love that nobody can function without echo in the empire era. the batch keeps losing the ship, barely manage to finish their missions, and entirely forgo strategy. and then on the other hand, rex pre-echo-joining-the-rebellion was living in an abandoned garage with one singular tiny ship. then shortly after echo joins they have a whole base with like twenty troopers and real doors and actual food and a ship actually designed for long distance travel.

Back to you (Captain Rex x reader) (Rebels)
Summary: In a mission to recover information about locations for a possible base, You and the Ghost crew are sent to Seelos to find a potential new ally, but you never expected it to be him.
Words: 1, 672
A/n: Hi, thanks for reading my trash. I felt like my husband needed some love so here we are. Also this happens in Rebels s2e2 "The lost commanders" and reader has Kanan's age.
Tumblr media
Being part of the Ghost crew involved to be constantly on the move, always hiding and running from the Empire but it gave you the opportunity to help others and that made you feel like you were doing something good with your life, plus they had become your family.
After realizing you were part of a larger rebellion against the Empire and with the lost of the Phoenix home in Lothal, it was imperative to find a base where to hide. That's how you and the Spectres ended up in the outer rim searching for Ahsoka's friend.
The flight was boring with nothing to look at but plain desert everywhere, until the tactical droid detected something nearby, an old republic modified AT-TE walker.
After landing Kanan told you to stay on the ship and fix the communications while the rest of the team went to investigate.
You started to work in the ship but there was something stuck in your head, a number you knew, the same number the tactical droid repeated non-stop, the same number that leaded you here, "7567". Could it be… could it be him?
The sound of blasters woke you from your thoughts and quickly you rushed outside the little ship hoping your friends weren't in trouble but after seeing they were fine you stared at the three men in the tank and froze instantly when you caught a familiar gaze.
If you had your suspicions about who was the person you were looking for before, this just confirmed it. Even though he looked a bit different from the last time you saw him, you knew it was him, how? by his eyes.
Maker, you could recognize those beautiful golden eyes anywhere in the galaxy.
"Nice to meet you ...7567" you heard Ezra and suddenly your mind snapped back to reality.
"Rex" you said without thinking making everyone turn around to see you "his name is Rex"
"Wait, you know him?" Kanan asked you as you get closer to them. You gave him a happy nod in response.
"(Y/n)?" Rex recognized you instantly once you were beside your friends,  after all you hadn't changed that much, you were as beautiful as he remembered you.
The captain hurried to get down of the tank and you could swear your heart was going to get out of your chest while he was walking towards you.
He looked so different and yet for you he was still the same man you knew a long time ago, the man you fell in love with.
Stars, you had missed this man so much you couldn't help but put him in a tight hug once he was in front of you.
"it's you!" you happily said holding him closer. Rex laughed putting his arms around your waist and lifting you up until your legs were wrapped around his waist, foreheads resting together.
"It's me, cyare" he assured you.
You heard Kanan cleaning his throat and both you quickly let go of each other.
"Cyare?" Sabine mumbled recognising her language.
"You guys need a moment?" asked Zeb in a teasing tone, making your cheeks go a little red.
"Sorry, it's just… I haven't seen (y/n) in a very long time" Rex explained rubbing the back of his head. Owning a raised eyebrow from everyone.
"Well, what are you waiting for? bring them in!" screamed Gregor from the walker saving you from further questions.
•••
Later that day you and the team agreed to help the clones hunt a Joopa as payment for the intelligence they had. It  gave you enough time to catch up with Rex.
"Whose idea was this?" you asked Rex as you were leaning on a railing, the captain chuckled and pointed at Gregor on the other side of the walker who was happily cheering Zeb. Both of you laughed and  shaked your heads at his brother.
"So you found your brothers" you noted remembering why your paths parted years ago.
"Yeah.. took me some time" he said looking at your friends across the tank "you join the cause"
"Yup" you proudly said following his contemplating stare "and I found them too, my new family"
"They seem to be good people" he said looking back at you "but I'm not sure Kanan trust me"
"Give him a time" you suggested "he just needs to make sure that what happened to his master, to the Jedi, is not going to happen to us"
"Understood, sir" he said in a playful tone that only made you roll your eyes "thanks for the advice"
You nudged him and both giggled like the old times. It was a relief knowing his humor sense was still the same.
