Here is my role reversal AU where the Kittisawats are the powerful mafia family, and the Theerapanyakuls are the poor brothers cousins trying to survive. Also they’re all sex workers.
Tankhun is the overworked and overstressed eldest trying to take care of his family. Korn is a sick old man, likely to die any day now, and Gun is their shady, unreliable uncle who takes advantage of his brother’s failing health and the boys for his own gain. He’s part of a low-level gang; robberies, muggings, minor car theft. Nothing that would get the attention of actual organized criminals. A scumbag.
Kinn and Vegas are the primary supports. Tankhun does his best, but he’s got his own trauma to work through. Kinn is the bartender fucking patrons for extra tips; Vegas is just a prostitute, and he doesn’t try to hide it. He also deals drugs on the side, and sometimes is forced into helping with Gun’s crimes. First as a lookout when he was young, then as an active participant. Kinn and Khun both fight with him about his methods. Kinn, because he thinks Vegas is reckless, getting involved with his father like that. He won’t be able to avoid the police forever if he keeps engaging in violent crime. Vegas thinks none of them can afford to be scrupulous with their morals, and none of them can deny that he delivers.
Tankhun, a former prostitute himself, until he was kidnapped and… had a bad time… scolds Vegas for being so reckless with his own sex work. He’s terrified of anyone in his family going through the same things he did. Now he’s agoraphobic as hell, terrified of strangers, and only manages to pull himself together for the sake of his family. He still does sexwork, but now he’s just a camboy; there isn’t much else he can do that doesn’t require him to leave the house, when he’s a college drop-out with no qualifications or marketable skills.
Kim’s bright plan was to become a YouTube sensation, get famous, and make it so none of his family ever has to work again. It doesn’t pan out quite that way. He does have and maintain a channel for his music, sharing recording equipment with Tankhun, but it’s small time. He does have a significant amount of subscribers; between that and his patreon, it’s not enough to live off of, but it’s enough for him to put himself through school. Anything extra he gets goes towards his family; Tankhun always tries to protest, but Kim can see the way some of the tension leaves his eyes when he doesn't have to worry about the month’s bills. Unlike the elder cousins, the closest Kim ever comes to sex work is playing his guitar shirtless on his patreon. Maybe a couple times people have offered to pay him for ~extra services~, but he just can’t bring himself to do it.
Macau is still in high school. He tutors people for extra cash (read: does their assignments for a hefty fee) and helps Kim edit his music/videos. Wants to be a DJ someday. The two of them are close, as the babies of the family. Closer than Kim is to his own brothers, but the same can’t be said for Vegas; he and Macau are thick as thieves.
One day Kinn gets a job as a personal bartender. He doesn’t bother trying to hide that he’s working for Porsche Kittisawat, and Kim isn’t shy about calling him a kept boy. He doesn’t begrudge his brother the choices he makes, he just wishes Kinn didn’t have to make them. Kinn puts up a good front, but Kim knows the craves the intimacy of a lasting relationship. He’s desperate for something real. To love and be loved. Kim is too jaded to stake any belief in finding something like that.
Then he meets Chay.
Chay is actually a fan of his. A very generous fan who regularly makes sizeable donations. Kim owes his upgraded recording equipment to Chay’s generosity, though he has no idea who his online benefactor is.
Kim is local talent. Sometimes he gets called to play small shows every once in a blue moon. Kinn is pretty good at pulling the strings to get Kim booked at his club, courtesy of Porsche, who’s really making the offer on Chay’s behalf. It’s how Kim ends up meeting Chay. Not that he makes the connection.
Chay is in the crowd, watching him with more interest than he thinks he’s earned. Kim thinks it’s regular attraction, the kind he’s used to. Used to it dropping off when people get to see the real him too; his pretty face isn’t enough to make up for his ugly life, especially when his personality isn’t enough to act as a buffer. Kim buys him a drink after the show anyway. They talk, they flirt, Chay admits to being a fan, which is nice. Kim’s never been recognized before.
