Waco Jailbreak continuation: What happened after Clyde's jailbreak, and Bonnie's missed message from Clyde.

On the day Bonnie read of Clyde's successful jailbreak in the paper, Clyde sectretly slipped into West Dallas that same evening (with the 2 other escapees in tow) and rounded up 2 men who were willing to collect Bonnie in Waco. The hired men returned 2 days later empty-handed. It was said by Bonnie's cousin Mary that they did arrive at the house but she and Bonnie pretended to not be home, fearing the men were cops. Clyde didn't tell Bonnie beforehand that he was sending them there to pick her up so, he had to flee the state without her. Once arriving in Illinois, he sent out a telegram for her to join him when things cooled off. Except, things never did cool off. On March 18, Clyde, William, and Emery, were arrested in Ohio. Within a few days they were back in Texas.

Story goes that William Turner and Emory Abernathy were passengers in a stolen car being driven by Clyde. Their car, taken from Missouri, had a set of stolen Indiana license plates on it. After a night of burglary in Middletown, Ohio, Clyde thinks he's heading west towards Indiana. Without realizing he has taken a wrong turn, he steers the car down the steep winding road. At the bottom of the hill the road flattens out and makes a right turn. It was too late when the "Waco Three" realized they have just returned to the scene of their last burglary committed 4 hours ago and they are looking at 2 Middletown Police officers standing outside the B&O Railroad Depot. The officers recognize the license plate and the chase is on.

One officer said Clyde went across to Poasttown Road and then up Wilbraham Road which is a blind street. Seeing he was hemmed in, the bandit ran the car over the lawn between 2 houses where he jumped out and ran to the Middletown Hydraulic Canal, throwing his smuggled Waco gun in the water. The officers caught up with him as he ran down the canal where he surrendered. Officers eventually captured William Turner in an alley near Auburn Street and Crescent Boulevard after firing several shots. Emery was captured an hour later in the east end near the Big Four railroad crossing where he was trying to bum a ride out of town.

When McClennan Waco County authorities arrived to take custody of the Waco Three, they asked Middletown PD for the smuggled gun. They wanted it for evidence to investigate where it came from and how the prisoners got it. They were informed that the gun was unrecoverable, lying at the bottom of the swift-moving and very murky waters of the Middletown Hydraulic Canal. Clyde admitted this to Middletown authorities and later to the Waco Times-Herald. He was quoted as saying this was the gun used in the Waco breakout. Over the decades, rumors of this gun as well as alleged photos of it have risen, but research indicates this gun is still at the bottom of the canal. Several unsuccessful attempts were made to recover the famous gun Bonnie smuggled to Clyde. The gun has been down there for nearly 94 years, but metallurgic experts informed that owing to canal conditions and the silty bottom, the odds are good that it rests in a layer where there is no oxygen. Page 3. ---- Assorted Burglaries Also Reported to Police ---- Victims of a highway robbery, Lucien Desroches, 5930 St. Andre street, and Lucien Ladouceur, 5888 St. Hubert street, were relieved of$4 last night, 10 minutes past mid-night. The two were walking home-ward and had reached the corner of Alma and Bellechasse when four youths, one of whom they thought was armed, stopped them and ordered them to hand over their money.

G. W. Graham, manager of construction company at 207 Van Horne avenue, reported to police that his office had been entered during the night. An electric clock valued at $15, a cheque for $6, and $2 worth of stamps were taken.

Cash and cheques to a total of $225 were stolen from the office of Harry Timmerman, 3692 St. Lawrence Boulevard, on Sunday night. Mr. Timmerman discovered yesterday that someone had entered his establishment by climbing a fire escape and breaking a second storey window, but thought that nothing had been taken until he discovered the loss of the money.

Cigars and cigarettes to a value of $100 were stolen last night from the restaurant of Henri Parent, 4251 Notre Dame street east. Entry was gained by breaking a rear window.

Theft of a bath tub valued at $40. and other fixtures valued at $10. from an empty house at 3503 Adam street, was reported by Albert Charette, 1430 Joliette street. The theft took place during the week-end, he said.

Gunmen robbed at least six taco trucks and street stands on Wednesday, the latest in a string of more than a dozen such holdups across Los Angeles, police said.

