oh my i got lots of them!! savoury would always be karipap and satar ikan (ganu style ) and meanwhile for something sweet would be bubur caca (terengganu style) and tok aji serban (seri muka gula melaka) yeah that's what we Terengganuan call that kuih . i'm not making this up haha.
i'm down to any pantai timur kuih actually and all time fav, idk if you ever heard about this and i don't know if we can classifies it as "kuih" but i loveeeeeeee tapai ubi goreng. damn, i can eat plenty of this and never get sick of it. not many people know about this delegacy and i recommend to you if you ever going to Terengganu.

Bahan Lapisan Bawah :
500g beras pulut
300ml santan pekat
300ml air
2 tsp garam halus
Cara buat lapis bawah seri muka:
Rendam pulut sekurang2nya 4 jam
Basuh bersih & toskan.
Kukus dengan semua bahan di atas selama 30 minit. Kukus dengan loyang yang berlainan tidak berlubang ( kukus terus dalam loyang yang nak digunakan- dialas plastik wrap dulu then bubuh pulut dengan yang lain. Apabila pulut masak, gaul hingga sebati.Tekan dalam loyang 10x10x2 inci
Bahan2 Lapisan Atas :
Bahan A
250g gula castor
100g tepung kastard
400ml santan pekat
400ml air
20g daun pandan- diblender dengan air diatas.-tapis ketepikan
Bahan B
4 biji telur
1/2 tsp garam halus
1/4 tsp pandan essence-(Ayu tak letak sebab gunakan fresh pandan pewarna hijau- secukupnya 
Cara buat lapisan atas kuih seri muka:
Satukan bahan2 A kacau rata & masukkan bahan2 B kacau hingga sebati.(blender aje semua) Tapis kedalam periuk & masak. Kacau hingga naik wap. sekejap aje ( masak dalam 2-3 minit saja).
Tuang keatas lapisan bawah & kukus selama 30-40 minit.
