Tonight's dinner was super super easy ✌🏼I threw some turkey strips in the oven and sprinkled them with sea salt, pepper, turmeric and paprika. Baked at 375 degrees until they were slightly crispy. anyone else inspired daily by @balancewithb? 🙋 these zucchini/aubergine/portobello pizza boats were no exception, I was feeeeelin' them 💃 you can too: 1 large organic zucchini + @wholefoods organic shredded mozzarella + organic marinara + baby portobello mushrooms chopped + avocado oil + sea salt + black pepper + garlic + cayenne + oregano whatcha do: cut zucchini into halves both ways (4 pieces total). lather them with oil, salt, and pepper and bake them at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. let cool, then add marinara, cheese, toppings, and spices, and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly 😛 oh, and you're gonna want to roast a few extra mushrooms, you know, for sauce-dipping purposes 😏 and voila! thanks B! always full of good ideas 🙌🏼 via ✨ @padgram ✨(http://dl.padgram.com) https://www.instagram.com/p/BIv54uuBKs3/