"You know, when Ahsoka send us on this mission I never thought it would be you the person we were looking for. I'm glad it's you"
He smiled softly at you and  you took a minute to appreciate the features of your old lover. He looked so different now and yet he was still the same man you loved so dearly.
Flashes of his younger self filled your mind. You remembered the very short blond hair you used to run your fingers, his golden eyes and always clean shaved jaw. His features now hidden behind a silver, surprisingly soft beard.
He had aged fastly, just like he told you he would, clones were engineered to grow twice as fast, however you couldn't see him like an old man, it was just him, the Rex you adored and the more you looked at him the more you fell once again for him.
"What is it (y/n)?" Rex asked raising an eyebrow.
"I never thought I'd see you with beard" you confessed owning a chuckle form the captain. Then you raised a hand and stroked his beard a bit, trying to get used to it. Rex leaned in your hand and closed his eyes for a second enjoying your sweet touch "I like it… suits you"
"Well, had I known that you would like it so much, I would have let it grow earlier" he teased and both laughed at his comment, unconsciously moving closer to each other until you collided with his armor. Both of you stayed quiet for a moment realizing the closeness, but not pulling away.
"You have no idea of how much I missed you, (y/n)". he confessed tucking a lock of hair behind your ear before caressing your cheek,  making your heart beat faster with every second past.
"I missed you too, Rex" you breathed.
He carefully lifted your chin up and pulled you closer until your lips were on his, sending a wave of electricity all along your spine as he kissed you slowly at first and then desperately as if he was afraid you might vanish. There were no need for words, it was obvious that both still loved each other.
Eventually you pulled away in need of air, he rested his forehead on yours while both catched your breath, smiling softly at each other.
"(Y/n), you did fix the communications, right?" you heard Kanan scream from where he was, interrupting the moment between you and the Captain.
"Karabast" you whispered and Rex chuckled "I'm on it!" you yelled and gave Rex a light kiss before you rushed to the ship.
The Captain walked over to the front of the walker with the rest of the team that were concentrated, mostly bored and tired of the hunting.
"So… how did you guys meet? You and (y/n)?" Ezra asked when he saw Rex lean on a nearby rail.
"It was five years after the end of the clone wars" Rex started "I was lost in a planet where the people didn't exactly like clones,  without food, weapons or credits"
"A planet that doesn't like clones? Should I buy property there?" Kanan said with his sarcastic voice owning a look from Ezra who was quietly paying attention to the captain's story.
"Hey, don't be mean!" said the blue haired boy "what happened then?"
"She saved my life" Rex told them "she helped me when no one else did" he smiled at the memory "we were together for almost two years until we decided to take different ways"
"It sounds like you two were really close" spoke Sabine from the roof the ship. "You called her 'cyare' "
"What does that mean?" asked confused Ezra, making the clone Captain blush a bit.
"Beloved" responded Rex without hesitation "it means 'beloved'
"I hate to be the one asking this" added Kanan walking closer "but why didn't you stay with her?"
The captain sighed deeply before answering to the Jedi.
"I wanted to find my brothers, move to some neutral system and have a peaceful life, no more fighting, no more war" he paused for a second "she wanted to fight, do something with her life more than just steal things, she wanted to help others"
"You loved her, right?" Ezra asked without hesitation. This kid was wild.
Rex suddenly saw you coming out of the ship and lean against the door frame with that pretty smile of yours that always made his heart soft.
"I still do, kid, I still do"
•••
After a lot of effort and teamwork, you finally managed to capture the giant worm Gregor was so excited about. It was a good day, all things considered, the mission to get the data for the base was more than done and hunting the  Joopa was quite a thing, but most importantly you reunited with Rex that somehow managed to convince the Ghost crew to stay for dinner.
You both kept close to each other all the time, sharing slight delicate brushing of hands and exchanging loving gazes.
While the crew had dinner tasting the rich flavor of the hunt of the day and shared stories you watched Rex sitting across the table. You stared at him with longing and hope, feeling that your world was complete again with this man by your side.