They start seeing each other. Kim still doesn’t connect Chay ro Kinn or to his favorite subscriber. Thanks to Kinn (and Chay’s) efforts, he keeps doing shows. Gets booked for better clubs as he proves himself able to handle it. He doesn't want to know what it cost his brother; he hopes it’s not too much, and Kinn always assures him he’s fine. He seems to mean it, and Kim is just selfish enough not to question it if it means his dream coming true. He starts promoting his shows online, and Chay is there at every one. Pretty soon that leads to seeing each other outside of shows, too, then going on dates.
It’s building towards something. But before they can fall over that edge, Kim finds out about everything. The mafia, Chay’s subscription, Chay getting him these shows. All but paying for him. Kim is devastated. He knew better than to trust Chay from the start, it was too good to be true, and now look at what’s happened.
He goes to his family.
Tankhun, shrewd as ever, tells him it doesn’t change anything just because he knows now. Vegas, ruthless, tells him to use Chay for everything he’s worth until the money dries up. Macau thinks it’s romantic; that Chay admired him from afar, only for them to meet by chance and fall in love. Except they didn’t meet by chance, and Kim isn’t in love.
Kinn understands, though. Kim didn’t expect him to. He didn’t give his brother enough credit. He thought Kinn would be like Vegas and Khun. Instead he tells Kim to follow his heart. He knows Kim isn’t like them, isn’t built for the kind of life where he can set aside his feelings and use someone else for his own gain. He’s too much of an artist for that.
Kim tells all of this to Chay, who says that he doesn’t want to buy Kim, either. If Kim doesn’t return his feelings, that’s okay. They can go back to the way they were. They can be friends, or Chay can just be an anonymous name on a screen. He wants to be with Kim, but he doesn’t want to pay Kim to pretend with him.
It’s exactly what Kim needed to hear.

Ok it’s own post because I am OBSESSED with the bodyguard lunch scene in this episode. It’s like literally my favorite scene. Like…even my face VP scenes don’t top this scene for me.
Ok so god where to start. Let’s just go from the beginning:
Pete’s “Disneyland!🤗” joke is so fucking funny. Especially after looking so annoyed while waiting for Porsche to wake up. (This poor man has probably had to help carry the new guy’s unconscious body twice in like a month. I would be put out too.)
The fucking music shifting from this very light comedic beat to a fucking alarm when Vegas shows up kills me every time. No subtlety at all. This man is a walking red flag and the show wants you to know it 😂
Pete being SO jumpy. So many people have talked about his jumpiness in this scene over the past year but goddamn, it kneecaps me every time thinking about it with the full context of his past.
The fact that Vegas has barely sat down before Kinn shows up. You just KNOW Kinn was in the other room trying to hide his longing stares while he thought about Porsche and so he immediately saw Vegas make his way to the table and was like “oh hell no, bitch.”
One again a costuming note: Kinn in gray robes with Porsche, Arm, and Pol on one side of the table, Vegas and Pete in black on the other side.
This cheese ad is the second funniest ad on the show (after the bread obviously). Bible’s smiles especially are just…insanely funny.
Honestly wish we’d had more Kinn and Vegas scenes. The tension in this scene is sooooo good. I also love how Vegas kind of lights up when he realizes hitting on Porsche genuinely gets under Kinn’s skin. Before that he was just doing what his father asked, but now he smells the blood in the water. And he’s looking to make Kinn bleed as much as he can. I adore him bringing up Tawan here. He’s probably been waiting so long for an opportunity like this one.
TANKHUN WITH THE STEEL PAN
Lord, do I have thoughts about Tankhun in this scene. First of all, 100% big brother protection mode here. He heard that line about Tawan; you can’t convince me otherwise, ok? Secondly, I think it’s the first time we really see the original heir Tankhun come through. He has no fear of retaliation for assaulting Vegas. You know, the scary guy who tortures people for fun. But this is the Main Family territory. It’s Khun’s territory. So he does as he pleases, even to the Minor Family. But the moment Vegas is gone, he shifts right back to spoiled, petulant Khun Nu.