Waving guns in the faces of vendors, the teams of two to four gunmen stole cash and cellphones, striking as the businesses were closing up for the evening in communities in Hollywood, Echo Park and downtown Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

LAPD investigators said the spate of robberies began at about 9:40 p.m. in the area near 3rd and Bixel streets. Five minutes later, the same suspects targeted a taco stand at Union Avenue and Shatto Street in the Westlake area before fleeing in a vehicle described as a white Honda. Then at about 11 p.m., a taco stand in the 5900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood was robbed. A second location in the 6200 block of Hollywood Boulevard was also hit.

Ten minutes later, another taco truck at Alvarado Street and Glendale Boulevard was robbed by armed bandits. The string of robberies concluded about 11:30 p.m., when gunmen held up a stand at 9th Street and Broadway.

LAPD detectives described the suspects as men in their mid-20 to early 30s wearing dark clothing. During each incident, the suspects approached the victims, displayed a handgun, demanded money and made their escape in a white sedan with stolen property.

Something really itches at my throat, before I felt a ghostly presence following behind me.

A whiff of silk, along with falling orange blossoms, could take me away to another country, where nothing else exists other than an eternal boulevard towards oblivion. Where no cars honk for the bride, nor for a queen ready to be crowned.

Just silence, along with the rustling of palm trees which were never planted.

A beautiful city, where the cobblestones hold themselves against the people who saunter and start an angry mob, for a cause they are struggling to get a handle of.

Causes which only lead to a realm of trouble, through bandits and a thousand hands wanting a piece of my silk clothing, glimmering in the sunshine.

I cannot escape this premonition--it is forbidden under the law of the jungle.

If I could escape to that beautiful city, give me wings now. Reality blurs between two lungs; I need clarity.

Prince Hal saves Reader from bandits. Reader is grateful to him, but she is tired of Prince Hal's overprotection.

Trigger Warning: obsession, yandere.

Word Count: 2350

Character: Prince Hal/reader

Summary: you are saved from bandits by the prince of Wales himself and you become friends. However, you don't understand his need to control you.

POV Hal

Hal had never thought before that he would soon have to take the throne instead of his father. Unfortunately, his illness only worsened. No one, not even the best doctors, could understand what was happening to him.

Harry sighed wearily and walked with a slow, easy gait in the direction of the boulevard, which should lead to the tavern "Boar's Head", in which he, lately, spent very little time. There was too much on his shoulders, especially lately.

Although he was being groomed for the throne, he was not sure that he would be able to become king. A warrior, quite possibly, but a king... This is too much.

And the very way of his life was categorically different from what a member of the royal family and the first heir should lead. Constantly wandering around the taverns and brothels, he had long received the title of prince, close to the people.

Which, in principle, is true, but it does not negate the fact that he was a good actor, ready to do a lot for fun and laughter. In particular, he liked to mock Falstaff.

"My Jupiter," as the poor old man affectionately called the prince, lightly stroking his famous red leather jacket. He grimaced slightly, but didn't let the man take his hand away.

"What do you want, Falstaff?" Sighing, he asked, " I think we already talked about the fact that I will not pay for you."

And although he knew his habits, he always found time to play a joke. He made a serious face and leaned toward the old man.

"Do you really want me to take your urine to the doctor?" seeing the drunkard's eyes widen and he quickly shook his head, to which the prince only grinned.

Hal could not deny Falstaff's affection. Although he practically replaced his father, constantly making fun of him, the prince still did not always understand his behavior. Why pretend to be another person and lie so much? Although, admitting even to himself, his voluptuous lie only brought pleasant feelings and further fun.

The prince examined houses and people. He occupied many, many knew him and were not even afraid to approach or tease, because they knew that he, unlike his brothers or other princes, would react normally to this.

Hal was about to turn the corner to his favorite place while there was still time, when he heard a screech. His keen military gaze searched the cause of the cry. The eyes darted with great speed and suddenly settled on the young lady. She was standing in a crowd full of people. She was surrounded by dirty-dressed men. They were unshaven, very tall, with big backs and obviously worn clothes.

The prince rarely worried about someone robbing someone, as he himself had robbed people a couple of times when his father didn't give him money, but that was a long time ago, and he was only fifteen at the time.