The bad batch in star wars rebels prompts please
oh wow i have not actually watched star wars rebels yet, but i can give some hcs for the bad batch post fall of the republic
the bad batch removed their inhibitor chips shortly after echo joined them and proceeded to secretly continue fives’ investigation. rex and kix knew of this, with rex himself stressing that they needed to gather very strong proof. if there really is a conspiracy, coming forward with anything less than an irrefutable case would be to walk to the gallows
when kix vanishes, the circumstances under which he did lead to the supposition that someone is onto them. they have to be more careful, but they also need to quicken their pace. if it was discovered that kix knew of the conspiracy and was abducted (or eliminated) for this reason, it may be nearing execution. (fix-it hc: they find kix a year or two following the birth of the galactic empire)
when order 66 is issued, they obviously don’t fall under palpatine’s control, but there’s this sinking realization that they failed. to echo, this feels like he just learned of fives’ death all over again (because the idea that his sacrifice could have meant something kept a little bit of fives alive in echo’s heart)
we’ll see if this happens in canon or not, but i’d like it if the bad batch came to rex and ahsoka’s aid. either way, i’d want rex to wind up with the bad batch, echo specifically. rex needs to be with his little brother
now, the chancellor would want the bad batch to hunt down jedi who survived the initial jedi purge, meaning that they have a choice to make: do they want to fall off the radar as quickly as possible or do they try to save some of these jedi?
picture it: the bad batch, rex, and ahsoka going on these missions to save jedi, helping them disappear and possibly establishing this network of undercover jedi survivors
it’s possible that the jedi in question don’t immediately recognize the bad batch as clones (which may be something the newly self-appointed emperor, if he truly does not suspect clone force 99′s treason, believes will act in their favor). irregardless, being clones going after jedi would very much put them in a dangerous situation. the jedi would not immediately know that they are here to help and may display disbelief when they are informed of their intentions. the bad batch may be dissuaded to further help the jedi if they are repeatedly met with contempt and attempts on their lives
i know that in rebels, there’s a character named kanan who survived the jedi purge as a young padawan. clearly traumatized, he has an understandable distrust for the clones, though it also leads to him being rather contemptuous towards rex, wolffe, and gregor, who all seem to be rather patient with him. the bad batch would not be so tolerable of such attitude, with crosshair in particular not holding back from setting things straight, even if that means being cruel in his words. they arent going let some jedi think they’re the only ones who’ve suffered here, and they aren’t going to accept anger directed their way without unleashing some of their own
when the bad batch officially defects, perhaps faking their deaths to get the empire off their trail, they have to adapt to having absolutely no support in resupplying their resources. they do pretty well in what food is concerned, as they already made a habit prior to the republic’s fall to hunt for game, disliking republic rations. getting fuel, medical equipment, and blaster charges is more difficult.
prior to the fall of the republic, the bad batch also made a habit of taking side jobs in order to have some financial independence. this definitely comes in handy now that they’re on their own, but the republic credit (the currency they have most of) has dipped significantly in the outer rim, so they’re experiencing financial issues none the less
they pay close attention to the situation of the clones under the empire. it had already become apparent to them that their treatment under the republic was wrong, but somehow the empire manages to be worse. they join efforts to set the groundwork for a clone revolution
the original bad batch had already started to reconsider their opinion of “reg” clones thanks to echo. with the rise of the empire, the public opinion of the clones has become abysmal on either side. it’s not that they no longer see the differences they hold with other clones, but that it’s so secondary compared to their differences with natborns. the clones are their people and they will fight for them and their interests. they are fighting for themselves first and foremost and refuse to become accessories for someone else’s cause (been there, done that)
rex and the bad batch attempt to rescue cody from the empire (cody lore is so vague beyond rots so u know what. im gonna say they succeed. maybe it takes a while, but they succeed)
they likely cross paths with the rebellion, but whether they truly ally themselves to the cause and become rebels themselves depends on how they’re treated. they wouldn’t submit to anything that diminishes their freedom and autonomy.
(lets take a little moment to entertain the thought: what would the rebellion’s opinion of the clones be? as far as they’re concerned, the clones betrayed the jedi and the republic. would they believe echo when he tells them of the inhibitor chips? of the conspiracy? the rebellion is also called the alliance to restore the republic: would they acknowledge the crimes committed by it? would they recognize that the clones were slaves? if they didn’t care before the republic’s fall, who’s to say they really do now? would the bad batch be made to feel like they owe something to the republic, that they have to atone on behalf of the other clones?)
they probably accept some bounty hunter jobs now and then, though they stick to a strong code of ethics and are careful not to get tangled up with the wrong crowd. they’ll also help random people who are in trouble, acts of benevolence that often gain them important allies
another fix-it hc but i HATE the “clones age at double rate their entire lives” so i propose that the accelerated aging is just during their first ten years to get them to maturity, after which they age either at a normal or slowed-down rate

Change Your Mind
“You’re my family too, Sandor.” A high school AU
A gift for @book-pirate for the Sansan Secret Santa in July.
