It was a mildly long story with the old lady. So here's what i wrote about her to Alélé

And to add on that, as my dad was finding his keys, she legit got in her car and started trying to reverse.... Like where was she trying to reverse to?!!?? Like babes. Then she yelled at my dad again because he had to get in the van from the other side instead of normally. Her own fault she'd reversed up to the flipping door. Alas.

And that was only at 9am. We had to go with my dad because he was going to drop us off in the town so we could return the faulty shoes. Which was a whole drama again. The manager of the shop wasn't having it and said we did get the right shoe (context, I'd got the max Dr martens shoes, so yk the platform on those are a good 8cm+. What turned up was the regular ones, so 4cm ish? platform. The key difference you could tell it was a different model was the bigger platform didn't have the zip on the side too). She kept showing us the picture on the website, so my mum told her turn the picture to the other side, it doesn't have a zip but these do. She wouldn't do that. So i said look babes, there's one on display right now, you can go compare it. She huffed and said it didn't matter and made one of her employees do the refund (we'd already re-ordered online bc they didn't have size 7 in the shop). As he's giving us the refund, i turn to look back at the manager and deadass she's there having a heated debate with another colleague and holding up the shoe to the display stand, to probably compare.

Yes they were the same design, just with a different size platform and the zip.... That might not seem like a massive deal (asides from the fact that different models size differently too so I'd have needed a size 8 in those.), but we'd been sent the cheaper version too, and by £30- which is a lot. For all the hassle though, they were doing a sale online and we got them £60 cheaper than we originally paid. And £90 cheaper than rpp. So they weren't cheap by shoe standards, but cheap for dr martens.

Drama didn't stop there either. There was this little shit spitting on people in the shopping centre. Had he spat on me, i would've gone for him. 13 year old or not. Idk why people weren't doing anything about it.... Like a kid just spat on you??? That's disrespect. And we've just come out of the pandemic. Spitting is also a well known cause of spreading diseases too. Anyhow. Could tell he thought about doing it to me, luckily for him, he didn't.

People are genuinely so rude too. I'm not able bodied and it's visible by the fact i have a crutch. I understand people may have hidden disabilities too, but with a crutch it makes it difficult sometimes to move spontaneously??? I'm not expecting everyone to get out of my way, but for it to have to be me constantly is tiring. The way if you don't, people will purposely walk into you ..... If I'm feeling it, i will only partially get out of the way, resulting in crashing shoulders. For having a crutch and having been an athlete, I'd like to say i have pretty solid shoulders. So bet it hurts. The way they glare at you and shit afterwards .... I thought it was about giving 50/50 huh? No. You expect a disabled person to get out of your way because you have to get to New Look?! Hope those people's shoulders hurt. Assholes.

It didn't stop there. People let their kids run around everywhere. Again, bad idea, you can figure why running in front of people is bad. Parents will literally watch their kids do it and say nothing. You know the type. One kid ran into me, she fell over lmao. Don't see how that was my problem, she was about 9, so old enough to know exactly what she was doing. She just expected me to move for her. The mum was going to say something, so i gave her the challenging look and she decided against it.

There was more but this is getting long. You get the gist of what was happening all day. Believe me, if i wasn't disabled and in an averaging 7 pain on the daily, i would've jumped so many people that day... It was that bad. I'm not even a violent or aggressive person, it just brings it out when you're being treated like shit all day.