And Vegas…leaves. It’s actually one of those super telling moments about how unbalanced the dynamic between the two families really is. Macau is physically assaulted in episode two, and the Minor Family has to demand the lowly guard who did it be punished (instead of just doing it themselves). Vegas is physically assaulted by Tankhun here, and he has to shrug it off and leave. It’s so easy to see how these kind of little indignities have piled up over the years, festering. The toxicity carried over from their parents.
I just…I love this scene so much. It’s tells us so much about these characters in such a short period of time, it’s so funny and dramatic. It’s delightful. And it was probably THE moment for me when this show went from “eh enjoyable enough” to “ok you got me, I’m hooked.” Fave scene, hands down.

I am so rusty at writing that I hesitate to ever talk about writing things, because I almost never finish them, and even if I did, I'm not sure I would share anything publicly right now lol sob, but I'd still like to try to write something for the KPTS Prompt Fest. So I wish to once again use polls to make my decisions for me! (Thank u all for ur help in the tv poll btw; having a great time w/ Theory of Love & Little Women!) Tl;dr: Help break me out of my decision paralysis and choose one thing for me to focus on writing! (Detailed prompts after the poll)
Excerpts of full prompts beneath the cut.
1. Vegas/Porsche arranged marriage:
Bonus points for Vegas resenting Porsche for being the son his father has always wanted (or in the version where Gun's already dead, for stealing his birthright), and plotting little schemes before their marriage to ruin him and the like, and Porsche disarming him the more they get to know each other. Extra bonus points if Vegas betrays him anyway, just like in canon, but the fondness is still real (for both of them), and makes it hurt more on both sides.
2. Vegas wakes up main family heir: Vegas goes to sleep wishing, not for the first time, that he'd been born to the main family. He wakes up in an alternate universe where his grandfather made Gun the main family heir, not Korn. Gun is not a better father in this timeline. 3. Vegaskinn arranged marriage: Korn strong arms the minor family into a marriage agreement to, he claims, ease the tensions between them, but actually because he would like to collect Vegas and Macau under his roof, like chess pieces or pokemon.
It would be fun if this were set after Vegas's big betrayal, as his punishment, instead of being blacklisted and going to the safehouse, but it can also be something AU/pre-canon. The hilarious idea popped into my head of Korn having already arranged Tankhun/Porsche and Kim/Chay marriages long before he decided Kinn/blood-related nephew should happen. Alternatively, maybe Kim/Chay and Kinn/Porsche as preexisting relationships make Korn confident in his hold on the Kittisawats, and he assumes Kinn/Vegas will be a loveless Emperor/Empress marriage up against Porsche as Kinn's most beloved noble consort. 4. Porsche and Big bodyswap: Cue Big experiencing the exquisite pain of Kinn looking at him with adoration and want, but it's not actually HIM he's looking at, and fighting himself on what to do when Kinn wants to touch him. Cue Porsche having to get along with Ken and pretend he loves doing nothing but shittalking himself all day. Cue Porsche picking up on the fact that Chan is completely gone for him (for Big) after years of Big missing all the signals? Comedy, angst, any ships you want!
5. Tankhun and Kim start hearing each other's thoughts, and can't turn it off. It's actually worse when they're not in the same physical vicinity, they start hearing more of what the other is thinking and worse, so they have to start spending a lot of time together to keep the thoughts calmer and less invasive. This means Kim joining Khun for horror movie night, and yes, he does have to dress up, and Khun joining Kim…on tour? Can he do it? And what do they learn about each other when they are physically separated? What lurks in the deeps of their psychologies?
RAPE/NON-CON WARNING FOR THE REST OF THESE
6. Vegaspete, puppyplay. Vegas makes Pete wear puppy ears and a puppy tail butt plug and bark. Totally up to you if it's noncon at the safehouse or consensual after that.