Tumblr media
A monster. A freak.
Something the other children like to call me every time they see me. Even those adults who act all good and understanding were no different with them labeling me with wretched names behind my back. Just because of my scarred face.
I hate this place so bad. I hate school. I hate my stupid classmates. I hate the teachers. I fucking hate Gregor for ruining my life. I hate my father for turning a blind eye to the abuse.
I absolutely loathe everything. It’s suffocating me. The looks, the scorns, the whispers, they do.
Should I be judged because of how I look?
It doesn’t matter. Nothing interests me. No friends to call without their parents telling them my life story.
He had nothing…
That was until I met her…
It was her who had changed my mind.
Sandor Clegane was seventeen when he first met Sansa Stark.
She was a new student in his school.
She was a year younger than him but he could not help but hear rumors about her the moment she transferred to his school. Lovely. Beautiful. Kind. Popular. She was everything he wasn’t. And he was confident she was either a naïve little girl or a two-faced bitch. Sandor certainly couldn’t understand her popularity. Maybe it’s the novelty of her being from Winterfell or whatnot. But the boys, no matter what year, would not shut up about the girl.
Compared to him, Sandor was a bulky and awkward looking teen who wore second handed clothes to school every day. His scarred face was hidden by his long hair. And despite constant reprimands from the teacher, he refused to cut his hair short. Added to that, his reputation of being a well-known troublemaker, the teachers either resented him or were finally tired of having to deal with his crap.
He was the Hound, damnit! He was short-tempered and vindictive to anyone. They kept chanting it. They kept looking at him as though they anticipated him to be a rebel from the start… So Sandor became one. He did what they expected him to do.
So how did the ugly hound meet the lovely little bird from Winterfell?
It all took was a single day to establish a connection between them.
Shockingly enough, it was Joffrey Baratheon who was the catalyst of their relationship.
Joffrey the psychopath was a bully. Blond, handsome and stupidly rich was all that mattered especially in a school full of impressionable kids. He was the “King” and at the top of the hierarchy. And it became apparent that he had locked on his sights to the new girl in school.
Sandor was throwing punches in the sand bag when he heard the school gym door shut, “What the f-”
There in front of him was a flustered Sansa Stark blocking the only way out. Her usually braided hair was loose and her school vest gone, leaving her clutching her unbuttoned blouse in an attempt to preserve some sort of modesty. Clicking his tongue in annoyance, he catches the attention of the girl.
Raising her pretty face at the sound, she almost screamed when her gaze fell upon his scarred face. But the sound of rambunctious male laughter made her freeze. Using her other hand, she forced herself to stay quiet.
Frowning, Sandor noted her obvious distress. Listening at the taunting male voice, he immediately identified the Baratheon spawn.
“Oh Sansa~ Why don’t we stop playing hide-and-seek and start our initiation. Don’t you want to be my girlfriend?” Baratheon snickered.
Sansa began to tremble in fear. She squeezed her eyes shut praying for it all to go away.
Sandor paused. Was it worth it to raise the ire of the blond psychopath or not?
“No need to be shy, Sansa! You looked really pretty pinned on the ground.” Baratheon kept spouting his nasty thoughts while making his other peers jeer.
Disgusted at the blond prick, Sandor made a decision. “Little bird, get over here.”
Her stunningly blue eyes made contact with his. He tried to make his face as less threatening as possible but only manage to show her a grimace. She hesitated and nodded as she began to quietly walk towards him.
Sandor pointed at the locker room, “Just stay there and keep quiet if you don’t want to get his attention.”
She wavered to get in the foul smelling room, “How can I trust you, sir?”
Scowling in annoyance, Sandor responded, “Fucking hell, little bird. I’m only a year older than you. And I am certainly no sir.”
Blushing in embarrassment, “Oh. Forgive me-”
Pushing her in the room, Sandor grunted, “Just get in and shut up.”
The moment he closed the locker room, he hears a loud bang from the gym door.
“Oh if it isn’t the Hound!” Baratheon sneered.
Sandor glared, “What the fuck do you want, Baratheon?”