Quickly shaking his head, he immediately walked with a gait, pushing people aside, towards the young girl who was in trouble. Honor and duty silenced him, especially since she was quite pretty.

"What's going on here?" the boy asked, lightly drawing his royal dagger, custom-made from a court armorer.

The men raised their eyes and raised their hands in horror, apparently recognizing the voice of the famous Prince of Wales. Hal's sharp eyes caught the money in the tallest man's hand and he nodded, pointing to it with his chin.

"Give them back to the young lady, or i'll cut you to pieces,"the prince threatened, drawing his blade even more.

The men nodded and threw them under your feet and ran away. the people who were watching shook their heads and left. Some crossed themselves and ran away, apparently noticing something they shouldn't have seen.

Hal, seeing that they were already far away, turned his head in your direction. His eyes widened slightly and his mouth opened slightly. He had never seen such beauty in his life. His face was as clean and neat as it could be. However, your clothes were extremely surprising. Since when do ladies wear men's clothes? Even though your black pants didn't count for much with some white shirt. He frowned slightly and squatted down in front of you.

And here he saw your eyes. I saw it and fell in love. They were so beautiful. Shining brightly, thanks to the sunlight, they were an extremely unusual color. He saw that you were looking at him with a very puzzled expression, as if you had never met him before.

And then he saw an epiphany in your eyes. you, removing the hand that the prince had taken in his, knelt down with your head down. Hal opened his mouth a few times blinking eyes and sat down on my knees for you and nice arms, clearly not put Prince and an ordinary woman. you must have belonged to some feudal lord. but right now, he just wanted to comfort you and let you know that he wouldn't let you down.

He realized that you were in a state of confusion, so he slowly released you when he saw your wary and worried look.

His blood was slightly boiling from your gaze. She could feel his pants tightening. How can you look so innocent and yet so desirable at the same time?

"I'm Hal. Don't be afraid, I can't let you get hurt, my sweet lady," he smiled softly and couldn't help but reflect his smile. Only, unlike the prince's smile, yours was a little uncertain. However, she was so seductive. He felt his cock throb again.

POV Your

You didn't know how you were able to make friends with the prince. With the prince himself! You were always afraid when someone talked about the royal family. And now you're working for Mrs. Quickly, at the Boar's Head Tavern, where Hal got you a job and a place to live. And that made you a little uneasy. What did the prince want with the peasant woman? This is strange. But it was also unusual that he was constantly visiting you, sometimes even going on a flirtation, which you only laughed off in a friendly way, because you realized that he was not exactly your type. And here's his friend ned.

Ned was just wonderful. He was a gentleman, a lord, holding himself, unlike Hal, on full equality with ordinary peasants and townspeople. What you liked so much was that unlike the prince who saved you, he didn't use his title.

And that's what attracted you. Perhaps because of its simplicity and independence. He was brisk, but you liked it. And unlike the prince, he understood your boundaries and even sometimes reciprocated you. The fake kiss you exchanged when you were dating is worth nothing.

And it would seem that everything is getting better, but there can always be something that no one will like. Lately, you've been noticing that Hal wanted to spend most of his free time with you. Also recently, he forbade you to go out or talk to men. And lately, he's been making you dress only as he chooses, which has made you very uneasy. Your nature was rather unruly, but you didn't want to go against the prince, even though he was your friend. So your had to wear these stupid dresses.

What was it worth the flirting he gave you and the dark look he gave Ned? You began to notice that recently, they are less and less overlap and communicate. Not to mention his dark voice when he talked about you.

And because of that, you were afraid of him.

POV Hal

Hal had the feeling that he was obsessed with you. The way you looked at him from under your beautiful lashes, the way she licked her lips, the way you dressed in the seductive outfits provided by him. He also liked your voice when you read books to him. For example, "The Novel of the Rose". And though he hated the French, he loved your reading. And the way you sang the ballads the bards had heard made him excited. it was so hard to take my eyes off you sometimes. You are perfect, beautiful in his eyes, like art. Hal could feel the possessiveness slowly but surely developing inside him. he won't give you up to anyone. After all, you were completely his now.

However, he sometimes didn't understand your behavior. Why did you constantly reject his attempts to woo you? Rejected flirt, and his defense, which is mostly expressed with the possessiveness? He didn't understand it. hal didn't think possessiveness and control were strange. What's wrong with protecting your favorite girl?

