Our horror audio drama Liars & Leeches has made it to the semi finalist round in the Audio Verse Awards, an awards show dedicated to immersive audio fiction! You can see all the nominees and cast your votes here. This year the AVAs also created the nominee showcase, where you can listen to samples of all the nominees with intros from the show creators. It's a great place to find new shows to listen to, even if you don't want to vote.
If you want to learn more about Liars & Leeches before voting, or if you just want to listen to a new horror audio drama, you can find more on our website here.

Hey!! Back Again, Back Again and Sword and Spinner are nominated for Audio Verse Awards this year, and it would mean the absolute world to me if you voted for them --
If Back Again, Back Again and Sword and Spinner both make it to finals, not only will I release a Callia bonus episode, but Chloe will release all of the music for Sword and Spinner!!
There are so many fantastic shows nominated this year, and voting in the Audioverse Awards really is such a good way to show your favorite shows that you care. It helps new listeners find new shows and helps to grow fandoms -- so please, vote, vote, vote!!

DOUBLE ANNOUNCEMENT: Delay on Episode 17 and AVA Voting
Happy new week, Strangers! We hope you’ve had a lovely weekend — we have a few announcements regarding Syntax to start off with!
Number one, it is with heavy hearts that we announce our first delay in production. Due to some crazy happenstance in our editor’s life, we haven’t been able to produce fully — this means there will be a delay on Episode 17’s release. We will be releasing Episode 17 next week, on the 20th. Once again, there will be NO new episode this week, but next Thursday! We are so sorry for this, again!
In better news, we will NOT be delaying Episode 18! The finale should still, god-willing, be premiering on October 27th! And we are SO excited to show you our plans!
On another note, we’ve been nominated in the AudioVerse Awards! We’re so honored to be up against so many other wonderful shows, and would so appreciate any votes we get — If you’ve enjoyed Syntax and want to vote for us in any category, we could not thank you enough! Voting ends October 30th, so please be sure to get them in by then! Here’s the link for the voting: https://audioverseawards.net/vote/
Thank you for your continued support and understanding!

A huge thank you to everyone who cast a vote for us in the AudioVerse awards this year! This yearly display of pomp and circumstance graces the audio fiction world once a year, and it's a consistent surprise that we keep receiving shiny little badges from it.
A huge shout out to Harlan Guthrie at @malevolentcast for his Best Guest Voice as Dashiell Spade, to Steve Shell at @oldgodspod for Best Guest Voice as Old Afterclaps, and to @ratgrimes at @somewhereohio for Best Composition doing the scores for the Starcrossed Gods live show.
We also snagged a few more, including placing in Best Recurring Voice in Existing Production, Best Musical Direction, Best Cover Art, Best Writing, Best Sound Design, and Best Existing Production.
Now. Back to working on Season 4!

Back Again, Back Again made it to the Audioverse Award finals (holy shit!!!)
It was nominated for two categories:
- Best Storyteller in an Existing Production
- Best Existing Story-Based Production
If you like stories about queer girls with swords and loving people so much your chest ache and ex-prophecy children and the politics of translation and realizing that someone you know as well as yourself can be both beloved and awful at once? You should vote for Back Again, Back Again!