In conclusion. I hope you brought popcorn to read through some of my war situations from yesterday 😌 I'm glad it offers entertainment to some, otherwise my suffering would literally go to waste :D

Ok so I finally watched the new 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lone Star episodes and here is what I think overall for the seasons so far, the characters, and part 2 of the seasons. Badically my opinions no one asked for 😁

9-1-1

- Let's rip the band aid off. I'm sorry but we're never getting Buddie. I'm a huge Buddie shipper myself, but I honestly have reached the point where I just don't see it happening. For one their friendship alone just isn't what it's been the past two seasons. Idk if its just me feeling this, but their scenes together, though sweet, just haven't been what they've been in the past. I mean this last episode is the most connection I feel from their characters than i have this whole season. I'm still not over Eddie's lack of reaction to Buck being trapped when Buck was ready to dig through the earth to find Eddie. Though I think there is still a chance Buck could be BI I just no longer have hope that Buddie is going to be a thing. I mean, they've at least hinted that Buck could ride that way, but Eddie has given zero signs of being into men at all. But honestly if they at least explore a BI Buck then I'll be happy, even if he's not with Eddie. It also doesn't help that there's a HUGE possibility that Oliver and Ryan don't get along anymore. They stopped following each other on social media and they post pictures with all the rest of the cast except each other. Its just looking extremely unlikely.

- I don't think Ana deserves as much hate as she's getting. I wasn't so fond of the Eddie/Ana pairing either, mostly because I was so into Buddie. But Ana does seem genuinely a great person and its a plus that Christopher loves her. I just wish that if they were going to persue this they would have built it up more and showed us more of her character. I mean we know close to nothing about her which is what makes it hard to like her or like her with Eddie.

- I'm glad that even if Buck doesn't end up with Eddie he still is obviously going to be someone very close to Christopher. Their relationship is so absolutely darling and even if its not Buddie, Buck is very obviously like a second dad.

- At first I was not at all happy with them bringing back Taylor. I found her character so freaking annoying in the past. But honestly her character seems to have mellowed out and I actually liked her. But I am PRAYING that if she sticks around its just as a friend and not a girlfriend. Buck and Taylor are just a huge NOPE in my book.

- I need more of Athena, Bobby, and Michael ASAP! I miss seeing them more on my screen!

- I'm super excited for baby Chimney/Maddie. And I'm so happy Chimney felt safe enough in his relationship to express his feelings about an at home birth. Their relationship is so sweet and healthy and it makes my heart so warm

- I swear on everything I love if they take that little baby away from Hen and Karen I will RIOT! I also hope to see more of Hen's mom and can't wait to see her pass her exam.

- Albert was wrong for dating Buck's bad date, but he's a good guy and overall a good friend. Buck needs more friends outside of Eddie. I hope they give him more of a storyline in part 2.

- Overall loved the first half of 9-1-1 season 4. I hope they do another crossover in part 2 so that Buck can meet Carlos.

9-1-1 Lone Star

- Yes I have hated the baby trope this first half, yes Gwyn has been annoying af and I'm ready for her to go, and YES Owen has been annoying this season too. But I still love Owen and no I don't believe he's a bad person or a bad father. I hope they do right by his character in the second part and bring the old Owen back now that his life is going to go back to what it was. But I also know this is going to leave room for another romantic interest which you just know they're going to bring in. Maybe they'll bring Michelle back 🤷🏽‍♀️

- The amount of screen time Carlos got is *chefs kiss*. I'm so glad we got to see more into his family dynamic. And how great he is as a cop?! Like make that man a detective already! Also Rafael's acting is superb. He has the most expressive eyes I've ever seen! His face with Owen compliments him on his caring heart and how that makes him a great cop? He BEAMED and it was like no one had ever told him that before. I wanted to hug him so badly.

- I'm so happy they're showing a healthy gay relationship. Sure they've had their ups and downs, but they show TK and Carlos working it out perfectly with good communication which is what we need to see represented more with LGBTQ+ couples on TV. I have no doubt they'll last because they're literally the reason most people tune in and the showrunners know that. And that reuniting hug? Ronen and Raf's real life friendship makes their on screen relationship feel so real and I hope that never changes.

- I need more Mateo. The only thing we know is that he's dyslexic and has a cousin in LA. He's such a great character I wish they'd give him more screen time.

- I know that most y'all see them as just a brother/sister pair, but I love the idea of Mateo/Marjan as a couple. I feel like she could help him grow up a little while he could help her have more fun. But either way I love their relationship and want to see more.

