West Virginia Motorcycle Accident Lawyer

Motorcycle riders love the relaxed feeling of speeding down open roads, but they are more vulnerable when riding because they have no inherent protection. Motorcycles provide very little protection, in contrast to cars with solid frames. This makes riders and passengers far more susceptible to severe injuries or even death in the event of a collision, particularly when they collide with more oversized vehicles like cars or trucks.

Lane splitting, or weaving between cars, is not illegal in West Virginia, but it is still hazardous. This move raises the risk of severe collisions and makes it more difficult for other drivers to see you, which could result in hazardous circumstances.

Furthermore, dangerous road conditions that increase the chance of accidents include potholes, crumbling pavement, and inadequate signage. In these situations, the county or state government might be held legally responsible for motorcycle riders' injuries. As a result, these organizations might be held legally liable and the target of lawsuits brought by victims and their motorcycle accident lawyers.

Einstieg in ein langes Wochenende im Ruhrgebiet, aber am Freitag habe ich es noch nicht ganz dorthin geschafft, sondern nur in die bergische Hauptstadt Wuppertal. Was heißt da nur? Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich immerhin mein Enkelchen und seine Eltern in Langenfeld besucht und bin dann durch Solingen nach Wuppertal gefahren. Dort habe ich mich abends der Critical Mass angeschlossen und habe mit den deutlich über 100 Radlerinnen und Radlern gezeigt: wir sind der Verkehr!Anschließend waren etwa 10 % dieser Radlerrinnen und Radler noch, wie wir das in Köln ja auch tun, in einem türkischen Lokal essen. Das war total schön, weil die Zusammensetzung der Runde das zeigt, was ich an der Critical Mass Wuppertal so schätze: Menschen aus ganz Nordrhein-Westfalen. aus dem Ruhrgebiet und aus dem Rheinland und natürlich auch aus dem Bergischen kommen immer hier zusammen und sind eine Gemeinschaft. Und ein guter alter Freund war überraschend sogar aus Recklinghausen angereist, worüber ich mich natürlich sehr gefreut habe. Darüber später aber noch mal mehr. Ein schöner Einstieg ins Wochenende. Station 1 meiner Terminliste, quasi der Prolog ist „abgekakt“.