“Nothing really. Just playing a game. Though have you lately seen a pretty red head pass by this room?”
“No.”
“You better not be lying to me, Hound. Or I’ll make your life even more miserable in this school.”
“Do I look like a give a fuck? And no, I did not notice some red-headed chick pass by. I was busy punching this bag to release stress but who knows I may just be tempted to do the same to some egotistical brat and his goons.”
Furious, the blond prick and his goons left after saying, “You’re lucky I’m busy with the girl or else-”
Once he was sure they were gone from the building, Sandor grabbed his school blazer and knocked at the locker room.
When he hears the door open, he shoves his blazer to her face, “Wear this.”
Sandor nearly flushes pink as he felt her fingers make contact with his but her quiet ‘thank you’ kept him controlled.
“My name is Sansa Stark,” she said the moment she felt herself looking decent.
“I know.”
“Oh.”
Awkward silence reined.
“May I know your name then?” she persisted.
“Clegane. Sandor Clegane.”
“Thank you again Sandor.” Despite his clothes almost swallowing her whole, Sansa still manage to look elegant as she offered her hand.
Ignoring her hand, he said instead, “Do I want to know what just happened?”
“I…. I was just waiting for Margaery in the classroom so we could go home together when Joffrey and his friends came in and told me it was time for my initiation….”
“Basically the initiation was him fucking you,” Sandor growled.
She flinched at his tone. Her lips began to quiver as tears fell down, “I just wanted to be friends. And they- he was so nice when we met.”
“Yeah? Well he’s a two-faced bastard, little bird.”
Rubbing her tears off with the sleeves of his blazer, “Yeah. I unfortunately got that a little too late.”
As she tried to compose herself, Sandor murmured, “Do you want me to take you home?”
“What?”
Grabbing his bag and towel, he said louder, “I’m talking you home.”
Blinking curiously, she smiled at him and gently said, “Okay.”
They left the school in silence as they walked side by side. It was unusual for Sandor because despite the silence they did not seem to feel awkward with each other.
That might as well have been a start of their friendship.
Ever since that day the two of them can be seen more or less together for most of their free time.
The first time it happened, it was Sansa who initiated contact.
Sandor was in the cafeteria with the intention to grab lunch when he felt a hand grab his sleeves. His glaring faltered when he saw the person grabbing him.
With her cheeks pink, Sansa greeted, “Hello Sandor. Do you want to eat with me?”
Before Sandor could even think of an excuse to say no, he unconsciously nodded. Seeing his affirmation, Sansa smiled brightly and began to pull him away from the cafeteria, “I made too much food earlier and wanted to share some with you! I hope you don’t mind eating with me in the school garden.”
They two left the cafeteria with the students gaping at their backs.
She didn’t seem to mind his rude and cynical attitude and he learned to tolerate her ridiculously polite manner of speaking to practically every living thing.
While Sandor began to slowly accept their budding relationship, the school reacted otherwise. The teachers looked worried and hesitant about his possible influence on her. The boys were just envious of him having spent more time with Sansa. But Sandor couldn’t really care less what they think.
He’ll be honest, it felt weird having someone constant by his side and when he told Sansa about it two months after the incident, she just looked at him with her usual unbearable understanding self.
“You can get used to it, Sandor. I was actually scared of you at first since you kept glaring at everybody. And the fact that you like to beat the crap out of anyone who looks at you wrong didn’t exactly help with my impression of you. But now, I am really glad to have been your friend. You’ve certainly changed my mind.”
He couldn’t help but grin at her words. “And I thought you would have been a pompous rich little bird but not everything is as it seems.”
Their bond grew even more when they began to spend time outside of school. She told him her interest in sewing and showed him her collection of patterns she made which he actually found impressive but just grunted in agreement at whatever was being said as she kept going on and on about color combination and stuff he could not understand.
On the other hand he brought her to the combat classes he’s been taking near his home. He began teaching her self-defense in hopes of keeping her safe in case he wasn’t be around.
Their interests may not have matched but for some god forsaken reason, they still work out.
One year passed and they were closer than ever. The teachers were now more accepting of their friendship after Sansa proved them wrong about him being a bad influence when she kept her grades up and stayed at the top. And hoping to aggravate them less, Sandor tried to avoid starting fights but will retaliate when provoked. At this point Sansa is the only one who can keep him calm.