-PLEASE give Paul a GREAT love interest. Someone who loves and accepts him for everything he is. He deserves so much love.

- Tommy Vega is THAT BITCH! She deadass basically said "shoot me. You won't". LOVE seeing a strong black woman on the screen. And I hope they give more screen time to Nancy. I feel like she could be a really interesting character.

- Am I the only one that kind of wants to see them bring back Billy Tyson? I know thats so random, but I think he needs redemption. Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

- Last but not least......thank GOD I read spoilers before watching the episode because if I hadn't prepared myself and they ended the show with that bridge scene......all I gotta say is JUDD AND GRACE BETTER BE FUCKING OK! OR I'M FIGHTING EVERY DAMN BODY! But honestly I think they will be. These two make the show, for one. Judd is deadass the glue that holds that firehouse together and is overall a great character. No way they're killing him off. And Grace is a fucking saint and also a great character. And she's one of the only two black women on the show. Showrunners, y'all really wanna try that? They're such a great, healthy relationship who are literally so unstoppable together. I think they'll have some trauma but survive. And possibly a Ryder baby? Yes please, and please let it be a baby boy. Judd needs a little mixed cowboy 🤠

- Overall the season has been good, but too Owen/Gwyn central. Hoping the next part has more spotlight on the others. Maybe some "Character Begins" episodes? I think a "Judd Begins" Episode would be perfect to start off with to tie into the whole "omg is he alive" aspect we're bound to get.

I was gonna reply to this with some bullshit like “if holly and cc did this i would personally break into their homes and cut all the wires off their phone chargers” but I legitimately don’t think they’d go that route? I mean, its pretty well established that Aaron and Tamara never liked each other, and I have a feeling (like I predicted last year) that Call and Tamara are going to have a huge falling out and end things for good in this book. Like, not only did Call pull a big No No and bring Aaron back from the dead, but Tamara also deadass abandoned Call bc she she didn’t trust him anymore…like idk about y’all but I feel like its going to take a lot for them to be friends and trust each other again, much less date. 

Like, remember when Tamara told Master Rufus about Call’s dad and betrayed his trust and he was pissed about it for the majority of the book? I have a feeling he wouldn’t take her visibly denouncing her loyalty to him like that very lightly…I mean I could be wrong (he did have that typical “oh em gee look at how pretty she is” moment when he first saw her instead of being, you know, rightfully angry at her for bein a shady bitch), but I feel like things are way too damaged between the two of them to continue down that relationship path (also Call is still acting like he did with Celia??? Like, “oh this is a female who shows interest in me, I guess I’m supposed to act like a lovestruck teenager all the time??? idk???” what is up with that tf). 

Anyway, with Aaron in the picture now (and with Call making the decision not to tell anybody about his best friend literally being in his head and risking looking like a crazy person yippee) things are gonna get a lot more difficult bc Aaron has no clue about the Calmara Incident and idk why but the whole set up in that preview has me thinking that he’s not going to react well to it?? I mean, for the shipper in me it’s bc he ~lurves~ Call, but the more rational, adult me thinks its bc he’s going to feel like he missed out on so much in the time he was dead, and now he’s back but everything’s different and weird and awful and why is Call so depressed what is going on??? He’s going to feel like a little kid next to his quickly growing friends and their new relationships and things he’ll never get to experience bc he’s literally just a vague presence in his best friend’s mind. 

Also it might just be me, but he seems weirdly clingy in this mind-state he’s got going on right now. Like, I get it, he’s sharing a brain with Call so he doesn’t really have much choice other than to snoop in his memories and butt into his conversations, but he hasn’t really shown any uh angst regarding the fact that he died and then came back and then died again and then came back again and now he doesn’t have a body? He seems almost content being will Call like this. Idk maybe he’ll have a Freak Out later on in the book, but it’s just very odd to me.

