This is cracking me up guys. I finally started working on a new chapter for The Time Before, but I couldn't find my notes for the rest of the fic so I was like yeah whatever I remember what I wanted to do, and started mocking up the next chapter (That's on the right.)

THEN I found the start of the chapter I wrote back well over a year ago (Whats on the left. (You can see the date there in very right for the creation date of that. My edits today were fixing a few typos as I read it)).

CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW FREAKING SIMILAR IT IS LOL. I was reading it and was like.... wow I came up with the exact same dialogue for a second time.

My focus has shifted a LOT there but I'm still working with em #But the majority of my work comes from another client now. We still play digimon a lot but we're taking this month off since she's petsitting and can't go out lat #My flatmate has basically taken the summer off work since his job pays well enough for him to do so #so having him around to play games with is nice. Genuinely might have replaced Digimon World as 1st place #Mum took Andy and I to Netherlands recently. It was incredible. Y'know. There were several ups and downs when I was working for the mouse, and the downs were always really, really bad. But like also I'm glad for them because four years ago I absolutely would not have said SHIT about being given a shift that conflicts with my availability and just worked it hoping it never happened again. Now I will talk to all four fucking managers who work throughout the entire day I've been here until one of them listens instead of pushing back and getting pissy about me saying it's not my fault and sure, I'll try to find coverage to be nice, but not my fucking problem if I can't find it, can't work the shift, they can't mark me as a no show and they can die mad about it because they should've thought about it before giving me a shift I can't work 🤷