7. Vegas sex pollens Kinn: Kinn is at a very important professional function surrounded by very important professional contacts when Vegas, who is also at said function, slips a drug with aphrodisiac properties into his food/drink/expensive cologne/whatever. Kinn valiantly tries to maintain his self-control, but he's only human, and before the end of the night someone — or even a team of someones — ends up having to somehow fuck Kinn until he cries while not giving any rival crime families any inkling. (@vegaseatsass note: I would 100% write this as Vegas planning to leave Kinn alone to deal with his situation, hoping he will fail but counting on Kinn superhumanly outlasting the drug, and then getting possessive about it and rushing in to take control the second it looks like Kinn's going to capitulate to unworthy outsiders. Apologies in advance to the anon that I am a Vegaskinn sicko and not a Kinn whump sicko; I hope they get this filled by a gangbang connoisseur!)
8. Vegaspete handcuffed together: Vegas and Pete are kidnapped at the auction. They wake up naked and handcuffed together. Vegas makes the most of it.

I loved the cousin drunken bonding in latest Progression chapter. It was so hilarious and cute. I am absolutely blown by Macau/Kinn though. I don't think I have ever read about these two together, even talking more than few words. While Khun/Vegas is cute and can be seen, Macau/Kinn is such rarepair cousin bond than I immediately started to ship them hard (not ship as romantically but as in cousin bonding). I can't wait for the next chapter. I hope ultimate shippers, Chay and Porsche, can see their appeal too. :D
Hello! I'm glad you liked the bonding between the cousins. It was definitely fun to write. I will say my favorite cousin dynamic tends to be between Tankhun and Vegas. They are the oldest sons and Vegas never treats Tankhun with disrespect - even after getting hit in the head with a tray. The most he does is attempt to stare him down, a challenge he quickly backs down from in silence, which is surprising when he had been smugly challenging Kinn through tense conversation just seconds before. The most negative thing he says about him is that he is "something" (at least going by the English translation). I like to think that they loved each other at one point, and maybe Vegas looked up to him and feels some semblance of sadness when he thinks about what Tankhun went through. Tankhun was old enough to be the big brother Vegas desperately needed - and maybe once had before their families became too strained and set on competition.
As for Kinn and Macau, they have a potential dynamic that interests me too. I can see Kinn as someone who wants to be both a protector and a friend to his brothers, but it is difficult with their very different personalities and the wedges forces between them due to their trauma and their overall situation. He was likely conditioned to be a protector by both his father as well as himself after Tankhun's kidnapping happened. While he likely adores his older brother, is present for him, and makes sure he has guards who are more suitable as friends, rather than just staff, there is likely some resentment, heartbreak, and grief for who is older brother once was and will likely never be again. His relationship with Kim seems like a distant one. In this story, this result is due to an upsetting incident during their childhood, Kim struggling to connect and express his emotions, and Kinn being the most involved in the family business while Kim wants nothing to do with it. There is likely resentment from Kinn as well, that Kim gets to follow his dreams while Kinn has to stay back and do all that is expected of him.
While both Khun and Kim genuinely love Kinn, there is a distance that Vegas and Macau simply don't have. While Vegas always feels like he is getting pitted against and beat by Kinn, he is more successful than him in at least one aspect: he actually has a healthy relationship with his brother. Macau is the youngest and not involved in the business either. Like Kim, I see him holding very little interest in it. However, he is present for his brother. He supports him, spends time with him, and is openly affectionate with him in a way that seems to come to both of them easily and without hesitation, which is something we don't really see between the major family brothers (although Khun does seem to want physical affection from him).
To me - at least in this story - Macau represents what Kinn would ideally want in a sibling. Macau may not show interest in any mafia business, but he also likely doesn't share any old lifetime goals Kinn once had for himself. On top of that, Macau is loyal. He is the one member of the family who successfully does his own thing and stays out of the business, yet stays loyal to his brother, who is very much tangled up in the expectations their family has. He is present, loving, there, and was never in a situation where he stepped back from previous responsibilities like Khun did. He also never distanced himself from the entire family due to his lack of interest in their operations like Kim did.