As for the students, Joffrey actually tried to molest Sansa once again three months after his first attempt but Sandor had beaten the crap out of him. He was actually about to be expelled but Sansa furiously defended him and even brought her father to school. When Sansa bravely confessed about Joffrey’s harassment to her, her father was furious. The blond prick was forced to transfer after Ned Stark confronted Robert Baratheon of his actions. Sandor ended up having only to spend two weeks in detention.
Plus it seems he was in good graces with her family. Except for the She-Wolf, Sansa’s little sister, who was too fierce, ruthless and rough to actually be her sibling. Sansa claims she’s actually fond of Sandor but he remains cautious around the brat.
Now that Sandor was in his senior year, Sansa had asked him about his plans after high school. He admitted he wanted to join the army just to get away from his family. He also told her the real reason why his face is scarred and Sansa wept for him.
Sandor never wanted anything to do with them after all. His sister was long dead. His brother was still a terrible human being. And his father remained ignorant. He had no family he wanted to acknowledge.
Gently cupping his face, Sansa whispered to him, “Oh Sandor, even after having so many siblings I had no one I could connect with. I always wanted to be the model child to make my parents happy. It was something Arya detested about me. But ever since I met you, you’ve changed my perspective, Sandor. You’ve given me the connection I yearned.”
Her smile turned even radiant as she added, “You may think you have no one but you’re my family too, Sandor.”
Sandor Clegane had always love Sansa Stark ever since she gave him a handmade scarf the same color as her charming blue eyes as thanks for lending her his blazer. So he did not think he could fall even harder in love with his little bird. But in that moment he did.
Gently grabbing her hands from his face and placing it close to his chest, he smiled, “Thank you, little bird.”
Walking side by side, Sandor did not let go of her hand until he brought her safe back home.
One month before his graduation, Sansa confessed.
Sandor had every intention of doing so first but fear got to him. He was scared of losing the only friend that he ever had. After all she was the only person who actually took the time to understand him despite his scarred face and terrible temper. So every time he attempted to say something, he loses his nerve and changes the subject instead.
Apparently since he was taking too long, Sansa took matters into her own hands.
There were spending their lunch in the garden when Sansa said, “Sandor?”
He grunted in response as he kept shoving food in his mouth.
“You know it’s almost two years since we met... And now you’re about to graduate and leave…”
Sandor paused his eating as he tried to finish chewing the food already in his mouth. Glancing back down at her, he noticed her face become more and more pink.
“Sandor I… I-”
Realizing where this was going, Sandor wanted to confess to her first but his plans of swallowing his food too fast ended up in him almost choking which distracted Sansa from her speech as she tried to help him.
Sandor was coughing loudly and tried to get some semblance of control when Sansa gently patted his back and giggled. After a few seconds of silence, Sansa looked at Sandor straight in the face and with confidence finally said, “I love you, Sandor Clegane.”
He stared back at her and tried to control the emotions in his face and to keep cool but in the end, he could not help but grin like a fool, “I love you too, Sansa Stark.”
Three Years Later…
“We’ve been in the same unit for two years, Clegane, and I have yet to see your girlfriend!” Tormund Giantsbane said.
“Fiancée. And I have no fucking intention of letting you meet her and harass her.”
“WHAT?! I would never harm a lady!”
“I meant annoy her with your presence.”
“You wound me, Clegane! At least show me pictures!”
Raising his eyebrow, Sandor responded smugly, “A normal camera couldn’t possibly capture her presence.”
Tormund almost blushed in embarrassment, “You lovesick idiot. I can’t be-” before he could continue his rant, Sandor’s phone rang and the man immediately answered.
“Sansa,” Sandor said reverently. Standing up and leaving the office, Sandor gave Tormund the middle finger when the dwarf began making kissy noises to pester him.
“I miss you, Sandor.”
“I miss you too, little bird.”
“Soon?”
“Two more months and I’ll stationed permanently in Winterfell.”
“And in three more months and you’ll officially be part of my family, Sandor.”
Sandor grinned, “Yes.”
“You sure you don’t want to invite your friends in the army to our wedding?”
“I’d rather not. They’re too annoying.”
“Which means you like them.”
“I’m not changing my mind. I’m their squad leader. They might use the opportunity to act all chummy.”
Sansa chuckled, “Uh-huh. Well I’ve still got few more months to change your mind.”
“See you soon, Sansa.”
“I’ll see you soon, Sandor.”