Anyway, to conclude this monstrous essay, the only reason Anubis and Walt were able to fuse and both date Sadie was because they both liked her romantically and it, in a weird uncomfortable way, worked out because she liked them both too. But Aaron clearly doesn’t like Tamara romantically (he doesn’t really like anyone romantically now that I think about it, don’t you think that’s a little odd hmmm cc and hb?(i’m onto you)) and Tamara doesn’t like Aaron romantically, as she’s stated before. There’s no way the authors could get away with pulling that unless they developed an Aaron/Tamara romance too out of nowhere which would be very hard to do considering he’s dead as far as Tam’s concerned. 

So yeah anyway, Calmara bad Calron good I’m excited for this book no matter how the romance turns out and thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

Saturday Night Session Post:

Fuuuck guys, idk about anyone else but my god. I understand I was in a LDR and it’s different but having a girl next to you, kissing you and showing some type of affections is soo heart warming. Like I feel like someone actually cares about you and has an ideal of respect to the person they like. But yeaaah... during “Dom this Dom that Period” with my ex I hated her but after the sudden break up, and the random hookup from Connor hahah, I’m really gladtyat happened this turn of events happened.

But at first I didn’t like her at her all because the issue I had with my ex was relevant, since we always argue about her for a year but as time went on I softened up too her and I guess I started to like her.

I’ll be picking her up from her PT classes at UOI and she’ll give me a kiss, like everyday. And we’ll spend the whole day at her apartment till I have to work, and then on some days she’ll text me have a nice day with a SFW picture of herself haha, and I’ll return the favor with some text like, “ Morning babe, be safe driving okay! And I know she’s not perfect but at least ik 100% that she won’t let her insecurities dig this relationship to the grave. And won’t hold anything against me for the next 4 years of my life haha. And accuse me of nonsense that I never once dreamed of

But NOO yeah if only my relationship with my ex was like that then things could of been different. So Am I questioning it? Yes I am, I could of moved mid Oct, but how my ex was, there was no hope of the relationship to survive. I warned her, gave her heads up if I move who am I going to go to when we argue? She never woke up from that reality and kept ignoring it.... so yeah we made mistakes. I liked girls pictures and I save them and she got drunk and let a guy fingered her pussy etc. but we can’t keep holding on to the past and let them dictate it. Dwelling into the past will never help you. You need to forgive the mistakes, I forgave her for getting drunk; kinda since now that I type this my ex is a fucking idiot because she’s saying she needed the attention and I’m over here lacking any type of attention for the last two years hahaha. But yeah point is you can’t keep holding on to the past. It’s gonna bring you down. I firmly believed she wasn’t mentally prepared to be in a relationship after Justin/Kip and it proves it when we first dated. Already questioning my whereabouts, disrespecting me in three months of dating etc. and she wasn’t willing to block her ex or the people that threaten the relationship???? Like I had to sacrifice my friends while you still talked to your idiotic morons.

But unlike dom, she’s already putting her commitment to this relationship. Everyday dom is texting me good morning, I didn’t have to have an argument with her for that. I don’t care that I’m acting like a dad but a girl needs to sleep goddamn it. Especially when she’s in school. She’s not a fucking slob and eat in her room or have a messy fucking room with clothes that started to smell like feet....

And that’s why I started to like this girl, something my ex couldn’t offer me. Don’t get me wrong here, my ex did do stuff like that but arguments had to happened, or it lasted only a year and she just stopped completely. But for her, Dom is already giving me what I lacked, she’s willingly ready to go back.

And tmi hahaha, sex isn’t boring.... sure I understand I was in a LDR but maaan as time went on nothing exciting happened. Foreplay was boring, sure fucking her was nice but ehhh. But I’m glad me and Dom have met, she’s a nice person and down to earth and chill. I’m already planning to move actually but we are planning to take everything slow. I wasted my four years on a girl who promised me nothing so I have to get my life straightened up. Soo right now I’m planning to get myself a Yamaha 600 Ninja R6 I believe, I have been itching to start using a motorcycle since college and now that I’m able to do so I’m going to save up and get it ready before summer.