But hal also didn't understand why you weren't paying attention to him. the prince of wales, the heir to the throne, the future king of england! while all the girls were trying to attract his attention and his father, still in a very sick state, was trying to find him a bride, hal thought and dreamed only of you. He had never loved anyone. All the girls who slept with him and fell in love with him, he simply rejected, as if playing with them.

Hal sighed and his gaze swept the room. The tavern, though terrible in appearance, had the best sherry and ale in all of England. However, many petty criminals and thieves lived here. and the prince didn't like that. He had always promised himself that as soon as he became King of England, he would eradicate the concept of theft.

His eyes scanned the room for a long time. Here was Falstaff again telling some tricky and unreal story that Hal would later blow to smithereens. Here's Doll trying to get someone into bed again. There's his sweetheart flirting with his best friend Ned. Wait, what?

The guy's eyes settled on you, sitting next to Ned and drinking sherry while his best friend held your hand and leaned closer and closer. This did not please the young prince. Since when did you spend so much time with Ned?"

He noticed all the looks that were thrown at you, Poins and those looks you threw at him. but he didn't understand why you were flirting with him.

Harry got up from his chair and walked over to the couple. His desire to throw everything around and destroy Was simply Incredible. And it was all he could do not to challenge his former best friend to a duel.

He Stood beside them. However, they are so infatuated with each other that they didn't even notice him. Hal frowned. He loved her when he wasn't paying attention. And that was what he needed right now. Watching a former best friend take a loved one away is just unpleasant.

Hal leaned over and whispered in your ear:

"Can we talk, Y/N?" he saw the fear that flickered across your face and only reveled in it. He was looking at the lips that you were carefully licking. He couldn't wait to kiss them.

You gently pulled your hand out of Ned's, nodded, and stood up, shaking out your pants from the uncomfortable seat. After looking at the prince, whose face was now expressionless, you kissed Poins on the cheek and went upstairs. hal, after watching you go, knowing what was coming, turned to ned, who was now sitting up straight, holding his cheek where a windy kiss had been left. hal leaned toward him:

"I swear, if you touch her again or let her kiss you, I will kill you with my honest dagger," the prince promised, seeing his companion's eyes widen slightly and he nodded. With a satisfied smile, he slid the dagger back into its scabbard and ran to the room above, to his beloved.

As soon as the prince entered the room, he immediately closed the door and you noticed it. But right now, he wasn't listening to you babble about why he closed the door. There was only one thing that mattered to him now. Confess his feelings and make her his wife.

"Y/N, let me tell you something," he began to slowly approach you, noticing how you were pulling away further and further, thus driving yourself into a corner. He didn't like it. since when do you refuse him so much? It seems that the first time we met, you fell to your knees in front of him.

"What do you want, my sweet?" he heard the gentle tone in your voice, but he didn't like the fact that he was trembling. Are you afraid of him? why not?

"My sweet lady, my heart," he quickly approached you, beginning to kiss your hands with his mouth, forcibly holding them in his hands. He knelt down in front of you, continuing his actions. "My Venus, let me, a simple man, burdened to become a king, a tactless reveller and an ordinary Christian, atone for my sins and become your husband. You'll belong to me, and I'll belong to you, " he whispered, closing his eyes and letting go of your hand.

Standing on one knee with a confession, he only opened his eyes after a couple of minutes and at first did not understand where you were. I looked later, when he got up and turned to leave, I saw you trying to open the door.

His eyes turned gloomy and a little worried. My hands began to sweat.

"What are you doing, my Venus?" he asked, starting to get closer and tightening his grip on the key he had just taken out. It was old, but it was very painful to bite into the skin. Hal could feel the blood forming on his arm.

You stopped and felt a shiver run down your spine. When we stopped, the prince realized that you had stopped trying to escape for the time being.

You turned to him.

"We will rule England together when I am king," he said firmly, smiling slightly.

You didn't dare tell him. He clearly saw you shake your head silently, as if accepting the inevitable.

Now he can definitely protect you. Hal didn't have particularly sexual thoughts about you. however, harry will possess you and control you. His queen. his goddess. You will rule England with him for the rest of the ages, needing nothing, because Hal will take care of it.