In some ways, Macau just being himself and resistent and avoidant towards the mafia/his father while remaining close and loving towards his brother makes him the most ideal sibling in either family. He is also the most "normal" by far. Kinn adores his brothers and wouldn't trade them for anything, but I think Vegas got something that Kinn simply didn't by having Macau as a brother: a healthy brotherly relationship that somehow was strengthened by their circumstances rather than tainted and strained. I think a lot of that deals with how Macau operates, which brings out Vegas loving, affectionate, protective, and nurturing side. This is a side Kinn has as well, but since his relationships with his own brothers were strained, that side sort of remains stagnant.
It's been coming out more that they have all become closer, and Kinn is incredibly grateful for it. That being said, he feels like a third wheel at times, and his role as heir/head made Tankhun and Kim hesitant to share certain things with him. Despite Vegas also being heir/head, Macau never faced this predicament. So when Macau and Kinn get drunk together after the cousin reconciliation and the two are left alone, I feel like Macau's sincere side comes out, all while Kinn's protective and caretaking side comes out. Talking with Macau was likely very easy in comparison to opening up with his brothers. Despite it being alcohol fueled, he felt genuine connection with his (now second) youngest family member. It felt easy, like how brotherly bonding should feel like.
We definitely might see more Kinn and Macau moments! I can see Macau just randomly inviting Kinn out to go jet skiing or something and Porsche being like, "Huh???" all while Kinn leaves the compound with an excited grin on his face because he's getting chosen over Tankhun and Kim lolol. But I think Chay will be invested, and Porsche will too after getting over his confusion.
Anyway, this turned into a rambling essay that got away from me lolol. But thank you for the ask and I hope you enjoy the next chapter!

It’s Always You
Chapter 3: I Had Enough
Kinn gave off a sigh as he put down his phone after talking to Vegas. He kneaded his forehead before leaning his elbow atop the island counter. Porsche saw Kinn's shoulders slowly slump in relief, the tension slowly leaving his body. He patted Kinn's shoulders to provide him some comfort and to sympathize with him.
Porsche kneaded the remaining tensed muscles between his shoulders, easing the hardened muscles from the stress it was put through. He heard Kinn let out a chuckle before he felt him reach for one of his hands. Porsche loves hearing his laugh, with its low and full timber filling his being with tenderness. It gives him pride to get Kinn to release even the slightest chuckle in a situation like they were in. Also, hearing Kinn's laugh makes him feel all kinds of warm feelings and Porsche will never tire of it.
Kinn turned around in his seat, reaching out for his figure. Porsche noticed how his face looked lighter and more at ease. The reemergence of Kinn’s fluffy puppy-like radiance made him feel relieved. He doesn't like seeing his lover worried or stressed. It saddens him whenever he sees even a little frown marring his face.
Kinn pulled him close, seeking for more comfort from his lover. Porsche can still feel a little tension remain in his body, so he hugged Kinn back, trying to ease the remaining tension off his body. He pulled him even closer, to also provide the solace and relief Kim was seeking. Kinn relaxed into his hug and let his lover's warmth seep through his clothes and into his skin.
"What's taking them so long?!?" They heard Khun complain from Kim's couch a while later. The eldest brother is restlessly sitting, biting his finger and pumping his leg. Porsche shook his head as he watched the eldest Theerapanyakul offspring anxiously watching the door.
It has only been less than ten minutes since they heard from their cousin and his best friend. He doubts Vegas has picked up Pete and Kim yet. He had to exchange the motorcycle for a car so they could all sit comfortably. Kim’s condo is also in the middle of the city and getting there from the riverside can take a while.
"Vegas had to switch to a car, so he left Kim with Pete. Just be patient, Khun," Porsche muttered, his annoyance clear in his tone.
Khun ignored Porsche and continued to look at the door. Porsche cannot help but shake his head in disbelief. "Kinn, do you want something to drink?" he asked Kinn, instead.
Kinn shook his head, not wanting to let go of Porsche. The gesture made Porsche let out a chuckle, finding the big man adorable in his clinginess. Also, Kinn’s nose brushing the skin on Porsche’s chest left exposed by his unbuttoned shirt was also ticklish.
