So will Ben still try to kill Kevin during Ultimate Kevin Arc? If yes then are you doing anything to explain that better?

So I have a basic outline for how the Ultimate Kevin Arc will go, especially regarding how Gwen and Ben act during it. One of the biggest changes is that the Plumbers are gonna have a lot more focus in this arc. Because the reality is, while Ben and Gwen are friends with Kevin, that doesn't matter if he's going around trying to harm and kill people. It's the job of the Plumbers to stop threats that may harm the innocence, and it's the nature of being a police force unit. So I think that would provide some more interesting dynamics and conflicts to the story, and Ben and Gwen, while starting off both wanting to find the best way to stop Kevin without hurting them, end up going different ways by the end. Not helped by how the Aggregor arc ended up going not in their favor 90% of the time. When the Plumbers get involved, wanting to neutralize Kevin, Gwen goes to the extreme one day wanting to stop him, try and heal him and remind him who he is, but can't get herself to fight him properly, even when he hurts people, afraid of doing lasting damage both psychically and mentally. Meanwhile Ben, who has a closer connection to the Plumbers, will try his best for a while to stop Kevin without killing him, but comes to learn from Plumber characters, including Max, that sometimes on the field you have to make tough choices to keep innocent folk safe. Because the truth of the matter is that random folk don't care if Kevin was Ben's best friend or Gwen's boyfriend, all they are gonna see is a monster trying to hurt them. So Ben does reach a point where he will try and kill Kevin, especially since failing to stop Aggregor before really gets to him, but Ben comes to realize that this just isn't his way of dealing with problems. Of course everything works out in the end, mostly. They get Kevin back, but there would still be many problems to work through.

It was tough to position a piggyback, hope this is OK! I’ve still not tried sketching or blocking-in, and I wasn’t connected to Wi-fi, so I did not use a reference for the pose, so hopefully nothing’s wrong!

It’s my first time drawing Ben Tennyson and Gwen Tennyson from Ben 10! I like how Gwen Tennyson ’s shoes turned out.

I’ve started to stretch out the canvas more now, so I can draw full-body like I used to in 2019, back when I didn’t need to consider other sites cropping the pictures!

Spider Ben AU! I like the idea of Ben actually keeping the spider around, a bit like Penny. I also couldn’t resist adding in the Alien features too (admittedly to a lesser extent but still there) cause otherwise he’d just be regular ol spiderman and at that point I might as well just make regular Spider-Man fanart. Anywho…

I’m nervous about my course starting so I decided to be a little self indulgent and started generating Ben 10 AUs like crazy. This is one of the less coo-coo ones. I might post some others later ✌️ (if you can’t read my handwriting I’m sorry 😩)

-Ben 101 Rewrite Note-

Before the fall of Dagon, and Bezel was still a champion of Ledgerdomain, to help his people he crafted a project that took him years to finish. What he calls the Charms of Bezel, which were suppose to be similar to the concept of the Alpha Rune, in that they would help boost a user’s magic, specifically for certain tricks. But the charms were most certainly not as strong as the Alpha Rune, and instead each focused on an area of magic in Ledgerdomain, originally intended to be given to each champion throughout all the lands.

Charm of Vitality was made for the champion of The Land of Rose, Solace Alchemist, and give the user a boost in their physical energy, described as a crazy adrenaline rush, along with some strength boosting here and there. Charm of Luminosity was made for the champion of The Land of Amber, Chance Incantation, and give the user a boost in their energy manifestations, along with making their light and other light sources far brighter than normal. Charm of Mending was made for the champion of The Land of Marigold, Clarity Sigil, and give the user a boost in their own healing, allowing them to recover from wounds faster, or wake them up from being unconscious quicker. Charm of Elements was made for the champion of The Land of Jade, Patience Ethereal, and give the user a boost in their control over the different elements, and allowing them to create smoother combo attacks with the different aspects of nature. Charm of Travelling was made for the champion of The Land of Lapis, Dove Conjure, and give the user a boost in rapid teleportations, and generating a lot more portals that are stable enough to carry more people. Charm of Thought was made for the champion of The Land of Orchid, Fable Seance, and give the user a boost in keeping their mind balance, which in turn allows more focus on their mental powers, along with letting them connect better with others’ minds. Charm of Awakening was made for the champion of The Land of Lotus, Grace Periapt, and give the user a boost in charming objects, allowing them to make temporary minions outs of almost any object, bringing them to life to protect the user. Charm of Luck was made for the champion of The Land of Silver, Bezel, and give the user a boost in their light magic aura that somewhat warps reality around them to create more lucky scenarios for the user. Charm of Misfortune wasn’t made for any champion at the time, but instead represented the dark magic side of Land of Silver for a future champion. Similar to the Charm of Luck, it boosts the user’s dark magic aura, but instead created destructive or chaotic event to happen around the user to benefit them.

However, by the time Bezel finished making them, Dagon became corrupted. The other champions used the charms, but ultimately failed in the end. Bezel got his charms back, but turned away from magic, leaving them on earth to collect dust. By modern day, he eventually gives them to Gwen to keep safe, where she uses them to teach young magic users on earth about each kind of magic. Though she isn’t able to use them all at once (and can’t use the Charm of Misfortune), instead having to switch between them each time casting a spell, due to the fact they weren’t designed to be used by one person.
