HONESTLY. Like even if the most well-meaning motherfucker in the world got ahold of some means to affecting the collective unconsciousness on that scale, P5R is turning into a practical lesson on why doing that just really isn't the play. It's the recurring question of the whole game and with Okamura, signs are pointing to "yeah don't fucking mess with people's internal cognition, fuckface"

and frankly Maruki is well-meaning but is a shitty therapist anyway.

Next rank up, Maruki is excited about being nearly finished with his paper so he takes Reverie out to that one fancy buffet. Midway through, one of Maruki's college friends joins in to congratulate him on the paper and to shoot the shit, and:

me, IRL muttering "oh shit" under my breath. I'm kind of impressed how the reuse of a portrait I have see three dozen times now can hit me like a bolt of fear.

Oh there is something going on under that mousy hair. I was wondering who exactly was the big bad of the game here but I am pretty sure it's Maruki.

Next link, I get to know who the fuck Rumi is. Rumi was apparently the love of Maruki's life. They were going to get married and life was peaches and cream until there was a burglary. Rumi was hurt in the process, but worse, the attack caused her to have a mental breakdown. The aftershocks of it ended their relationship, and Maruki is transparently still deeply affected by it.

This is the cusp of his motivation, to learn a way to not only heal people of their emotional pains but to prevent that pain if he can.

With cognitive psience and the collective unconsciousness.

Oh yeah. Oh yeah. You're the bad guy. As soon as you flip from asking for forgiveness instead of permission, you are the bad guy of the video game, buddy.

I hope this doesn't manifest as like.... inducing apathy syndrome in everyone, like P3P. I don't think that's the play because Maruki does seem.... interested in actual happiness. So....

Fast summary of events: Kasumi is trying to improve her gymnastics but her performance is still not up to the standards of Shujin, and her honor student status is threatened. If she doesn't bring home a gold medal, she's going to lose her special privileges, and everyone is super disappointed in her.

The school faculty tells her this apparently to motivate her, but Maruki just happens to be included in the meetings (is he her therapist since the loss of her sister?) and he sternly tells everyone yo, this much pressure on her might make her crack more, not help her.

Reverie and Morgana find one of her lucky charms on the floor and go to meet up with her at the new stadium to return it.

OH GODDAMMIT I DIDN'T CAP EVERY LINE BC I DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT WAS ABOUT TO POP OFF.

Okay. That makes it harder to remember.

BASiCALLY: KASUMI HAS THE META NAV AND THERE IS A PALACE HERE.

She mentioned her own name, Kasumi Yoshizawa. But she also mentioned Dr. Maruki's name. And she corrected some passerbys that this place was a "stadium, not a research lab."

So the keywords here are either "Kasumi, Stadium, Lab" or "Maruki, Stadium, Lab." I am leaning towards the latter because inside the beautiful Frank Gehry Designs A Hospital building, there are pages from what I assume is Maruki's research paper.

Happiness cognitive psience, oh boy. Oh no. Maruki has a palace dedicated to his distorted desire to fix everyone's trauma with cog-psi. Oh no. Oh wow.
