Ymbrynes making the quilt to protect Acre.

Caul's resurrection

When time stops in the first world war.

Jacob and Emma on the ship with the glow-in-the-dark fish.

Corpses being reanimated by Enoch: V. and Martin.

Horrible and extremely graphic deaths like Altheia's

Caul's illusion in the last book. (I panicked thinking everyone had been hurt by broken glass.)

Scene of the children in the gypsies' cage when they hear a bear growling.

becoming obsessed with a book series was NOT on my 2024 bingo card!! i didnt even know i could read!!

anyways here is my miss peregrine lineup for the children! ,,,i somehow forgot about the title character and only noticed once i was done lining LMAO— i’ll draw my design for her another time and maybe some other characters. i am sorry miss P i knew something was wrong 💔

kind of iffy on emma, enoch, & jacob but i can tweak them later on if i draw em more BAHAH

anyways my favorite character in the books is horace 🩷🩷 my little fancy prophetic boy . although my favorite designs i did are hugh & fionas :)

Gods of ancient mythologies may have merely been peculiar to the giant age.

Ghosts that haunt places and move objects could just be hollowgasts lurking after prey.

Witches who live isolated in forests and have a reputation for kidnapping children may just be ymbrynes living isolated with their peculiar children, that people attribute peculiarities to witchcraft and curses

Werewolves, mermaids, fairies, gods and demigods, folkloric creatures can all be just quirky living their lives.
