After not hiking a single mile all year, I made it all the way around the 35 mile long Loowit Trail, circumnavigating Mt. St. Helens. I used to be the person heading to Starbucks at 2 pm for a midday pick me up. If you asked me how I was, I would usually respond with “tired” 😴⁣ ⁣ I couldn’t imagine a life where I wasn’t exhausted all 👏 the 👏 time!⁣ ⁣ Fast forward to today and I have MORE energy than I know what to do with 😅⁣ ⁣ I’m waking up early, running around with dogs, knocking out workouts, playing with Kitty - oh, and don’t forget… Christmas shopping (with my peppermint mocha superfoods in hand of course)!⁣ ⁣ Back then, I would’ve had wayyyy too much caffeine before noon if I had a busy day.⁣ ⁣ I’ve never felt better before IN MY LIFE! There’s no way I’m ever going back to the exhausted lifestyle I used to live.⁣ ⁣ I can spend more (socially-distanced) time with my family and friends and actually be engaged. I’m nicer to be around and am more willing to go out and do fun things!⁣ ⁣ Put me on Santa’s nice list! 😜⁣ ⁣ When I decided to change my health, I thought I was doing it for me. Don’t get me wrong, I was and still am, but as it turns out, everyone else in my life is benefiting too! 💕⁣