"But, I'm thirsty, babe," he chucklingly uttered. He felt Kinn tighten his hold on him. "Babe, let me go. I want to get a glass of water," Porsche laughingly tapped at Kinn's arm around his waist. "I'll be just a minute," he promised Kinn who pouted as he let go of Porsche.
Porsche laughingly left Kinn seated at the island bar as he made his way to the other side. He took out three glasses from the cupboard and proceeded to fill it with water. Porsche took the first glass of water and brought it to where Tankhun was sitting and placed it on the coffee table in front of him. Just like he expected, Khun ignored him and the glass of water, continuing to stare intently and anxiously at the door.
He also is still worried about Kim, but now it's because Chay saw them talk through tweets. Porsche walked back to the kitchen and took the remaining two glasses back to where Kinn was sitting. He handed one to his lover and drank from the other one as he took his seat.
Porsche watched as Kinn took a small sip before setting it aside and picking up his phone. He just knows that Kinn will be bombarding Vegas and his best friend with texts. Nevertheless, he let Kinn be and just finished his glass of water. Instead, Porsche also took out his phone to text Macau and check on him and Porchay. He opened Macau's window and began typing out his messages.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After sending his last reply to Macau, Porsche pocketed his phone and stood up from his seat. He took his and Kinn’s glass to the sink and began washing it. He was drying his hand when he, Kinn and Khun heard the door to the condo unit open. He turned around to see Vegas exasperatedly trudging deeper into the unit with Kim and Pete right behind him.
Vegas stomped to the kitchen and took out a bottle of carbonated water from the refrigerator. Porsche watches as Pete looks worriedly at Vegas as he follows his lover to the kitchen. On the other hand, Khun fusses over Kim who is trying to avoid his advances at the living room. Kim dodged Khun and sat on one of the armchairs. Kinn was staring at his brothers, but you can see he's deep in his thoughts.
Although his love for his brothers radiates from him, there is something more than worry and care behind those eyes. He can see deep and intense affection that Porsche also feels for his sweet brother. Yet, no matter how well Porsche knows the man, he still cannot put a finger on just what exactly he is thinking. Porsche gave a sigh and walked to where Kim is being aggravated by Khun.
Tumblr media
"Phi…" Kim looked up at Porsche just as he got close to him and Khun. He scrambled to right himself while not taking his gaze off his brother's lover and Chay's brother.
"Your brothers were worried for you," Porsche remarked as he took a seat across from Kim. “We were all worried for you. What happened, Kim?” he asked the younger man.
"You almost gave me a heart attack, you asshole!" Khun shouted as he shook Kim's arm. However, the latter's gaze never left Porsche. "Just where the hell did you hide yourself?" he cryingly uttered.
However, Kim ignored Khun, too busy watching Porsche. He thought that man would not care for him. The older man refused to acknowledge his presence ever since he hurt Chay. Yet, Kim cannot blame him. His brothers will do worse if it was him. Also, he got an earful from Kinn when everything got revealed. His older brother almost disowned him. He should have, because he cannot even forgive himself for what happened. Porsche stood up again to go to the kitchen. Khun continued to scold and shout at him while Kinn was only staring at them from where he was sitting. His face is emotionless, but his eyes are saying things Kim cannot decipher. Khun shaking his whole being took him back to reality.
Tumblr media
"KIM! KIMHAN, ANSWER ME!" Khun shouted to get his attention. "JUST WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU!? Why are you full of bruises? What the hell did you do?!" Khun fired at him as he fussed over every mark on his face.
"That was my fault,” Vegas interjected. “I punched that asshole," he coldly answered. His face looked furious and fed up. Pete stood behind him, fiddling with his fingers while biting his lip in anxiety.
"What the fuck Vegas!? Why did you punch him?" Khun is now angry at his cousin.
"Because he deserved it, that's why," Vegas uttered while squeezing the bottle in his hand hard.
"What do you mean he deserves it?" Khun was baffled.
"That asshole has been spewing nonsense when we found him," Vegas was exasperated. Pete walked close to his lover and started patting his back to try and reduce his anger. "He's been uttering that he deserves to die, that his life is now meaningless—like Chay would come back to such a pathetic asshole," Vegas gritted.
