Creatine is a popular supplement for athletes looking to improve strength and power. It's been scientifically proven to increase muscle growth, power output, and muscle recovery.
I highly recommend creatine, which is one of the best researched supplements on the market. I find that it improves my performance by about 10%. I currently take 3 grams of creatine per day.

5. Multivitamins

Had another physical therapist the other day, he was really on point about everything but he was also of the "dairy and meat are required for a healthy diet" kind and he told me to look up bcaa and get more of it. Found a vegan source of bcaa (ha! will tell him asap) and it might be actually helping my recovery times because I just ran for TWENTY minutes but wow dear god it tastes so horrible!!!