"But you did not have to beat him to a pulp, you bastard," Khun fumed.
"He's lucky I only got in a few punches before Pete stopped me. I would have killed that bastard, if not," Vegas retorted before throwing the bottle he was holding inside the trash bin.
Tumblr media
Vegas started for the door still looking enraged and full of it. Pete immediately followed behind him. They were halfway through the living room when Vegas suddenly stopped dead in his tracks and faced Kim. "Put this on your thick head, asshole," he began slowly. Anger radiating in every word he utters. "It was your fucking fault Chay left! You hurt him beyond measure and you deserve to feel the same way he did. Oh, how you deserve to feel so much excruciating pain," Vegas remarked in a sinister sneer.
"And, doing this… worrying all of us to death because you decided to fucking disappear?" Vegas gestured to everyone in the room. "Exclaiming that you don't deserve to live? Just proves how right Porchay was for walking away from you. Because no one will be willing to stay with a motherfucker who cannot get his life together and become better," he spat at his cousin. “We’re all here for you, bro. I was ready to listen and help, and instead what?!! You fucking closed yourself off, drown in your misery and just shut us off? Well, guess what?! I have had enough of that bullshit!” you can hear Vegas’ pain through his voice.
"You are my cousin and I very much love your fucked up ass. But, this is beyond my patience and understanding. I cannot get myself to find even an ounce of desire to understand you," Vegas fumed in a softer but colder voice. "And Kim? You really don't deserve such an amazing person like Chay. This stunt just fucking proved it," he sneered at Kim before proceeding to walk out of the condominium unit, Pete hastily catching up with his every furious step.

You did not have anything to do today, and did not feel like doing anything. Your head was still pounding from the amount of alcohol you consumed the previous night.  You can only be grateful that you had half a mind the night before to close your black out curtains. You could have been suffering more due to the harsh sunlight that is sure to be streaming through the large windows of your unit.
Thinking about your fridge, you tried to remember what to make with its scarce contents. Then, you remembered how it contains nothing save for a few bottles of water and some grapes. You checked the time and found that you are just in time to eat brunch at one of your favorite cafes. Begrudgingly, you stood up from your bed to take a bath. You hope it will also somehow eliminate the pounding of your head. Rising up, the sight of your dog comfortably sprawled out at the other end of the bed made you giggle.
You trudged to the bathroom connected to your bedroom, sluggishly dragging your feet under you. Unlike your bedroom where curtains cover the large windows, the one inside your bathroom remains bare and very much open. It streamed so much sunlight that the pounding in your head intensified. Wanting to get the ordeal over with, you turned on the shower before stripping your clothes to enter the soothing stream.
It took you less than ten minutes to finish your shower. Even so, it managed to calm your raging headache and soothe the tension at the back of your neck. You hurriedly finish your other self-care rituals since your stomach is rumbling with hunger. Too lazy to think about what to wear, you just took out the first thing you got your hands on and thanked the heavens that it still managed to match.
Taking out a simple purse, you transferred everything you needed from the other purse, including your phone and car keys. After transferring your essential items, you bid your dog goodbye and proceeded to walk out of your room and, ultimately, your condo unit. You drove out of the basement of your building and into the street.
You decided to head to the nearest small artisan cafe called ARTiS, your favorite, for the morning. It's near a large supermarket, which will make going to shop for groceries later much easier. You can also save on some gas. It only took you 10mins to get where the cafe is. However, you had to park a little ways away since cars are already lined up in front of the shop.
You turned your engine off and made your merry way to the small coffee house. To get to the front door, you had to pass by the large window occupying the whole side of the shop. You was about to turn the corner when you noticed a man sitting at one of the window seats while fiddling with his phone. The unexpected sight of him made you smile along with your whole day. You decided to take your phone out and snap a photo before he looked up and found you lurking outside the large windows. Satisfied with the snap, you proceeded to the front of the coffee shop to get inside and have your caffeine fix, hoping the gods above will hear your prayers and let you cross paths and meet him again soon.
